Abstract

本发明提供了一种可控磁性球磨反应釜,由釜体和搅拌杆构成,其特征在于:釜体上方设有进液管,进液管与釜内的喷雾器相连接;釜体上方还设有进气管,进气管与釜外气泵相连接;反应釜下方设一空心转轴,空心转轴与釜内球磨桶固定连接,空心转轴的下端由齿轮与球磨桶电机相连接;搅拌杆内部设有电磁铁组,反应釜釜壁外侧也坎着电磁铁组,两组电磁铁等间距排列;反应釜还设有控制中心。本发明的优越性在于:可控磁性球磨反应釜,该发明将球磨机与反应釜的性能合二为一,增加了电磁场和控制系统,降低了设备投入,减小了设备占用空间,提高了生产设备的智能性,能更好地控制气、液、固反应过程。

可控磁性球磨反应釜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种反应釜,特别是涉及一种用于生产磁性絮凝剂的可控磁性球磨反应釜。
背景技术
在水污染治理中,絮凝过程是各种水处理净化工艺中不可缺少的重要环节,也是应用最广泛、最普遍的单元处理过程,絮凝过程需要絮凝剂,磁性絮凝剂是目前处理重度污染的主要产品。但是,在生产磁性絮凝剂的过程中,需要先对磁铁矿粉应用球磨机进行球磨加工,然后再将加工后的磁铁粉加入到反应釜中进行化学反应,其加工方式繁杂,并要采用多种设备。能否发明一种新的反应釜,经过一次性反应就能得到磁性絮凝剂,这就是我们的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可控磁性球磨反应釜,以满足生产磁性絮凝剂的需求。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种可控磁性球磨反应釜,由釜体和搅拌杆构成,其特征在于:釜体上方设有进液管,进液管伸入反应釜内,进液管与釜内的喷雾器相连接;釜体上方还设有进气管,进气管与釜外气泵相连接;反应釜下方设一空心转轴,空心转轴外坎有轴承,轴承臥在釜底,空心转轴与釜内球磨桶固定连接,空心转轴的下端由齿轮与球磨桶电机相连接;空心转轴内设有空心管,空心管联通出料口。
所述的搅拌杆上设有搅拌桨,所述的喷雾器为圆盘形,设置在搅拌杆上搅拌桨的上方,搅拌杆与喷雾器之间设有轴承;所述的反应釜的搅拌桨为双层,其间设有固定链接,其上设有多个微孔;所述的球磨桶由釜内壁光滑的环形槽口和空心转轴固定于反应釜内,它与釜壁之间存有间隙;所述的球磨桶内设有挡板,挡板上设有微孔。
所述的进料口设在反应釜上方,搅拌杆由搅拌杆电机控制。
所述的可控磁性球磨反应釜,它的搅拌杆釜内部分变粗,搅拌杆内部设有电磁铁组,它的反应釜釜壁外侧也坎着电磁铁组,两组电磁铁等间距排列。
所述的可控磁性球磨反应釜,设有反应釜控制中心,其中包括有搅拌杆电磁铁控制器、反应釜釜壁电磁铁控制器、搅拌杆电机控制器、球磨桶电机控制器和喷雾器控制器;搅拌杆电磁铁组、反应釜釜壁电磁铁组、搅拌杆电机、球磨桶电机和喷雾器开关分别由导线与搅拌杆电磁铁控制器、反应釜釜壁电磁铁控制器、搅拌杆电机控制器、球磨桶电机控制器喷雾器控制器相连接。
本发明的优越性在于:可控磁性球磨反应釜,该发明将球磨机与反应釜的性能合二为一,增加了电磁场和控制系统,降低了设备投入,减小了设备占用空间,提高了生产设备的智能性,能更好地控制气、液、固反应过程。

具体实施方式
下面以实例说明本发明的具体方案。
一种可控磁性球磨反应釜,由釜体和搅拌杆2构成,其特征在于:釜体上方设有进液管3,进液管3伸入反应釜内,进液管3与釜内的喷雾器5相连接;釜体上方还设有进气管4,进气管4与釜外气泵相连接;反应釜下方设一空心转轴9,空心转轴9外坎有轴承11,轴承11臥在釜底,空心转轴9与釜内球磨桶7固定连接,空心转轴9的下端由齿轮17与球磨桶电机16相连接;空心转轴9内设有空心管18,空心管18联通出料口。
所述的搅拌杆2上设有搅拌桨12,所述的喷雾器5为圆盘形,设置在搅拌杆2上搅拌桨12的上方,搅拌杆2与喷雾器5之间设有轴承;所述的反应釜的搅拌桨12为双层,其间设有固定链接14,其上设有多个微孔13;所述的球磨桶7由釜内壁光滑的环形槽口6和空心转轴9固定于反应釜内,它与釜壁10之间存有间隙;所述的球磨桶7内设有挡板8,挡板8上设有微孔。
所述的进料口1设在反应釜上方,搅拌杆2由搅拌杆电机15控制。
所述的可控磁性球磨反应釜,它的搅拌杆釜内部分变粗,搅拌杆内部设有电磁铁组19,它的反应釜釜壁外侧也坎着电磁铁组20,两组电磁铁等间距排列。
所述的可控磁性球磨反应釜,设有反应釜控制中心21,其中包括有搅拌杆电磁铁控制器、反应釜釜壁电磁铁控制器、搅拌杆电机控制器、球磨桶电机控制器和喷雾器控制器;搅拌杆电磁铁组、反应釜釜壁电磁铁组、搅拌杆电机、球磨桶电机和喷雾器开关分别由导线与搅拌杆电磁铁控制器、反应釜釜壁电磁铁控制器、搅拌杆电机控制器、球磨桶电机控制器喷雾器控制器相连接。

1.一种可控磁性球磨反应釜,由釜体和搅拌杆构成,其特征在于:釜体上方设有进液管,进液管伸入反应釜内,进液管与釜内的喷雾器相连接;釜体上方还设有进气管,进气管与釜外气泵相连接;反应釜下方设一空心转轴,空心转轴外坎有轴承,轴承臥在釜底,空心转轴与釜内球磨桶固定连接,空心转轴的下端由齿轮与球磨桶电机相连接;空心转轴内设有空心管,空心管联通出料口。
