Description
Claims (1)
- 权利要求1 . 一种用于电化学储能转换装置的三氧化钨材料, 其特征在于, 所述 三氧化钨材料选自以下各种晶体结构的三氧化钨材料的一种或多种:(a) 所述各种晶体结构的三氧化钨 (W03), 包括单斜晶系结构, 三 斜晶系结构, 斜方晶系结构, 立方晶系结构, 六方晶系结构, 双连续结构的 氧化钨以及前述各种晶体结构的三氧化钨的组合;(b) 具有上述 (a)所述的晶体结构的水合三氧化物 (W03 πΗ20), 其 中 π值范围可以是 0到 5, 优先范围为 0到 2, 更优范围为 0到 1 ;(c) 掺杂有其他元素 Α,并具有如前述 (a) , (b)所述的三氧化钨 (AxW03)或三氧化钨水合物 (AxW03 nH20)的三氧化钨材料,其中掺杂元素 A 可以选自如下各组元素的一种或多种: 碱金属, 碱土金属, 过渡金属, 稀有 金属, 其中 X值的范围可以是 0到 0.3, 优先范围为 0到 0.1 , 更优范围为 0 到 0.05, 碱金属可为钠, 钾, 碱土金属可为钙, 锶, 过渡金属可为钛, 锆, 稀有金属可为镧, 铈;(d) 由一种或多种如前述 (a), (b), (c)所述的晶体结构的三氧化钨 (W03), 各种晶体结构的水合三氧化物 (W03 7H20), 各种晶体结构的元素掺 杂的三氧化钨 (AxW03)或元素参杂的三氧化钨的水合物 (AxW03 A?H20)的混 合物;(e) 由一种或多种如前述 (a),(b),(c),(d)所述的的三氧化钨 (W03), 水合三氧化物 (W03 A?H20),的元素掺杂的三氧化钨 (AxW03)或元素掺杂的三 氧化钨的水合物 (AxW03 r?H20)与另外不含钨元素材料所组成的复合物或混 合物, 其中所述不含钨元素的材料可以从如下材料中选择: 碳材料, 高分子 材料, 金属及其盐或氧化物或陶瓷材料, 且所述碳材料包括但不限于碳黑, 洋葱结构碳颗粒, 活性炭, 介孔碳, 碳纳米管, 碳纳米纤维, 石墨, 石墨烯, 氧化石墨烯或其各种组合, 所述高分子材料包括但不限于聚笨胺, 聚吡咯, 聚噻吩, 聚(3, 4 -乙撑), 聚苯乙烯, 磺化聚苯乙烯或其各种组合, 所述金 属及其盐包括但不限于钛, 钒, 铬, 锆, 铌, 相, 铅, 铋或其各种组合, 所 述陶瓷材料包括但不限于氧化锆, 氧化硅, 氧化锶, 氧化铝或其各种组合;(f) 由一种或多种如前述 (a), (b), (c), (d)所述的晶体结构的三氧 化钨 (W03), 各种晶体结构的水合三氧化物 (W03 nH20), 各种晶体结构的元 素掺杂的三氧化钨 (AxW03)或元素参杂的三氧化钨的水合物 (AxW03 A?H20), 及其混合物和 (e)所述复合物或混合物的复合物或混合物。2. 如权利要求 1 所述的用于电化学储能转换装置的三氧化钨材料, 其 特征在于, 其中所述三氧化钨材料为粉末状材料, 材料粒径颗粒尺寸为 50 μ m以下,更优选择的粒径尺寸低于 20 μ m,最优选择粒径尺寸低于 5 μ m。3. 如权利要求 1 所述的用于电化学储能转换装置的三氧化钨材料, 其 特征在于, 其中所述电化学储能转换装置选自以下装置: 钨碳基超级电池, 钨钨超级电池,钨基氧化铅超级电池,钨碳 /钨基氧化铅混合型超级电池体系。4. 如权利要求 3所述的用于电化学储能转换装置的三氧化钨材料, 其 特征在于, 其中所述超级电池所使用的电解液是水性电解液, 优先选择酸性 水体系电解液, 更优选择为含有硫酸的水体系电解液。5. 如权利要求 3所述的用于电化学储能转换装置的三氧化钨材料, 其 特征在于,其中所述钨基氧化铅超级电池,钨碳 /钨基氧化铅混合型超级电池 体系所使用的电极集流体可以是金属材料, 包括但不限于铅, 铬, 钛, 钨, 钼 , 银, 钌, 钯, 铂, 铱, 金及其合金; 碳材料, 导电高分子材料或上述 材料的组合,且所述商业铅酸电池所使用的铅合金板栅亦可直接用作电极集 流体。6. 权利要求 3 所述的用于电化学储能转换装置的三氧化钨材料, 其特 征在于,其中所述钨基氧化铅超级电池,钨碳 /钨基氧化铅混合型超级电池体 系中的氧化铅可为商品铅酸电池中所使用的氧化铅。7. —种如权利要求 1-6 任意项所述的三氧化钨材料在电化学储能 中的应用。
