Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗磁无基材的AB胶及制备方法,具有抗电磁波效果,能有效的保护用户安全。本发明的AB胶自下而上包括:离型膜、高粘胶层、硅胶层、护膜层;离型膜表面设置有高粘胶层,高粘胶层上表面设置有硅胶层,硅胶层上表面覆一层护膜层。本发明的抗磁AB双面胶,双面中间不夹杂基材,有利于降低AB胶厚度和生产成本,能自己安装,具有抗磁效果,能有效的减少电磁辐射。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘材料,具体说,是涉及一种树脂基材涂布粘胶涂层工艺,特别是抗磁无基材AB胶膜生产工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上的钢化玻璃AB双面胶,主要是以PET为基础。该AB胶生产工艺主要是先再PET基材上涂布一面硅胶后覆膜,另一面在涂布高粘胶并覆膜。其涂布工艺繁琐需要分两次涂布,增加厚度和成本且性能单一化。现有移动终端的电磁污染越来越严重,电磁波对细胞增值性较快的血球和生殖器、淋巴等组织及对儿童有害,需要具有抗电磁波效果的AB胶膜,有效的保护用户安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种抗磁无基材AB胶双面膜,AB双面胶一面是硅胶、一面是高粘胶,其中硅胶(自动排气)贴合于手机效果佳。AB双面胶用户广泛,本发明的具有抗电磁波效果的AB胶膜,能有效的保护用户安全。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种抗磁无基材的AB胶,AB胶自下而上包括:离型膜、高粘胶层、硅胶层、护膜层;离型膜(剥离层)上表面设置有高粘胶层,高粘胶层上表面设置有硅胶层,硅胶层上表面覆一层护膜层;
离型膜的厚度为23~100μm;高粘胶层的厚度为20μm~80μm;硅胶层的厚度为20μm~80μm;护膜层的厚度为30μm~100μm。
在一些实施例中,所述离型膜为PET材料;护膜层为PET、PE、OPP、BOPET、BOPP基材的其中一种;离型膜剥离力为1~8g,护膜层剥离力为6~12g之间。
在一些实施例中,所述高粘胶层的涂料组成及重量份为:
高粘胶 1~10份,
抗磁涂料 1~10份,
制备中加入溶剂 25~40份;
溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯或丁酮的一种及混配物,制备后挥发掉;高粘胶为丙烯酸类、有机硅类或聚氨酯类的一种;抗磁涂料为改性炭纤维涂料;高粘胶层涂布于离型膜上面。
在一些实施例中,所述高粘胶为丙烯酸类压敏胶;改性碳纤维涂料为聚丙烯腈(PAN)基或沥青基、黏胶基、碳纤维的一种及组合。
在一些实施例中,所述离型膜厚度为50μm或65μm,高粘胶层的厚度为35μm或50μm,硅胶层的厚度为30μm或45μm,护膜层的厚度为38μm或45μm;
所述离型膜为PET材料;护膜层为OPP材料。
在一些实施例中,所述硅胶层采用有机硅类胶;离型膜剥离力为2g,护膜剥离力为8g。
一种抗磁无基材的AB胶的制备方法,方法如下:
在离型膜上涂布高粘胶层涂料,涂布工艺为微凹辊涂布、网纹辊或逗号式刮刀,制备中加入溶剂,形成高粘胶层湿膜,经过烤箱,溶剂挥发,并烤干处理,形成高粘胶层;
烘干处理后,在高粘胶层上面涂布硅胶,再做烘干处理,得到硅胶层;
在硅胶层上面覆上护膜层。
目前市场上钢化玻璃AB胶,需要在30~100μ基材上涂布。而本发明的抗磁AB双面胶,双面中间不夹杂基材,有利于降低AB胶厚度和生产成本;简化安装程序,能自己安装。高透光率92%以上,不溢胶,不影响原来的手机屏幕,无水印。具有抗磁效果,能有效的减少电磁辐射。

为能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,解析本发明的优点与精神,藉由以下通过实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
本发明通过以下方法实现:抗磁无基材AB胶从下至上分别包括离型膜11,离型膜11(剥离层)上表面设置有高粘胶层13,高粘胶层13上表面设置有硅胶层15,该硅胶层15上表面覆一层护膜层17。
离型膜11的厚度为23~100μm。高粘胶层13的厚度为20μm~80μm。硅胶层15的厚度为20μm~80μm。护膜层17的厚度为30μm~100μm。
离型膜11为PET材料。护膜层17为PET、PE、OPP、BOPET、BOPP基材的其中一种。
高粘胶层13的高粘胶为丙烯酸类、有机硅类以及聚氨酯类的一种,且掺入改性碳纤维涂料,可由聚丙烯腈(PAN)基和沥青基、黏胶基、碳纤维,具有良好的导电导热性能,与其他导电填料相比具有密度小(1.5~2.0g/cm3)、电磁屏蔽性好。频率500MHz时其SE可达37dB[42,43]。
硅胶层15的硅胶为有机硅类胶。硅胶有很强的吸附能力,能自动排气贴合于手机,高粘度胶贴合于玻璃与玻璃贴合性能良好。离型膜11剥离力在1~8g之间,护膜层17剥离力6~12g之间。
在一个具体实施例中,离型膜11(剥离层)上表面设置有高粘胶层13,高粘胶层13上表面设置有硅胶层15,硅胶层15上表面覆一层护膜(护膜层17)。
制备时,先在离型膜11上涂布高粘胶层13,涂布工艺可以为微凹辊涂布、网纹辊或逗号式刮刀,形成的高粘胶层13湿膜经过烤箱,溶剂挥发并烤干处理;
烘干处理后在高粘胶层13(高粘胶面)涂布硅胶,再做烘干处理;
在硅胶层15(硅胶面)上覆上护膜(护膜层17)。
在一个具体实施例中,离型膜11的厚度为50μm,高粘胶层13的厚度为35μm,硅胶层15的厚度为30μm,护膜层17的厚度为38μm,离型膜11为PET材料,护膜(护膜层17)为PET材料。
高粘胶为丙烯酸类压敏胶,抗磁涂料为改性炭纤维。硅胶为有机硅类胶一种胶体;离型膜11剥离力在2g之间,护膜层17剥离力8g之间。
使用时先将离型膜11撕开,将高粘胶(高粘胶层13)贴合钢化玻璃,后将护膜(护膜层17)撕开,硅胶面(硅胶层15)贴合屏幕。
改性碳纤维涂料为聚丙烯腈(PAN)基或沥青基、黏胶基、碳纤维的一种及组合。

Claims (7)
1.一种抗磁无基材的AB胶,其特征在于,所述AB胶自下而上包括:离型膜(11)、高粘胶层(13)、硅胶层(15)、护膜层(17);所述离型膜(11)上表面设置有高粘胶层(13),所述高粘胶层(13)上表面设置有硅胶层(15),所述硅胶层(15)上表面覆一层护膜层(17);
所述离型膜(11)的厚度为23~100μm;
所述高粘胶层(13)的厚度为20μm~80μm;
所述硅胶层(15)的厚度为20μm~80μm;
所述护膜层(17)的厚度为30μm~100μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗磁无基材的AB胶,其特征在于,所述离型膜(11)为PET材料;
所述护膜层(17)为PET、PE、OPP、BOPET、BOPP基材的其中一种;
所述离型膜(11)剥离力为1~8g,所述护膜层(17)剥离力为6~12g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗磁无基材的AB胶,其特征在于,所述高粘胶层(13)的涂料组成及重量份为:
高粘胶 1~10份,
抗磁涂料 1~10份,
制备中加入溶剂 25~40份;
所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯或丁酮的一种及混配物,制备后挥发掉;
所述高粘胶为丙烯酸类、有机硅类或聚氨酯类的一种;
所述抗磁涂料为改性炭纤维涂料;
所述高粘胶层(13)涂布于离型膜(11)上面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗磁无基材的AB胶,其特征在于,所述高粘胶为丙烯酸类压敏胶;所述改性碳纤维涂料为聚丙烯腈基或沥青基、黏胶基、碳纤维的一种及组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗磁无基材的AB胶,其特征在于,所述离型膜(11)厚度为50μm~65μm,所述高粘胶层(13)的厚度为35μm~50μm,所述硅胶层(15)的厚度为30μm~45μm,所述护膜层(17)的厚度为38μm~45μm;
所述护膜层(17)为OPP材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗磁无基材的AB胶,其特征在于,所述硅胶层(15)采用有机硅类胶;所述离型膜(11)剥离力为2g,护膜层(17)剥离力为8g。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任一项所述抗磁无基材的AB胶的制备方法,其特征在于,方法如下:
在离型膜(11)上涂布高粘胶层(13)涂料,涂布工艺为微凹辊涂布、网纹辊或逗号式刮刀,制备中加入溶剂,形成高粘胶层(13)湿膜,经过烤箱,溶剂挥发,并烤干处理,形成高粘胶层(13);
烘干处理后,在高粘胶层(13)上面涂布硅胶,再做烘干处理,得到硅胶层(15);
在硅胶层(15)上面覆上护膜层(17)。
