本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗产褥感染的中药组合物。
背景技术
产褥感染系指分娩及产褥期生殖道受病原体侵袭而引起局部或全身感染，是产褥期最常见的严重并发症。致病细菌可能在产前、产时或前后从外界侵入，也可能早就存在于产妇体内。产褥感染的临床症状通常有低热；局部伤口红肿、发硬、伤口裂开，脓液流出，压痛明显；阴道裂伤及挫伤感染表现为粘膜充血、溃疡、脓性分泌物增多。目前，临床上治疗产褥感染通常采用广谱高效抗生素，如青霉素、氨苄青霉素、头孢类或喹喏酮类抗生素等药物，虽有一定效果，但使用抗生素会降低人体自身抵抗力，副作用大。
中医认为，产褥感染是因为产妇耗伤气血，正气不足，邪毒乘虚而入。可分为邪毒侵袭、瘀热互结和热入营血三型。
根据中医理论，针对产褥感染的发病机理，以清热解毒、补血益气为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗产褥感染的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例女55例，年龄20～35岁。病程最短者半个月，最长者达2个月，平均1个月。
二、诊断标准：
1、以发热为主要症状；阴道灼热疼痛，白带量多，呈脓性；
2、外阴伤口红肿，或形成脓肿；阴道黏膜及宫颈充血，有较多脓性分泌物；
3、化验血常规：白细胞及中性粒细胞升高；
4、血液及宫腔分泌物细菌培养以确定病原菌。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，七天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：体温正常，症状消失，体征及实验室检查恢复正常；
2、好转：体温下降，症状及实验室检查好转；
3、未愈：症状无变化，甚至病情恶化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-8个疗程，治愈42例，好转10例，未愈3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：王某，女，25岁。就诊时自述：生产时因胎位不正，而采取剖腹产一女婴，产后4天出现高烧不退，畏寒，并伴有腹痛，阴道有暗红色分泌物流出，医生诊断为：产褥感染。给予青霉素等抗生素静脉滴注，但没有显著效果。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程后，体温下降，腹痛减轻；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，实验室检查恢复正常，治愈。
病例2：宋某，女，32岁。就诊时自述：一个月前分娩一活男婴，会阴侧切已包埋缝合，产后第三天开始发热，侧切伤口化脓，红肿，体温达38—40℃，持续4天，服用抗生素药物治疗后，体温恢复正常，两天后再次出现高烧不退。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，体温恢复正常，伤口逐渐愈合；续服2个疗程后，体温正常，各症状消失，化验结果显示一切正常，治愈。

1.一种治疗产褥感染的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：蒲公英10-30份，连翘10-20份，犀角5-15份，生地黄10-20份，牡丹皮10-20份，赤芍5-15份，黄柏10-20份，野菊花10-20份，白头翁10-20份，海桐皮5-15份，狗舌草10-20份，天葵子10-20份，马齿笕10-20份，麦冬5-15份，益母草10-20份，红藤10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，地榆5-15份，冬瓜仁10-20份，饭团根10-20份，漏芦10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗产褥感染的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：蒲公英20份，连翘15份，犀角10份，生地黄15份，牡丹皮15份，赤芍10份，黄柏15份，野菊花15份，白头翁15份，海桐皮10份，狗舌草15份，天葵子15份，马齿笕15份，麦冬10份，益母草15份，红藤15份，白花蛇舌草15份，地榆10份，冬瓜仁15份，饭团根15份，漏芦15份，甘草10份。
