背景技术

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗痛经的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例女62例，年龄15～32岁。病程最短者4个月，最长者达7年，平均1年。
二、诊断标准：
1、经期或经行前后小腹疼痛，痛及腰骶，甚则昏厥。呈周期性发作；
2、好发于青年未婚女子；
3、排除盆腔器质性疾病所致腹痛。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：疼痛消失，连续3个月经周期末见复发；
2、好转：疼痛减轻或疼痛消失，但不能维持3个月以上；
3、未愈：疼痛未见改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10个疗程，治愈48例，好转9例，未愈5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：赵某，女，17岁。就诊时自述经期第一天和第二天小腹下坠、疼痛、腹泻，伴恶心、呕吐、面色苍白，给学习和生活带来极大不便和烦恼。长期服用止痛药，但效果不显著。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，痛经症状明显好转；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：王某，女，26岁。就诊时自述2年前起痛经，疼痛以下腹、腰骶部为主，向大腿内侧放射。近半年症状加重，有时因痛经无法工作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，疼痛感显著减轻，可正常工作；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。
