Abstract

本发明提供了一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的装置和方法,其装置包括预加热辊筒、主加热辊筒、雕刻辊筒、辅助加热辊筒和焙烘箱,用于热熔粘合衬布的热熔胶粉点涂层,按衬布的进布方向依次为预加热辊筒、主加热辊筒、雕刻辊筒、辅助加热辊筒和焙烘箱;所述雕刻辊筒的筒面雕刻有凹面花型,其方法包括,坯布经过退煮漂前处理得到半漂布;在雕刻辊筒的筒面花型进行涂胶;第三步,将半成品衬布进行热熔胶粉涂层得到成品。本发明可有效提高服装面料与热熔粘合衬布粘合后的狭长型组合面料的定向剥离强力,如衬衫领子与门襟、裤腰等部位,防止经多次穿着、洗涤后产生变形。

Description

一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的装置和方法
技术领域
本发明属于衬布面料热熔粘合领域,特别涉及一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的装置和方法。
背景技术
服装制作工艺中应用服装衬布,可获得丰满、挺括、耐洗、耐穿的效果。热熔粘合衬布是继马尾衬、黑炭衬、树脂衬后的第四代服装衬布产品,具有挺括、柔软、轻盈的特点。热熔粘合衬布是服装的主要辅料,是服装领子和门襟、裤腰的骨架。
热熔粘合衬布与衬衫领子和门襟面料、裤腰面料粘合时,由于面料与衬布长、宽比例较大、均为狭长型,经多次穿着或洗涤后,粘合部位容易引起变形,经技术分析,造成此现象的主要原因是面料与热熔粘合衬布粘合后的组合面料,当长、宽比例较大呈狭长型时,在同样剥离强力的情况下,长度方向较宽度方向容易被剥离,从而造成面料与热熔粘合衬布粘合后的组合面料经多次穿着、洗涤后出现变形。
现有常规热熔粘合衬布热熔胶粉点的形态为圆形,密度大小为11~33目不等,但在剥离强度要求较高的情况下,如部分高端品牌衬衫,往往达不到要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的装置和方法,有效提高服装面料与衬布的定向粘合力,也即提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力。
为达到上述目的,本发明装置的技术方案如下:
一种热熔胶粉涂层装置,包括预加热辊筒、主加热辊筒、雕刻辊筒、辅助加热辊筒和焙烘箱,用于热熔粘合衬布的热熔胶粉点涂层,按衬布的进布方向依次为预加热辊筒、主加热辊筒、雕刻辊筒、辅助加热辊筒和焙烘箱;所述雕刻辊筒的筒面雕刻有凹面花型,也即热熔胶粉点形状,作用是将凹面花型中的热熔胶粉转移到衬布上,凹面花型为椭圆形。
为保证衬布与面料粘合后沿短轴方向即粘合后组合面料的狭长方向达到最大剥离强力,所述椭圆形凹面花型的短轴长度与长轴长度的比值为黄金分割率0.618。
根据衬布织物的克重(织物厚度)不同,所述雕刻辊筒凹面花型密度即椭圆形粉点密度一般为11~33目。
本发明的方法如下:
一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
第一步,坯布经过退煮漂前处理得到半漂布,并经过后整理成半成品衬布;
第二步,在热熔胶粉涂层装置上雕刻辊筒的筒面花型进行涂热熔胶;
第三步,将半成品衬布在热熔胶粉涂层装置上进行热熔胶粉涂层得到成品:半成品衬布经过如权利要求1所述的装置,首先在预加热辊筒处进行预加热;接着,半成品衬布在主加热辊筒再加热;然后,经过主加热辊筒和雕刻辊筒之间,雕刻辊筒凹面花型里的热熔胶粉经主加热辊筒加热至半熔融后转移半成品衬布上;之后,半成品衬布经过雕刻辊筒和辅助加热辊筒之间,辅助加热辊筒将主加热辊筒处来不及熔融的热熔胶粉进一步熔融,将热熔胶粉牢固地固着在衬布上;最后,将半成品衬布通过焙烘箱进行焙烘。
为最大发挥热熔胶粉的粘合作用,第二步中的热熔胶为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)或聚醚砜树脂(PES)。
为使得热熔胶粉充分熔融,所述第三步预加热辊筒温度设置为210℃~250℃;主加热辊筒温度设置为200℃~250℃;辅助加热辊筒温度200℃~250℃。
为使得热熔胶粉充分熔融,所述第三步雕刻辊筒温度60℃~100℃。
为充分烘干热熔胶粉,所述第三步焙烘箱温度为125℃~175℃。
通过上述工艺,在衬布面料表面形成有规律的热熔胶粉点状排列,在服装加工时经热压烫后,保证衬布与服装面料粘合后,沿短轴方向达到最大剥离强力,长轴方向符合标准要求。本发明的椭圆形粉点短轴方向作为衬衫领子与门襟、裤腰的狭长方向,保证在服装加工时沿短轴方向达到最大剥离强力,防止衬衫领子和门襟、裤腰经多次穿着、洗涤后变形。
以下通过附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步阐述。

预加热辊筒1、主加热辊筒2、雕刻辊筒3、辅助加热辊筒4、焙烘箱5。
具体实施方式
一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的装置,包括预加热辊筒1、主加热辊筒2、雕刻辊筒3、辅助加热辊筒4、焙烘箱5,出布辊筒(图中未标示),用于经过退煮漂前处理和后整理的半成品热熔胶粉点涂层及焙烘处理,半成品的进布顺序为预加热辊筒1、主加热辊筒2、雕刻辊筒3、辅助加热辊筒4、焙烘箱5、出布辊筒(如图2所示)。主加热辊筒2、雕刻辊筒3、辅助加热辊筒4接触设置,为热熔胶粉转移的关键装置。
常规热熔粘合衬布胶粉的形态为圆形,大小为11~33目之间,但在剥离强度要求较高的情况下,如部分高端品牌衬衫,往往达不到要求。本发明采用改变胶粉粉点的形态,来定向提高热熔粘合衬布剥离强度。
本案将涂层装置的雕刻辊筒3(如图3所示)筒面雕刻的筒面为椭圆形凹面花型(如图4所示),椭圆长轴a沿纬向,短轴b沿经向,并且把椭圆形凹面花型短轴b长度与长轴a长度之比设定为黄金分割率,即椭圆短轴长度b与长轴长度a的比值为黄金分割率0.618。椭圆形凹面花型密度根据涂层衬布织物的克重(织物厚度)一般为11目~33目之间,然后按常规的工艺进行涂层上胶,保证衬布与面料粘合后沿短轴方向达到最大剥离强力。
采用上述的方案后,服装加工裁剪时短轴b方向作为衬衫领子和门襟、裤腰的狭长方向,本发明保证在服装加工时沿短轴方向达到最大剥离强力,长轴方向符合要求,防止领子、门襟、裤腰经多次穿着或洗涤后变形。
当热熔粘合衬布用作领衬、腰衬时,服装加工衬布裁剪时采用45°角斜裁,则雕刻辊筒3工作筒面雕刻的椭圆型凹面粉点形状短轴b与衬布经向呈45°角;当热熔粘合衬布用作门襟时,服装加工衬布裁剪时采用直线裁,则雕刻辊筒3工作筒面雕刻的椭圆型凹面粉点形状短轴b与衬布经向平行(图4所示)。
按上述工艺采用不同规格的衬布、不同品种的热熔胶进行生产,然后按GBT23327-2009《机织热熔粘合衬》进行检测。
实施例1
对象为S手感机织本色衬衣衬,粉点涂层克重33g/m2,用作衬衫领衬。
衬布规格:21sC/60×58/47。
热熔胶粉规格:高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),细度80~200目。
雕刻辊筒3粉点花型如图4左图所示,辊筒展开平面粉点密度:28目。
各辊筒设备及焙烘箱设备温度设置见表1。

热熔胶粉规格:高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),细度80~200目。
雕刻辊筒粉点花型如图4右图所示,辊筒展开平面粉点密度:33目。
各辊筒设备及焙烘箱设备温度设置见表2。

雕刻辊筒粉点花型如图4左图所示,辊筒展开平面粉点密度:17目。

Claims (6)

1.一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的方法,其特征在于:热熔胶粉涂层装置包括预加热辊筒、主加热辊筒、雕刻辊筒、辅助加热辊筒和焙烘箱,用于将半成品衬布粉点涂层,按衬布的进布方向依次为预加热辊筒、主加热辊筒、雕刻辊筒、辅助加热辊筒和焙烘箱;所述雕刻辊筒的筒面雕刻有凹面花型粉点,所述凹面花型粉点的形状为椭圆形,椭圆长轴 a沿纬向,短轴 b 沿经向,服装加工裁剪时短轴 b 方向作为衬衫领子和门襟、裤腰的狭长方向;
通过以下步骤:
第一步,坯布经过退煮漂前处理得到半漂布,并经过后整理成半成品衬布;
第二步,在热熔胶粉涂层装置上雕刻辊筒的筒面花型粉点进行涂热熔胶;
第三步,将半成品衬布在热熔胶粉涂层装置上进行热熔胶粉涂层得到成品:半成品衬布经过热熔胶粉涂层装置;首先在预加热辊筒处进行预加热;接着,半成品衬布在主加热辊筒再加热;然后,经过主加热辊筒和雕刻辊筒之间,雕刻辊筒凹面花型里的热熔胶粉经主加热辊筒加热至半熔融后转移半成品衬布上;之后,半成品衬布经过雕刻辊筒和辅助加热辊筒之间,辅助加热辊筒将主加热辊筒处来不及熔融的热熔胶粉进一步熔融,将热熔胶牢固地附着在衬布上;最后,将半成品衬布通过焙烘箱进行焙烘;
所述椭圆形凹面花型粉点的短轴长度与长轴长度的比值为黄金分割率0.618。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的方法,其特征在于:第二步中的热熔胶为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)或聚醚砜树脂(PES)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的方法,其特征在于:所述第三步预加热辊筒温度设置为210℃~250℃;主加热辊筒温度设置为200℃~250℃;辅助加热辊筒温度200℃~250℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的方法,其特征在于:所述第三步雕刻辊筒温度60℃~100℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的方法,其特征在于:所述第三步焙烘箱温度为125℃~175℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高热熔粘合衬布定向剥离强力的方法,其特征在于:所述雕刻辊筒凹面花型粉点密度即椭圆形粉点密度为11~33目。
