本发明“杞棘醋”属于保健食品技术领域。
经检索,多数保健饮料使用鲜果、鲜汁作原料,因保鲜问题致使生产季节性很强。
本发明的目的是提供一种能四季生产“杞棘醋”的技术。
一种杞棘醋,其特征是枸杞与沙棘均为干品,按2∶3比例混合清洗后沸煮,打浆榨汁后过滤,在灭菌前与粮食醋按3∶7比例勾兑混合。
本发明的技术方案是:(1)原料枸杞与沙棘用秋天采摘后阴干的干果;(2)将枸杞与沙棘按照2∶3的比例混合冲洗后放入锅中沸煮2小时;(3)将煮后的枸杞与沙棘打浆压榨,去渣留汁;(4)过滤;(5)将滤液与粮食醋按3∶7比例勾兑混合;(6)灭菌;(7)检验;(8)装瓶。
本发明用干果作原料,可以不分季节长年生产,克服了鲜果易腐变质、保存期短的缺点。
实现本发明只须在粮食醋工艺流程中添制打浆榨汁设备即可生产。
