柄9沿着竖轴线12垂直地在车辆竖直方向上延伸,其中竖轴线12在本发明的意义中形成了第三空间轴线。竖轴线12在两个空间轴线10和11的交叉点中交汇所述两个空间轴线。柄9分为上柄区段22和下柄区段23两部分。下柄区段23在其上部的端部区域具有柱筒状的轴套15,该轴套同轴地包围上柄区段22的柱筒状的柄端并且因而形成用于上柄区段22的转动铰链15。上柄区段22相应于此围绕竖轴线12能够转动地支承在下柄区段23的轴套中。轴套稳固地与下柄区段23相连。转动铰链15间隔地定位在柄9的多轴式铰链14的上方,正如从图3和5中可见。
在柄9的上部的端部区域处相对于上柄区段22布置有手支承体7,该手支承体借助倾翻铰链16相对于上柄区段22受限地能够转动地支承。手支承体7具有凸起地弯曲的手支承面,附加的操作面位于该手支承面的侧面,多个操作元件8安装在该附加的操作面中。
正如借助图3和5可见的那样,倾翻铰链16定义了第四空间轴线13,该空间轴线至少在很大程度上在车辆横向上延伸。在所展示的实施例中,第四空间轴线13相对于多轴式铰链14的第一空间轴线10稍微倾斜,但是在其余情况中几乎与第一空间轴线10平行地定向。手支承体7相应于此围绕第四空间轴线13相对于上柄区段22和由此相对于柄9受限地能够转动。手支承体7的围绕倾翻铰链16的相应的转动自由度在图3中通过定义了转动自由度D4的双箭头表征。围绕用作第三空间轴线的手支承体7的竖轴线12的转动自由度通过带有附图标记D3的双箭头定义。双箭头D2定义了手控杆4的和由此手支承体7的在车辆纵向上向前的和向后的枢转自由度。相对于第一空间轴线10纵向延伸的双箭头D1定义了手控杆4的和由此手支承体7的在车辆横向上的向左的和向右的枢转自由度。
手控杆4的柄9通过弹簧回弹件19被保持在垂直定向的中部部位中。弹簧回弹件19在所展示的实施例中通过机械弹簧形成,该弹簧反向地作用到下柄区段23的向下伸入载体壳17中的突起18上。借助图5仅设置了这样的弹簧回弹件19,该弹簧回弹件关于在车辆横向上延伸的第一空间轴线10产生向着中部部位的相应的回弹。另外的弹簧件也设置用于柄9从围绕在车辆纵向上延伸的第二空间轴线11的枢转了的部位中回弹,但是在附图中未展示所述另外的弹簧件。
同样地,借助倾翻铰链16相对于上柄区段22围绕第四空间轴线13受限地能够转动地支承的手支承体7通过若干弹簧元件21被保持在未被加载的中部部位中。所述弹簧元件21反向地彼此作用并且一方面铰接在柄区段22的上部的杆突起20处并且另一方面铰接在手支承体7处。弹簧元件21的和弹簧回弹件19的相应的回弹力如此地设计,使得驾驶员利用其右手通过前臂运动能够施加的在车辆纵向上定向至手支承体7上的推移力会导致围绕在车辆横向上延伸的空间轴线10的偏转,其中手支承体7在这样的推移力的情况下保留在其中部部位中。
如果推移力理想地按照图5作用在手支承体7的上部的顶点处,则由所述推移力与推移力的作用点和第四空间轴线13的间距相乘所得的转矩小于由弹簧元件21作用在杆突起20处的回弹力和该铰接点与第四空间轴线13的间距相乘所得的转矩。此外,由所述推移力与推移力的作用点和下部的空间轴线10的间距相乘所得的转矩大于由弹簧回弹件19的回弹力和该回弹力在突起18处的作用点与该空间轴线10的间距相乘所得的转矩。
因而如果驾驶员用其右手仅想要手支承体7围绕空间轴线10在车辆纵向上的枢转运动,则弹簧元件21的回弹力如此强地设计,使得手支承体7在该枢转运动期间相对于杆突起20保留在其中部部位中。但是如果驾驶员F额外地将其手关节向上或向下倾翻,则该额外的运动强制地产生手支承体7围绕倾翻铰链16的转动,从而得到了手控杆4的额外的第四转动自由度。
驾驶员F借助四个所述的转动自由度D1到D4触发前侧的推铲3。借助图4通过所展示的双箭头示出了推铲3的调节自由度。这种调节自由度设有相同的附图标记D1到D4,该附图标记对应手控杆4的转动自由度D1到D4。手控杆4在车辆纵向上的向前的或向后的枢转产生推铲3整体的升高或下降。手控杆4在车辆横向上的向左的或向右的枢转产生推铲3围绕水平的中部纵轴线的向左或向右的倾翻。手控杆4围绕设计为竖轴线的第三空间轴线12的转动运动产生推铲3围绕垂直的中轴线的转动。手支承体7围绕第四空间轴线13的转动产生推铲3的向前或向后的围绕在车辆横向上延伸的倾翻轴线的倾翻,从而能够设定推铲相对于地面的倾斜。
通过结合推铲3的对应的调节自由度定义四个转动自由度D1到D4,对驾驶员F而言可能的是,自发地控制推铲3,这是因为推铲3执行并行于或对应于施加在手控杆4上的控制运动而设置的控制运动。推铲3的控制相应于此对驾驶员F而言能够简单被学习并且能够自发地被操控。此外,手控杆4的布置方式和设计方案实现了在人机工程学方面简单的操控,特别是该手控杆4在操作平台6中布置在座位位置SP的旁侧。

Claims (13)

1. 一种车辆(1),专用于雪道成形和雪道维护的履带式车辆,其带有驾驶员室(2),在该驾驶员室中布置有围绕至少三个彼此不同的空间轴线(10到13)能够转动的手控杆(4),其中为每个转动自由度分别配设至少一个布置在车辆侧的功能件(3)的控制功能,其中第一和第二空间轴线(10、11)在共同的平面中彼此交叉并且定义了在竖直方向上定向的手控杆(4)的纵向枢转自由度和横向枢转自由度,并且其中第三空间轴线通过竖轴线(12)形成,该竖轴线经过两个彼此交叉的第一和第二空间轴线(10、11)的交叉点,其特征在于,手控杆(4)具有相对于手控杆(4)围绕第四空间轴线(13)能够转动地支承的手支承体(7),该手支承体间隔地在交叉点的上方围绕第四空间轴线(13)受限地能够转动地支承。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,为手控杆(4)的四个转动自由度(D1到D4)中的每一个分别配设前侧的推铲(3)的调节单元(5),该调节单元触发推铲(3)的四个不同的调节自由度。
3. 按照权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其特征在于,第一和第二空间轴线(10、11)集成在双轴式铰链(14)尤其球铰链中,并且围绕竖轴线(12)的转动自由度(D3)通过间隔地布置在双轴式铰链(14)上方的转动铰链(15)定义。
4. 按照权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,手支承体(7)围绕第四空间轴线(13)借助倾翻铰链(16)相对于手控杆(4)被支承。
5. 按照权利要求3所述的车辆,其特征在于,双轴式铰链(14)的第一和第二空间轴线(10、11)布置在至少在很大程度上水平的车辆平面中,其中第一空间轴线(10)至少在很大程度上在车辆横向上延伸并且第二空间轴线(11)与此垂直地至少在很大程度上在车辆纵向上延伸。
6. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,转动铰链(15)的竖轴线(12)至少在很大程度上在车辆竖直方向上延伸,并且倾翻铰链(16)的第四空间轴线(13)至少在很大程度上平行于在车辆横向上延伸的第一空间轴线(10)延伸。
7. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,为双轴式铰链(14)配设至少对第一空间轴线(10)而言反向地彼此作用的若干弹簧回弹件(19),该弹簧回弹件用于将手控杆(4)相对于第一空间轴线(10)依据转矩地中部定向。
8. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,为倾翻铰链(16)配设彼此反向作用的若干弹簧元件(21),该弹簧元件用于将手支承体(7)依据转矩地回弹至中部部位。
9. 按照权利要求7和8所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(21)的回弹力以及所述弹簧回弹件(19)的回弹力鉴于在倾翻铰链(16)方面的转矩关系以及在双轴式铰链(14)的第一空间轴线(10)方面的转矩关系如此地设计,使得作用在手支承体(7)上的至少在很大程度上在车辆纵向上定向的驾驶员(F)的推移力导致手控杆(4)围绕双轴式铰链(14)的第一空间轴线(10)的偏移,并且使得手支承体(7)在施加推移力时保留在其中部部位中。
10. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,手控杆(4)如此地与驾驶员(F)的座位位置(SP)定向,使得用于将手控杆(4)围绕第一空间轴线(10)偏移的推移力能够通过驾驶员(F)的前臂移动被施加。
11. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,手支承体(7)和倾翻铰链(16)相对于手控杆(4)如此地与驾驶员(F)的座位位置(SP)定向,使得在手被支承的情况下,驾驶员(F)的手关节的向上或向下的倾翻运动导致手支承体(7)相对于中部部位的偏移。
12. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,前侧的推铲(3)相对于履带式车辆(1)的底盘能够围绕四个不同的调节轴线枢转,其中的每个调节轴线大约平行于相应的手控杆(4)的所述四个空间轴线(10到13)之一而定向。
13. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,手控杆(4)在手支承体(7)的区域中具有另外的能够手动操作的操作元件(8),该操作元件如此地相对于手支承体(7)的手支承面被布置,使得驾驶员(F)在手被支承的情况下利用被支承的手的相应至少一个手指能够操作所述操作元件(8)。
