Abstract
本发明涉及一种高分子新材料环保粘胶剂,该胶黏剂由聚丙烯酸酯,正硅酸乙酯,抑制剂,有机锡化合物,钛酸酯,聚氧硅烷,醋酸乙酯,含氢硅油份,乙烯基硅树脂和交联剂组成,该胶黏剂的制备方法简单,通过依次称取各原料后混合均匀即可得到,所得的胶黏剂不但具有传统的特性粘度高,同时还具有高透光性,可广泛用于乳胶漆墙和玻璃、不锈钢、木板等材料表面粘贴,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘胶剂,尤其是涉及一种高粘度高透光率粘胶剂。
背景技术
目前市售的胶粘剂仍以甲醛系胶粘剂、氯丁胶粘剂等为主,由于甲醛系胶粘剂所粘接的产品在生产和使用过程中会释放出游离甲醛,氯丁胶粘剂的溶剂毒性大,这都严重危害了人体健康,因此,在消费者环保意识日益增强的情况下,甲醛系和氯丁胶粘剂的使用越来越受到限制。尤其对于出口产品而言,采用传统有毒有害胶粘剂将无法进入海外市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种同时具有高粘度和高透光率的高分子新材料环保粘胶剂。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
一种高粘度高透光率粘胶剂,其特征在于:其组分和重量百分比为:
聚丙烯酸酯20-30 份,正硅酸乙酯 5-10 份,抑制剂 1-5 份,有机锡化合物1-5 份,钛酸酯 5-10 份,聚氧硅烷0.5-1 份,醋酸乙酯40-60 份,含氢硅油 15-25 份,乙烯基硅树脂10-15 份,交联剂 3-8 份。
其中所述的有机锡化合物为二丁基锡、三苯基锡、二甲基锡、二辛基锡、二丁基二月桂酸锡中的任一种。
具体实施方式
实施例1
依次称取聚丙烯酸酯20g,正硅酸乙酯 5g,甲酰胺 1g,二丁基二月桂酸锡1g,钛酸酯5g,聚氧硅烷0.5g,醋酸乙酯40g,含氢硅油 15g,乙烯基硅树脂 10g,过氧化苯甲酰 3g,然后加以混合均匀即可。

1.一种高分子新材料环保粘胶剂,其特征在于:该胶黏剂由聚丙烯酸酯,正硅酸乙酯,抑制剂,有机锡化合物,钛酸酯,聚氧硅烷,醋酸乙酯,含氢硅油份,乙烯基硅树脂和交联剂组成。
2.如权利要求1 所述,各材料组分和重量百分比为:聚丙烯酸酯20-30 份,正硅酸乙酯5-10 份,抑制剂 1-5 份,有机锡化合物1-5 份,钛酸酯 5-10 份,聚氧硅烷0.5-1 份,醋酸乙酯40-60 份,含氢硅油 15-25 份,乙烯基硅树脂10-15 份,交联剂 3-8 份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高分子新材料环保粘胶剂,其特征在于:所述的有机锡化合物为二丁基锡、三苯基锡、二甲基锡、二辛基锡、二丁基二月桂酸锡中的任一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高分子新材料环保粘胶剂,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为过氧化苯甲酰。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高分子新材料环保粘胶剂,其特征在于: 所述的抑制剂为甲酰胺、乙酰胺、苯丙酰胺以及DMF 中的一种或多种。
