Abstract
本发明公开了一种精毛纺面料数码印花方法,包括预处理、数码印花、蒸化、清洗烘干四工序;预处理浆料的组成包括变性淀粉0.5~3%、尿素2~5%、硫酸铵1~2%、增稠剂0.2~1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,预处理浆料的pH值为4~5;增稠剂为选自魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶中的至少一种。本发明中精毛纺面料数码印花方法采用水溶性的增稠剂替代现有技术中的壳聚糖,利用魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶等亲水可成膜、稳定性高、加热可转化为凝胶与水混溶的特点,通过采用热水皂洗和热水洗两重清洗方法,提高数码印花所得面料的脱糊率,保证面料手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种精毛纺面料数码印花方法。
背景技术
精毛纺织物具有滑糯细腻的手感,柔和的光泽,优良的质地,染色或印花后的高贵色泽,深受广大消费者的青睐。数码喷墨印花效果好、绿色环保, 因此在纺织印花行业发展迅速,被大量的应用于羊绒、羊毛、真丝等高档面料的印花。但羊绒数码印花在企业实际生产中仍然存在染料渗化较严重、花纹清晰精细度不够、鲜艳度和得色量不高等一系列问题。改进的技术方案将壳聚糖加入到浆料中,利用壳聚糖对羊毛面表的静电吸引及抗菌性能,使经数码印花的羊毛毛纺面料具有优良的抗菌性能和色牢度。但是,壳聚糖不能直接溶于水,只能溶于一些有机酸和无机酸中,因此不利于印花及汽蒸后对糊料的清洗去除处理,会使面料手感发硬。另外,常用的数码印花后处理面料多采用水洗、皂洗、水洗的操作步骤,上述步骤对面料中的预处理浆料成膜物质脱糊率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种精毛纺面料数码印花方法,经上述浆料和工艺处理后的面料中的糊料容易洗去。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种精毛纺面料数码印花方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:预处理,将面料至于预处理浆料中一浸一轧,然后置于90~100℃下烘干;
S2:数码印花,由色卡生成软件生成青色、红色、黄色的预订图案,采用含有活性染料墨水的面料喷墨打印机对面料分别进行图层打印,然后倒入烘干设备中烘干处理;
S3:蒸化,对S2所得面料蒸化处理,蒸化处理温度为100~106℃,蒸化时长为20~30min;
S4:清洗烘干,依次采用冷水洗、热水皂洗、热水洗、冷水洗、脱水烘干,得数码印花的精毛纺面料;
预处理浆料的组成包括为:变性淀粉0.5~3%、尿素2~5%、硫酸铵1~2%、增稠剂0.2~1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,预处理浆料的pH值为4~5;增稠剂为选自魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,S1中一浸一轧的轧余率为75~85%。
优选的技术方案为,S4中热水皂洗和热水洗的温度为55~65℃,清洗时间为10~15min。
优选的技术方案为,增稠剂为黄原胶和卡拉胶中的至少一种与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,所述增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为60~85%。
优选的技术方案为,酸性pH值调节剂为柠檬酸或乙酸。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明中精毛纺面料数码印花方法采用水溶性的增稠剂替代现有技术中的壳聚糖,利用魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶等亲水可成膜、稳定性高、加热可转化为凝胶与水混溶的特点,通过采用热水皂洗和热水洗两重清洗方法,提高数码印花所得面料的脱糊率,保证面料手感柔软。

实施例1
为实现上述技术效果,实施例1中精毛纺面料数码印花方法包括以下步骤:
S1:预处理,将面料至于预处理浆料中一浸一轧,然后置于90℃下烘干;
S2:数码印花,由色卡生成软件生成青色、红色、黄色的预订图案,采用含有活性染料墨水的面料喷墨打印机对面料分别进行图层打印,然后倒入烘干设备中烘干处理;
S3:蒸化,对S2所得面料蒸化处理,蒸化处理温度为100℃,蒸化时长为20min;

S1置于100℃下烘干;
S3蒸化处理温度为106℃,蒸化时长为30min;
预处理浆料的组成包括为:变性淀粉3%、尿素5%、硫酸铵2%、增稠剂1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,预处理浆料的pH值为5。
S1中一浸一轧的轧余率为85%。
S4中热水皂洗和热水洗的温度为65℃,清洗时间为15min。
增稠剂为黄原胶与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为60%。
酸性pH值调节剂为乙酸。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别为:
S1置于95℃下烘干;
S3蒸化处理温度为103℃,蒸化时长为20~30min;
预处理浆料的组成包括为:变性淀粉1.75%、尿素3.5%、硫酸铵1.5%、增稠剂0.8%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,预处理浆料的pH值为4.5。
S1中一浸一轧的轧余率为80%。
S4中热水皂洗和热水洗的温度为60℃,清洗时间为12min。
增稠剂为卡拉胶与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为85%。
酸性pH值调节剂为柠檬酸。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例3的区别在于:增稠剂为卡拉胶中与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为67%。
对比例
对比例1采用壳聚糖作为增稠剂,用量与实施例3相同,其他工艺参数同实施例4。
对比例2采用冷水洗、热水皂洗、冷水洗的后处理操作,其他工艺参数同实施例4。
经检测,实施例1-4的脱糊率分别为85.8%、87.3%、89.0%、90.6%,而对比例1-2的脱糊率为85.2%、83.0%;实施例1-4对酸性墨水红的渗化率分别为7.65%、7.31%、7.49%、7.38%,对比例1对酸性墨水红的渗化率分别为10.61%,进一步的,实施例2-4黄原胶和卡拉胶中的至少一种与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物作为增稠剂,有助于改善魔芋葡甘露聚糖成膜可逆性,因此,实施例2-4脱糊率明显高于实施例1。

1.一种精毛纺面料数码印花方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:预处理,将面料至于预处理浆料中一浸一轧,然后置于90~100℃下烘干;
S2:数码印花,由色卡生成软件生成青色、红色、黄色的预订图案,采用含有活性染料墨水的面料喷墨打印机对面料分别进行图层打印,然后倒入烘干设备中烘干处理;
S3:蒸化,对S2所得面料蒸化处理,蒸化处理温度为100~106℃,蒸化时长为20~30min;
S4:清洗烘干,依次采用冷水洗、热水皂洗、热水洗、冷水洗、脱水烘干,得数码印花的精毛纺面料;

4.根据权利要求1所述的精毛纺面料数码印花方法,其特征在于,增稠剂为黄原胶和卡拉胶中的至少一种与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,所述增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为60~85%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的精毛纺面料数码印花方法,其特征在于,酸性pH值调节剂为柠檬酸或乙酸。
