Description
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1層の衣料用主布帛と伸張性布帛複合積層体とを含む衣料であって、
前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が、副布帛からなる2層の外層と、弾性繊維からなる結合された内層とを含み、
前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が0.20cm〜30.0cmの幅を有し、前記伸張性布帛複合積層体の計算された偏平係数が4.4以下であり、
前記衣料用主布帛が、開口部またはエッジバンドを有し、
前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が、硬さを与えるために前記開口部またはエッジバンドにおいて前記衣料用主布帛に付着されている、衣料。 - 前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が、結合、接着、縫合、ラミネートまたはそれらの組み合わせによって前記衣料用主布帛に付着されている、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記弾性繊維がメルトスパンエラストマーを含む、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記弾性繊維が、スパンデックス、弾性ポリオレフィン、天然ゴムフィラメント、および合成ゴムフィラメント、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- トップス、ボトムス、靴下、シームレス衣料、帽子、下着、水着および手袋からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記エッジバンドが、アームバンド、カフ、カラー、ウェストバンド、レッグバンド、ヘッドバンド、およびヘムからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記衣料が、前記伸張性布帛複合積層体を含む部材を含む、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記衣料の前記部材が、ブラジャーウィング、補正パネルおよびストラップからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の衣料。
- 前記衣料が前記衣料用主布帛の2層以上の層を含み、前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が前記層の間に位置している、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記2層以上の層が、1枚の主布帛を折り畳むことによって形成されている、請求項9に記載の衣料。
- 前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が前記衣料用主布帛に、前記衣料用主布帛と前記伸張性布帛複合積層体との間の接着剤によって付着されている、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記接着剤が不連続的塗布を含む、請求項11に記載の衣料。
- 前記不連続的塗布が、ドット、垂直線、水平線、対角線、格子およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の衣料。
- 前記接着剤が、ホットメルト接着剤、シアノアクリレート、エポキシ、ポリ酢酸ビニル、プラスチゾル、熱可塑性樹脂、シリコーン、ポリウレタン水性分散液、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載の衣料。
- 前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が0.30cm〜10.0cmの幅を有する、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記伸張性布帛複合積層体に含まれる不織の副布帛からなる前記2層の外層が同じ幅を有し、
前記伸張性布帛複合積層体のそれぞれの外層が伸張性布帛複合積層体に関して内表面および外表面を有し、
前記弾性繊維からなる内層が1インチあたり少なくとも8本の糸条(糸条3.15本/cm)を含み、
前記弾性繊維が400デシテックス以上の線密度を有する、請求項1に記載の衣料。 - 前記弾性繊維が800デシテックス〜2500デシテックスの線密度を有する、請求項16に記載の衣料。
- 前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が0.22ポンド/インチ(38.9g/cm)の収縮力を有する、請求項16に記載の衣料。
- 前記伸張性布帛複合積層体が、前記伸張性布帛複合積層体の重量の10%〜35%の量の接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載の衣料。
- 前記接着剤が、少なくとも1つの外層の内表面を部分的にのみ覆い、それぞれの外層の表面積の10%未満まで、それぞれの外層の外面に浸透している、請求項19に記載の衣料。
