Abstract

本发明提供一种集输分体式控制阀。集输分体式控制阀包括阀体、阀座、阀套、阀杆及连接法兰,阀体设有进液口、控制口及出液口,阀体内腔中水平方向设有隔层,隔层将阀体内腔分为进液端和出液端,隔层上设有液流通道c,隔层上端配合安装有阀座,阀座上设有液流通道a及液流通道b,阀座上端安装有阀套,阀套下端通过螺纹与阀体连接,阀杆通过螺纹连接安装在阀套内,出液口外部安装有密封套及连接法兰B。本发明为分体式阀门,维修时只需更换阀杆即可,操作简单,节省劳动力,降低了维修成本,整体阀门安装及拆卸时,右端连接法兰伸缩可调,可以消除管线安装时产生的变形应力,延长管线的使用寿命,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

本发明涉及石油生产中油气集输技术领域,具体涉及集输分体式控制阀。
背景技术:
在石油生产集输过程中,管道输送是最主要的输送方式,在输送管线中,阀门是必不可少而且非常主要的的控制设备,而阀门的失效多是阀芯密封的损坏,在现有的维修技术中,出现阀门失效就必须整体更换,维修成本高,而阀门作为刚性密封连接件,与管线紧固连接,在安装工程中无法消除管线焊接所产生的应力,更换阀门更是需要撬动相连接的管线,使管线产生应力或变形,影响管线的使用寿命。
发明内容:
针对上述技术中阀门失效时需要整体更换及整体阀门安装、拆卸时使管线产生应力变形,影响管线使用寿命的问题,本发明提供了集输分体式控制阀。本发明为分体式阀门,维修时只需更换阀杆即可,操作简单,节省劳动力,降低了维修成本,整体阀门安装及拆卸时,右端连接法兰伸缩可调,可以消除管线安装时产生的变形应力,延长管线的使用寿命,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。
本发明的技术方案是:集输分体式控制阀包括阀体、阀座、阀套及阀杆,阀体的内腔设有三个出口:进液口、控制口及出液口,进液口端部固定安装有连接法兰A,控制口内孔设有螺纹,阀体的内腔中水平方向设有隔层,隔层将阀体内腔分为进液端和出液端,隔层上设有液流通道c,隔层的上端与阀座配合安装,阀座的底部设有液流通道b,径向设有液流通道a,控制口内孔、液流通道b及液流通道c必须保证同轴,进液口与阀座内腔通过液流通道a连通,阀座内腔通过液流通道b及液流通道c与出液口连通,阀座的上端安装有阀套,阀套下端的外部通过螺纹配合安装在阀体的控制口内,阀套的内孔设有内凸台,内凸台上设有螺纹,阀杆配合安装在阀套内,阀杆与阀套通过螺纹连接,阀杆的下部设有凸台,凸台上设有两道密封沟槽,密封沟槽内安装有密封胶圈b,阀杆的下端部设为密封端头,阀杆的上部伸出在阀套外,阀体的控制口上部安装有备帽,备帽与阀体控制口外部通过螺纹连接,阀杆的上端安装有手轮;阀体的右端出液口外部配合安装有密封套,密封套的右端外部通过螺纹连接有连接法兰B,出液口的端 部安装有固定挡环,进液口与出液口的外部均安装有测压阀及压力表。
上述技术方案中,阀杆的密封端头设为圆锥体、采用硫化橡胶制成;阀体隔层的上端面与阀座的下端面之间安装有密封胶圈a;密封套与出液口外部之间安装有密封胶圈c,密封套与连接法兰B之间安装有密封垫。
本发明具有如下有益效果:集输分体式控制阀设为分体式结构,当发生阀门密封失效的情况,只需更换阀杆即可,操作简单,降低了维修成本,在整体安装时,右端的连接法兰B相对于阀体伸缩可调,可以消除管线安装时产生的变形应力,拆卸时无需撬动管线即可操作,节省了人力,而连接管线也不会产生因维修造成的损伤,延长了连接管线的使用寿命,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:集输式分体控制阀包括阀体3、阀座11、阀套6及阀杆4,阀体3的内腔设有进液口22、控制口9及出液口18,进液口22端部固定安装有连接法兰A23,阀体3的控制口9内孔设有螺纹,阀体3的内腔中水平方向设有隔层19,隔层19将阀体3内腔划分为进液端和出液端,隔层19上设有液流通道c21,液流通道c21将进液端与出液端连通,隔层19的上端面与阀座11的下端面配合安装,隔层19的上端面与阀座11的下端面之间通过密封胶圈a1密封;阀座11的底部设有液流通道b20,阀座11的径向设有液流通道a2,控制口内孔、液流通道b20及液流通道c21保持同一轴线,以确保阀杆对液流通道的可靠密封,更换阀杆后不会影响阀门的密封效果,进液口22与阀座11内腔通过液流通道a2连通,阀座11内腔通过液流通道b20及液流通道c21与出液口18连通,液流通道a2、液流通道b21及液流通道c21成为进液口与出液口之间唯一的连通通道,阀座11的上端配合安装有阀套6,阀套6下端的外部通过螺纹配合安装在阀体3的控制口9内,旋转阀套6使其相对于阀体3下行,使得安装在阀套6下端的阀座11的下端面与隔层19上端面紧密配合 在一起,实现阀座11与隔层19之间的端面密封,阀体3的控制口9上端外部安装有备帽8,备帽8与阀体3控制口9外部通过螺纹连接,备紧备帽8,备帽8将阀套6锁定在阀体3内;避免旋转阀杆4或误操作造成阀座11与隔层19之间的密封失效或影响流量的控制,阀套6的内孔设有内凸台,内凸台上设有螺纹,阀杆4配合安装在阀套6内,阀杆4与阀套6通过螺纹连接,阀杆4的下部设有凸台,凸台上设有两道密封沟槽,密封沟槽内安装有密封胶圈b10,阀套6内凸台的下端面7对阀杆4的上行起到限位的作用,阀杆4的下端部设为密封端头12,阀杆4的上部伸出在阀套6外,阀杆4的上端安装有手轮5,通过搬动手轮5来调整阀杆4的密封端头12与液流通道c21之间的距离,从而实现对阀内液流流量的控制。
当阀门密封失效时,卸下手轮5及备帽8,旋转阀套6,阀套6就会带动阀杆4一起脱出阀体3,更换阀杆4后,再重新安装好就可以了,相比更换整个控制阀,操作简单,降低了维修成本,阀体3的右端出液口18外部配合安装有密封套14,密封套14的右端外部通过螺纹连接有连接法兰B17,出液口18的端部安装有固定挡环15,固定挡环15起到轴向限位的作用,进液口22与出液口18的外部均安装有测压阀24及压力表24,可以即时显示进液与出液的液流压力,
阀杆4的密封端头12设为圆锥体、采用硫化橡胶制成,硫化橡胶具有很好的密封性能,当密封端头12与液流通道c21紧密配合时,就隔断了阀体3内进液口22与出液口18的连通,阀门关闭,密封安全可靠。
密封套14与出液口18外部之间安装有密封胶圈c13,密封套14与连接法兰B17之间安装有密封垫16,连接法兰B17带动密封套14可以与阀体3即能相对伸缩又能确保安全密封,当整体集输分体式控制阀安装时,可以消除管线安装所产生的变形应力,拆卸时无需撬动管线,只需将连接法兰B17回缩,就可以顺利地完成操作,节省了人力,而连接管线也不会产生因维修造成的损伤,延长了连接管线的使用寿命,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

1.一种集输分体式控制阀,包括阀体(3)、阀座(11)、阀套(6)及阀杆(4),其特征在于:阀体(3)的内腔设有三个出口:进液口(22)、控制口(9)及出液口(18),进液口(22)端部固定安装有连接法兰A(23),控制口(9)内孔设有螺纹,阀体(3)的内腔中水平方向设有隔层(19),隔层(19)将阀体(3)内腔分为进液端和出液端,隔层(19)上设有液流通道c(21),液流通道c(21)将进液端与出液端连通,隔层(19)的上端与阀座(11)配合安装,阀座(11)的底部设有液流通道b(20)、径向设有液流通道a(2),控制口内孔、液流通道b(20)及液流通道c(21)保持同一轴线,阀体(3)隔层(19)的上端面与阀座(11)的下端面之间安装有密封胶圈a(1),进液口(22)与阀座(11)内腔通过液流通道a(2)连通,阀座(11)内腔通过液流通道b(20)及液流通道c(21)与出液口(18)连通,液流通道a(2)、液流通道b(21)及液流通道c(21)成为进液口与出液口之间唯一的连通通道,阀座(11)的上端安装有阀套(6),阀套(6)下端的外部通过螺纹配合安装在阀体(3)的控制口(9)内,阀体(3)的控制口(9)上端外部安装有备帽(8),备帽(8)与阀体(3)控制口(9)外部通过螺纹连接,阀套(6)的内孔设有内凸台,内凸台上设有螺纹,阀杆(4)配合安装在阀套(6)内,阀杆(4)与阀套(6)通过螺纹连接,阀杆(4)的下部设有凸台,凸台上设有两道密封沟槽,密封沟槽内安装有密封胶圈b(10),阀杆(4)的下端部设为密封端头(12),阀杆(4)的上部伸出在阀套(6)外,阀杆(4)的上端安装有手轮(5),阀体(3)的右端出液口(18)外部配合安装有密封套(14),密封套(14)的右端外部通过螺纹连接有连接法兰B(17),出液口(18)的端部安装有固定挡环(15),进液口(22)与出液口(18)的外部均安装有测压阀(24)及压力表(25);阀杆(4)的密封端头(12)设为圆锥体、采用硫化橡胶制成;密封套(14)与出液口(18)外部之间安装有密封胶圈c(13),密封套(14)与连接法兰B(17)之间安装有密封垫(16)。
