阴囊皮肤弥漫性发红、肿胀、有剧烈瘙痒，可同时出现许多针头至米粒大小的丘疹、水疱，经搔抓或摩擦后，红斑、丘疹、水疱破裂，显露出大片湿润糜烂，有大量淡黄色浆液渗出，部分凝结成对淡黄色痂。有时需要与阴囊的神经性皮炎、核黄素缺乏引起的阴囊瘙痒作出鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状消失，皮肤恢复正常；
2、好转：症状及皮肤损害有改善；
3、未愈：症状与体征无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-12个疗程，治愈49例，好转19例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：王某， 27岁。就诊自述：整个阴囊奇痒，遍布疹子，近一个月一直未愈，更换多种药膏，均无效果。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，自觉痒感减轻，疹子减少；继续服用3个疗程，疹子消失，各症状消失，治愈。
病例2：葛某，40岁，就诊自述：整个阴囊、延及肛门前，患处瘙痒难耐，1年内反复发作，屡治不愈。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，瘙痒感减轻，肛门前患处皮肤痊愈；续服4个疗程后，阴囊上皮损也消失，无不适情况，治愈。

1.一种治疗阴囊湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜10-30份，黄柏10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，百部10-20份，山豆根10-20份，苦参10-20份，蛇莓10-20份，地肤子5-15份，红筷子10-20份，杠板归10-20份，萹蓄10-20份，浮萍5-15份，滑石10-20份，苦菜10-20份，雷公藤5-15份，千里光10-20份，徐长卿10-20份，龙胆草5-15份，茵陈10-20份，两面针10-20份，威灵仙5-15份，苍术10-20份，车前草10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗阴囊湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜20份，黄柏15份，牡丹皮10份，百部15份，山豆根15份，苦参15份，蛇莓15份，地肤子10份，红筷子15份，杠板归15份，萹蓄15份，浮萍10份，滑石15份，苦菜15份，雷公藤10份，千里光15份，徐长卿15份，龙胆草10份，茵陈15份，两面针15份，威灵仙10份，苍术15份，车前草15份，甘草10份。
