本发明公开了一种轴流式卸料阀,包括中间为阀腔的阀体,在阀体上端设有与阀腔相连通的进料口,在阀体下端设有与阀腔相连通的出料口,在阀腔内设有密封室,所述进料口和出料口在阀腔内绕过密封室相连通,在密封室内设有水平设置的传动杆和竖直设置的阀杆,在传动杆的右端固定有齿轮,在阀杆上设有与齿轮相啮合的齿条,在阀杆的下端固定有阀瓣,所述阀瓣位于密封室下方,当阀瓣运动到底部时阀瓣与出料口相接触而形成密封面;本发明的阀腔空间比较大而且密封室的外形设为流线型无死角存在,保证了在阀瓣运动过程中物料不被带入导向腔内从而使得阀体内的物料不易积存,实现了一种不易卡死、维护方便、抗耐磨、抗冲刷的轴流式卸料阀。

一种轴流式卸料阀
技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种轴流式卸料阀,安装在电厂锅炉卸灰管道、化工厂原料卸放的管道上使用。
背景技术
在火电厂、化工厂的物料卸放管道系统中,目前所使用的大部分闸阀、刀阀、球阀,由于其阀门结构的原因,使用一段时间后,在阀门的腔体内往往会残存大量的物料,而需要经常进行清理和维修,比较费时费力,同时还容易造成阀门开关不灵活或卡死的问题而缩短了其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的是为解决上述问题而提出了一种轴流式卸料阀,其阀体采用流线型设计,不存在死角,物料不能够积存,阀瓣不易卡死。
本发明为解决上述问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种轴流式卸料阀,包括中间为阀腔的阀体,在阀体上端设有与阀腔相连通的进料口,在阀体下端设有与阀腔相连通的出料口,在阀腔内设有密封室,所述进料口和出料口在阀腔内绕过密封室相连通,在密封室内设有水平设置的传动杆和竖直设置的阀杆,在传动杆的右端固定有齿轮,所述传动杆的轴线与齿轮的轴线同轴,在阀杆上设有与齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述传动杆的左端伸出阀体且传动杆与阀体转动连接,所述阀杆的下端伸出密封室且阀杆与密封室滑动连接,在密封室内设有用于阀杆上下滑动的导向套管,所述阀杆上端位于导向套管内且阀杆与导向套管滑动连接,在阀杆的下端固定有阀瓣,所述阀瓣位于密封室下方,当阀瓣运动到底部时阀瓣与出料口相接触而形成密封面。
进一步,所述阀瓣为上端开口的中空圆柱形,在出料口内安装有阀座,所述阀座的外径等于出料口的内经,在阀座的底面上设有多个内螺纹沉孔,所述阀座的内径小于阀瓣的外径,当阀瓣运动到底部时阀瓣与阀座顶部相接触而形成密封面,所述阀瓣与阀座的接触面均设有采用司太立合金喷焊的保护层。
进一步,所述密封室外形为流线型,在密封室上设有用于阀瓣上下滑动的导向腔,所述导向腔为圆柱形,阀瓣位于导向腔内且阀瓣与导向腔滑动连接。
进一步,在阀座与出料口接触面处设有第一密封圈,在阀瓣与导向腔接触面处设有第二密封圈。
进一步,在传动杆的左端固定有手轮,在阀体与传动杆之间安装有填料密封装置。
进一步,所述填料密封装置包括密封座、密封盖,所述密封盖通过螺栓安装在阀体外侧,所述密封座固定在密封室内,所述传动杆的左端依次穿过密封座、密封盖,在密封座与密封盖之间充满填料,所述填料为聚四氟乙烯或石墨或石棉盘根。
本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明的阀腔空间比较大而且密封室的外形设为流线型无死角存在,同时第二密封圈的设置保证了在阀瓣运动过程中物料不被带入导向腔内从而使得阀体内的物料不易积存;另一方面,阀座为可拆卸的安装在阀体上方便了维护,在阀瓣与阀座的接触面均设有采用司太立合金喷焊的保护层从而使阀瓣和阀座具有了刚性、耐磨、抗冲刷的优点;实现了一种不易卡死、维护方便、抗耐磨、抗冲刷的轴流式卸料阀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步描述。
如图1所示,本发明包括中间为阀腔19的阀体15,在阀体15上端设有与阀腔19相连通的进料口5,在阀体15下端设有与阀腔19相连通的出料口20,在阀腔19内设有密封室8,为了防止灰尘聚集在密封室8外表面上将密封室8的外形设为流线型,所述进料口5和出料口20在阀腔19内绕过密封室8相连通,在密封室8内设有水平设置的传动杆6和竖直设置的阀杆17,在传动杆6的右端固定有齿轮,所述传动杆6的轴线与齿轮的轴线同轴,在阀杆17上设有与齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述传动杆6的左端伸出阀体15且传动杆6与阀体15转动连接,所述阀杆17的下端伸出密封室8且阀杆17与密封室8滑动连接,在密封室8内设有用于阀杆17上下滑动的导向套管7,所述阀杆17位于导向套管7内且阀杆17与导向套管7滑动连接,在阀杆17的下端固定有阀瓣16,所述阀瓣16位于密封室8下方,所述阀瓣16为上端开口的中空圆柱形,在出料口20内安装有阀座14,所述阀座14为圆环形,为了便于取出阀座14而在阀座14的底面上设有多个内螺纹沉孔12,所述阀座14的外直径等于出料口20的内直径,所述阀座14的内直径小于阀瓣16的外直径,当阀瓣16运动到底部时与阀座14顶部相接触而形成密封面,所述阀瓣16与阀座14的接触面均设有采用司太立合金喷焊的保护层11。
为了防止阀瓣16在上下运动过程中出现错位的现象在密封室8上设有用于阀瓣16上下滑动的导向腔9,所述导向腔9为圆柱形,阀瓣16位于导向腔9内且阀瓣16与导向腔9滑动连接,同时在阀座14与出料口20接触面处设有第一密封圈13,在阀瓣16与导向腔9接触面处设有第二密封圈10。
在传动杆6的左端固定有手轮1为传动杆6的转动提供动力,为了达到更好的密封效果在阀体15与传动杆6之间安装有填料密封装置,所述填料密封装置包括密封座4、密封盖2,所述密封盖2通过螺栓安装在阀体15外侧,所述密封座4固定在密封室8内,所述传动杆6的左端依次穿过密封座4、密封盖2,在密封座4与密封盖2之间充满填料3,所述填料3为聚四氟乙烯或石墨或石棉盘根。
如图2所示,本卸料阀应竖直安装,当物料进入阀腔19内时,先在阀腔19内积存,到需要放料时,旋转手轮1带动阀杆向上运动从而带动阀瓣16向上运动一定距离后,卸料阀处于开启状态,进料口5与出料口20在阀腔19内绕过密封室8相连通,灰尘等物料沿着箭头18方向流动。
进料口5和出料口20处与管道之间可采用法兰或焊接连接,除了手动也可采用气动、电动等不同的操作方式为传动杆的转动提供动力,
本发明的阀腔19空间比较大而且密封室8的外形设为流线型无死角存在,同时第二密封圈10的设置保证了在阀瓣16运动过程中物料不被带入导向腔9内从而使得阀体15内的物料不易积存;另一方面,阀座14为可拆卸的安装在阀体15上方便了维护,在阀瓣16与阀座14的接触面均设有采用司太立合金喷焊的保护层11从而使阀瓣16和阀座14具有了刚性、耐磨、抗冲刷的优点;实现了一种阀瓣16不易卡死、维护方便、抗耐磨、抗冲刷的轴流式卸料阀。

Claims (4)

1.一种轴流式卸料阀,其特征在于,应用在电厂锅炉卸灰管道或化工厂原料卸放管道上,包括中间为阀腔的阀体,在阀体上端设有与阀腔相连通的进料口,在阀体下端设有与阀腔相连通的出料口,在阀腔内设有密封室,所述进料口和出料口在阀腔内绕过密封室相连通,在密封室内设有水平设置的传动杆和竖直设置的阀杆,在传动杆的右端固定有齿轮,所述传动杆的轴线与齿轮的轴线同轴,在阀杆上设有与齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述传动杆的左端伸出阀体且传动杆与阀体转动连接,所述阀杆的下端伸出密封室且阀杆与密封室滑动连接,在密封室内设有用于阀杆上下滑动的导向套管,所述阀杆上端位于导向套管内且阀杆与导向套管滑动连接,在阀杆的下端固定有阀瓣,所述阀瓣位于密封室下方,当阀瓣运动到底部时阀瓣与出料口相接触而形成密封面;所述阀瓣为上端开口的中空圆柱形,在出料口内安装有阀座,所述阀座的外径等于出料口的内经,在阀座的底面上设有多个内螺纹沉孔,所述阀座的内径小于阀瓣的外径,当阀瓣运动到底部时阀瓣与阀座顶部相接触而形成密封面,所述阀瓣与阀座的接触面均设有采用司太立合金喷焊的保护层;所述密封室外形为流线型,在密封室上设有用于阀瓣上下滑动的导向腔,所述导向腔为圆柱形,阀瓣位于导向腔内且阀瓣与导向腔滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴流式卸料阀,其特征在于,在阀座与出料口接触面处设有第一密封圈,在阀瓣与导向腔接触面处设有第二密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴流式卸料阀,其特征在于,在传动杆的左端固定有手轮,在阀体与传动杆之间安装有填料密封装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轴流式卸料阀,其特征在于,所述填料密封装置包括密封座、密封盖,所述密封盖通过螺栓安装在阀体外侧,所述密封座固定在密封室内,所述传动杆的左端依次穿过密封座、密封盖,在密封座与密封盖之间充满填料,所述填料为聚四氟乙烯或石墨或石棉盘根。
