一种网带式抛丸清理机，其特点是在地面上有清理室，清理室后侧有后附室，清理室前侧有前附室，清理室、前附室、后附室的下侧有纵向收丸装置，纵向收丸装置下侧有横向收丸装置，横向收丸装置左端前侧有提升机系统；清理室上面和下面都有抛丸器；提升机系统上端前侧有分丸装置，分丸装置有输丸管分别与抛丸器相通；清理室内有纵向的辊道，辊道穿过前附室和后附室，辊道上装有环形网带。它解决了目前抛丸清理机械，只能清理较大个体物品的问题，非常适合清理零散小型物件使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及抛丸清理机械领域，具体地说是一种用于清理外形不规则及小型物件表面的抛丸机械。
背景技术
目前社会上所使用的抛丸清理机械，多适用清理较大个体物品，难以对一些零散小型工件及外形不规则工件作业。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前抛丸清理机械，只适用清理较大个体物品的问题，设计一种清理零散小型物件及外形不规则物件表面的机械。
本发明的技术方案是，一种网带式抛丸清理机，其特殊之处是，在地基面上装有清理室，清理室的后侧装有后附室，清理室的前侧装有前附室，清理室、前附室、后附室三者的下侧装有纵向收丸装置，纵向收丸装置后端的下侧装有横向收丸装置，横向收丸装置左端前侧装有提升机系统；清理室的上面和下面都装有抛丸器；提升机系统上端的前侧装有分丸装置，分丸装置有输丸管分别与抛丸器相通；清理室内装有纵向的辊道，辊道穿过前附室和后附室，辊道上装有环形网带；后附室的上面装有吹风装置。
工作时，将待清理的工件放到前附室前方的网带上，由辊道载动网带及工件通过前附室进入清理室；分丸装置通过输丸管将弹丸分配到各个抛丸器，抛丸器将弹丸从上下面抛进清理室击打网带上的工件，工件被击打清理后再由网带载动进入后附室，吹风装置向后附室吹风，工件上的锈尘被吹落后，与清理室内击打工件后的弹丸一同落入纵向收丸装置，纵向收丸装置将弹丸收集送入横向收丸装置，横向收丸装置收集送到提升机系统的底部，由提升机系统提到上部的分丸装置，分丸装置再将弹丸分配到各个抛丸器循环使用。
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种清理小型物件表面及外形不规则工件表面的专用抛丸机械。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例，对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示，在地基面上装有清理室6，清理室6的后侧装有后附室8，清理室6的前侧装有前附室3，清理室6、前附室3、后附室8三者的下侧装有纵向收丸装置10，纵向收丸装置10后端的下侧装有横向收丸装置11，横向收丸装置11左端前侧装有提升机系统4；清理室6的上面和下面都装有抛丸器7；提升机系统4上端的前侧装有分丸装置5，分丸装置5有输丸管12分别与抛丸器7相通；清理室6内装有纵向的辊道2，辊道2穿过前附室3和后附室8，辊道2上装有环形网带1；后附室8的上面装有吹风装置9。
工作时，将待清理的工件放到前附室3前方的网带1上，由辊道2载动网带1及工件通过前附室3进入清理室6；分丸装置5通过输丸管12将弹丸分配到各个抛丸器7，抛丸器7将弹丸从上下面抛进清理室6击打网带1上的工件，工件被击打清理后再由网带1载动进入后附室8，吹风装置9向后附室8吹风，工件上的锈尘被吹落后，与清理室6内击打工件后的弹丸一同落入纵向收丸装置10，纵向收丸装置10将弹丸收集送入横向收丸装置11，横向收丸装置11收集送到提升机系统4的底部，由提升机系统4提到上部的分丸装置5，分丸装置5再将弹丸分配到各个抛丸器7循环使用。
