本发明公开一种白土精制工艺的酸洗槽,包括移动载车、罐体、外加热盘管、竖向加气管、切向注气支管、分气壁。本发明增加了切向注气管,大大降低了产品在加热过程中局部过热等加热不均衡情况,同时增加了布气板,增加了气体被加热的均匀性,并提高了酸洗工序中的产品质量。

白土精制工艺的酸洗槽
技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工的中润滑油精制领域的加工设备,具体涉及一种白土精制工艺的酸洗槽。
背景技术
国内绝大部分采取酸碱精制法生产白土的企业均为小型企业,缺乏技术和改进能力,特别是对酸洗加工工序机理缺乏认识,因而,设备简单粗放,缺乏工艺控制手段,最终导致的是能耗高,三废高,产品收率低,产品质量低的结果。酸碱法精制法仍然在特殊原料的润滑油加工中采用,酸洗工序是酸碱法精制中的核心技术之一,所涉及的设备装置需按照特殊原料特性所涉及的工艺要求进行设计和改进,满足合格产品的生产要求,同时,不能以增加能耗和三废的排放为代价,因此,根据生产工艺要求和产品质量要求,对设备设计和改进有着极其重要的意义。
加热效率和酸的分散效率低带来的是热聚集和酸集,导致原料中的少环芳烃在高热和强酸的作用下缩合成胶质甚至沥青质,使得酸洗洗掉的物质比例越来越大,降低了产品收率,罐体越大,混合周期越长,而周期越长,负面反应越深,带来的负面效应越大,产品收率越低;酸分散度不够还导致残留,直接影响产品质量,如色泽和抗氧化性能等。
因此,传统的酸洗槽存在加热不均匀等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点及偏见,提供了一种白土精制工艺的酸洗槽。
为实现上述目的,本发明所设计了一种白土精制工艺的酸洗槽,包括移动载车、罐体、外加热盘管、竖向加气管,竖向加气管进气口、竖向出气口和出渣口,所述罐体内平行与所述竖向加气管设置有2-6个布气挡板,所述布气挡板上设有多个气孔,所述布气挡板均与分气壁连接,所述分气壁在竖向加气管内,在竖向加气管侧壁上对称设有两个切向注气支管,所述分气壁上端高度高于注气支管所在的高度,所述切向注气支管末端弯曲,弯曲的角度为15-25度。优选2-5,2-4,2-3,2个布气挡板。
优选弯曲的角度为15-20度,优选15-18度,更优选16,15-16,18度。
进一步地,所述罐体底部的外壁上设置有保温层,保温层内部设有外加热盘管。
本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明增加了切向注气管,大大降低了产品在加热过程中局部过热等加热不均衡情况,也大大降低因酸在产品中的分散度在相对短的加工周期内不够高,导致局部多环芳烃缩合至胶质而产生酸渣量增大,并提高了酸洗工序中的产品的质量。
2、本发明增加了外部加热盘管,采取酸洗槽内外部盘管共同加热,盘管的布置和热量传导均按照产品加工工艺要求进行计算,并经过实际生产操作进行验证,达到了本工序的产品加工工艺要求,降低了能耗,提高了生产效率;外部盘管加热解决了沉降后大粘度组分物质的收集效率。
3、设置了罐体内平行与竖向加气管的布气挡板,布气挡板均与分气壁连接,所述分气壁在竖向加气管内,在竖向加气管侧壁上对称设有两个切向注气支管,分气壁上端高度高于注气支管所在的高度,大大增加了气体受热的均匀程度,极大体提高了生产效率。

下面结合具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
参见附图1,图1中所示一种白土精制工艺的酸洗槽,一种白土精制工艺的酸洗槽,包括移动载车2、罐体4、外加热盘管3、竖向加气管5,竖向加气管进气口、竖向出气口10和出渣口9,所述罐体4内平行与所述竖向加气管5设置有2个布气挡板6,所述布气挡板6上设有多个气孔,所述布气挡板6均与分气壁8连接,所述分气壁8在竖向加气管5内,在竖向加气管5侧壁上对称设有两个切向注气支管7,所述分气壁8上端高度高于注气支管7所在的高度,所述切向注气支管7末端弯曲,弯曲的角度为16度。
工作过程,工作时,一个切向注气支管吹气,并与竖向出气口吹气相互配合,在罐体内形成一个沿切向旋转的切向力,降低了产品在加热过程中局部过热等加热不均衡情况,同时增加了外部加热盘管,采取酸洗槽内外部盘管共同加热,提高生产效率。 吹气的切向注气支管的选择根据具体情况进行选择。
实施例2
仍参见附图1但不限地选择其中的布气挡板的个数,图1中所示的白土精制工艺的酸洗槽,包括移动载车2、罐体4、外加热盘管3、竖向加气管5,竖向加气管进气口、竖向出气口10和出渣口9,所述罐体4内平行与所述竖向加气管5设置有6个布气挡板6,所述布气挡板6上设有多个气孔,所述布气挡板6均与分气壁8连接,所述分气壁8在竖向加气管5内,在竖向加气管5侧壁上对称设有两个切向注气支管7,所述分气壁8上端高度高于注气支管7所在的高度,所述切向注气支管7末端弯曲,弯曲的角度为20度。
工作过程,工作时,一个切向注气支管吹气,并与竖向出气口吹气相互配合,在罐体内形成一个沿切向旋转的切向力,降低了产品在加热过程中局部过热等加热不均衡情况,同时增加了外部加热盘管,采取酸洗槽内外部盘管共同加热,提高生产效率。 吹气的切向注气支管的选择根据具体情况进行选择。

1.白土精制工艺的酸洗槽,其特征在于,包括移动载车(2)、罐体(4)、外加热盘管(3)、竖向加气管(5),竖向加气管进气口、竖向出气口(10)和出渣口(9),所述罐体(4)内平行与所述竖向加气管(5)设置有6个布气挡板(6),所述布气挡板(6)上设有多个气孔,所述布气挡板(6)均与分气壁(8)连接,所述分气壁(8)在竖向加气管(5)内,在竖向加气管(5)侧壁上对称设有两个切向注气支管(7),所述分气壁(8)上端高度高于注气支管(7)所在的高度,所述切向注气支管(7)末端弯曲,弯曲的角度为20度;工作过程,向注气支管(7)切向吹气,并与竖向出气口(10)吹气相互配合,在罐体内形成一个沿切向旋转的切向力,降低了产品在加热过程中局部过热不均衡情况,同时增加了外加热盘管(3),提高生产效率。
