为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
在车用橡胶部件的制备过程中加入占车用橡胶部件质量2%~5%的添加剂;其中,该添加剂按重量份计,由六偏磷酸钠1份~5份、焦磷酸钠6份~10份、三聚磷酸钠6份~10份以及单甘酯1份~5份组成。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明主要是通过在车用橡胶部件的制备过程中加入一定量的、由六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠以及单甘酯按特定比例组成的添加剂,从而使提高车用橡胶部件的弹性。

经测试,本实施例制得的橡胶弹性好,其收缩率(在350℉(166℃)下固化10分钟)为4.5%。

在车用橡胶部件的制备过程中加入占车用橡胶部件质量4%的添加剂;其中,该添加剂按重量份计,由六偏磷酸钠3份、焦磷酸钠9份、三聚磷酸钠6份以及单甘酯1份组成。
经测试,本实施例制得的橡胶弹性好,其收缩率(在350℉(166℃)下固化10分钟)为4.6%。

本实施例提高车用橡胶部件弹性的方法如下:
