本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗早泄的中药组合物。
背景技术

中医认为，精液的疏泄与肾、肝、心相关，以肾为本。早泄的发生与心、脾、肝、肾等脏腑的功能失调有密切的关系。如元代著名医家朱丹溪说：“主闭藏者肾也，司疏泄者肝也。二脏皆有相火，而其系上属于心。”指出了精液的封藏和疏泄与人体脏腑、经络有着非常密切的关系，它有赖于心、肝、脾、肾等脏器的共同作用。
根据中医理论，针对早泄的发病机理，以温补肾气，固精止泄为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗早泄的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，年龄20～50岁。病程最短者3个月，最长者达3年，平均1年。
二、诊断标准：
临床上对阴茎勃起未进入阴道即射精，诊断为早泄。而能进入阴道进行性交者，如果没有抽动2分钟就很快射精，也定义为早泄。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：早泄症状消失，性生活恢复正常；
2、好转：早泄症状明显改善，性交时间明显延长；
3、未愈：早泄症状无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-15个疗程，治愈69例，好转24例，无效7例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：孙某，29岁。就诊时自述：经常阴茎勃起未进入阴道即射精。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，性交时间超过5分钟；继续服用2个疗程，性交时间5-15分钟，未再出现早泄现象。
病例2：王某， 43岁，就诊时自述：近半年经常性交时间不足2分钟。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，性交时间超过10分钟；巩固服用1个疗程后，未再出现早泄现象。
