电枢电流供给装置3中,电流控制器3a、3b计算分别使电流指令值IqC、IdC与反馈信号IqF、IdF之间的偏差消除的q轴电压指令值VqC、d轴电压指令值VdC。将这些电压指令值VqC、VdC输入至坐标变换器3c。
坐标变换器3c利用所述SIN信号、COS信号,将电压指令值VqC、VdC变换为三相电压指令值VUC、VVC、VWC,并提供给PWM控制器3d。
PWM控制器3d利用由电压指令值VUC、VVC、VWC生成的驱动信号对功率转换器3e进行PWM控制,将直流电压转换成三相交流电压并驱动同步电动机M。
图6所示的现有技术中设有误布线检测部8,该误布线检测部8检测出同步电动机M的相序相对于功率转换器3e的输出相的二相误布线或三相误布线。在存在二相误布线或三相误布线的情况下,d轴电流指令值IqC变为饱和状态,q轴电流反馈信号IqF成为规定值以上,并且q轴电流反馈信号IqF和反馈速度信号VcF成为相反极性。误布线检测部8着眼于此来检测误布线,并输出警告信号AS。
如图7所示,误布线检测部8由饱和状态判定部8a、q轴电流反馈信号判定部8b、累计部8c及判定部8d构成。
接着,基于图7、图8对误布线检测部8所进行的相序的二相误布线(例如相对于功率转换器3e的输出相U-V-W,同步电动机M的输入相以U-W-V的相序来连接的状态)的检测动作进行说明。
饱和状态判定部8a如图8(b)所示那样判定为q轴电流指令值IqC变成饱和状态并将该判定结果输出至累计部8c。q轴电流反馈信号判定部8b判定为q轴电流反馈信号IqF在规定值以上并将该判定结果输出至累计部8c。累计部8c中,从判定为q轴电流反馈信号IqF是正极性时开始,如图8(a)、(c)所示那样,累计不跟踪速度指令Vc而进行振动的反馈速度信号VcF的负极性时间,并将其作为累计值IV输出。如图8(c)、(d)所示,判定部8d中,在累计值IV达到累计时间RT的时刻,输出用于通知误布线的警告信号AS。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
然而,在利用一台功率转换器来驱动互相并联连接且机械性连结的多台感应电动机的情况下,即使假设一台电动机的相序被误布线,受到正常布线的电动机的输出转矩的牵引,误布线状态的电动机也会被驱动。其结果是,能按指令值来调整负载的速度。因此,无法将利用速度、速度指令值的现有技术应用于多台感应电动机。
在专利文献1所记载的现有技术中,未记载利用功率转换器驱动多台电动机时的误布线检测方法,如上所述,无法解决在多台电动机中包含误布线的电动机时的问题。原本,专利文献1以同步电动机作为对象,并未涉及感应电动机的误布线。
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种能检测出互相并联连接、且机械性连结的多台感应电动机中的至少一台电动机的相序发生误布线的情况的功率转换器的控制装置及具备该控制装置的电动车。
解决技术问题所采用的技术手段
为了解决上述技术问题,权利要求1所涉及的功率转换器的控制装置中,该功率转换器利用半导体开关元件的动作对直流电压进行转换来获得三相交流电压,将所获得的三相交流电压提供给互相并联连接并机械性连结的多台感应电动机,并运行这些感应电动机,该功率转换器的控制装置包括:
电流检测单元,该电流检测单元对所述功率转换器的输出电流进行检测;
电流控制单元,该电流控制单元生成使所述电流检测单元所得到的电流检测值与电流指令值相一致的电压指令值;
电压指令振幅计算单元,该电压指令振幅计算单元计算所述电压指令值的振幅;
存储单元,该存储单元按每一个采样周期来存储所述感应电动机的一次频率与当时的所述电压指令值的振幅的组合;以及
斜率检测单元,该斜率检测单元基于所述存储单元的存储信息来计算将所述电压指令值的振幅的增加量除以所述一次频率的增加量而得到的值,在其除法结果小于规定的基准值时,判定为多台所述感应电动机中至少存在一台相对于所述功率转换器相序发生了误布线的感应电动机,并输出故障信号。
权利要求2所涉及的功率转换器的控制装置中,该功率转换器利用半导体开关元件的动作对直流电压进行转换来获得三相交流电压,将所获得的三相交流电压提供给互相并联连接并机械性连结的多台感应电动机,并运行这些感应电动机,该功率转换器的控制装置包括:
电流检测单元,该电流检测单元对所述功率转换器的输出电流进行检测;
电压检测单元,该电压检测单元对所述功率转换器的输出电压进行检测;
电流控制单元,该电流控制单元生成使所述电流检测单元所检测出的电流检测值与电流指令值相一致的电压指令值;
电压检测值振幅计算单元,该电压检测值振幅计算单元计算所述电压检测单元所得到的电压检测值的振幅;
存储单元,该存储单元按每一个采样周期来存储所述感应电动机的一次频率与当时的所述电压检测值的振幅的组合;以及
斜率检测单元,该斜率检测单元基于所述存储单元的存储信息来计算将所述电压指令值的振幅的增加量除以所述一次频率的增加量而得到的值,在其除法结果小于规定的基准值时,判定为多台所述感应电动机中至少存在一台相对于所述功率转换器相序发生了误布线的感应电动机,并输出故障信号。
权利要求3所涉及电动车的特征在于,权利要求1或权利要求2所述的控制装置与所述功率转换器一起搭载于车辆,利用所述功率转换器来运行用于驱动车轮的多台感应电动机。
权利要求4所涉及的电动车的特征在于,在权利要求3所涉及的电动车中,在所述车辆利用转矩性能最低的动力运行档位进行运行时,所述斜率检测单元输出所述故障信号。
权利要求5所涉及的电动车的特征在于,在权利要求3所涉及的电动车中,在所述车辆的速度在规定值以下时,所述斜率检测单元输出所述故障信号。
权利要求6所涉及的电动车的特征在于,在权利要求3所涉及的电动车中,在所述车辆利用转矩性能最低的动力运行档位进行运行,且所述车辆的速度在规定值以下时,所述斜率检测单元输出所述故障信号。
发明效果
根据本发明,在互相并联连接、且机械性连接的多台感应电动机中,能基于电压指令值或电压检测值的振幅的增加量相对于一次频率的增加量的比可靠地检测出至少存在一台相对于功率转换器相序发生了误布线的感应电动机的情况。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1表示应用本发明的实施方式的感应电动机的驱动系统,相当于权利要求1所涉及的发明。图1中,逆变器等功率转换器10与直流电源20相连接,通过功率转换器10内的半导体开关元件的动作,直流电源20的直流电压被转换成三相交流电压,并提供给感应电动机组40。
感应电动机组40由互相并联连接、且机械性连结的多台(例如4台)感应电动机41构成。
这里,功率转换器10的控制装置采用如下所示的结构。
即,利用一次频率计算单元50将转差频率(转差角频率)指令值ωse *与感应电动机组40的转速检测值ωre相加,生成一次频率(一次角频率)ω1。利用积分单元60对该一次频率ω1进行积分,来计算矢量控制所需的角度θ,并将该一次频率ω1输入至存储单元110。
在功率转换器10的输出侧设有电流检测单元30,将三相电流检测值iu、iv、iw输入至坐标变换单元70。坐标变换单元70中,基于角度θ将电流检测值iu、iv、iw变换成二相量的d轴电流检测值id、q轴电流检测值iq,并输出至电流控制单元90。
电流控制单元90计算并输出使d轴电流检测值id与d轴电流指令值id *相一致、q轴电流检测值iq与q轴电流指令值iq *相一致的d轴电压指令值vd *及q轴电压指令值vq *。另外,d轴电流指令值id *及q轴电流指令值iq *由未图示的上位控制器所提供。
坐标变换单元80基于角度θ将d轴电压指令值vd *及q轴电压指令值vq *变换为三相电压指令值,并将该电压指令值提供给功率转换器10。功率转换器10通过半导体开关元件的开关动作,根据上述电压指令值生成三相交流电压,并提供给感应电动机组40。
从电流控制单元90输出的d轴电压指令值vd *及q轴电压指令值vq *也输入至电压指令振幅计算单元100。电压指令振幅计算单元100利用数学式1来计算电压指令值的振幅va *并存储于存储单元110。

存储单元110以固定间隔来存储采样得到的一次频率ω1及电压指令值的振幅va *。例如,若将第k个采样周期中获得的一次频率设为ω1(k)、将电压指令值的振幅设为va *(k),则将这些ω1(k)和va *(k)的组合存储于存储单元110。
斜率检测单元120利用新获得的第k次的数据即ω1(k)、va *(k)和前一次的数据即ω1(k-1)、va *(k-1),通过数学式2求得电压指令值的振幅的增加量相对于一次频率的增加量的比(Δva */Δω1)。

在上述比(Δva */Δω1)小于规定的基准值的情况下,斜率检测单元120检测出感应电动机组40中的至少一台感应电动机41的相序相对于功率转换器10的输出相为二相误布线的情况。感应电动机组40的相序相对于功率转换器10的输出相为二相误布线是指例如相对于功率转换器10的输出相U-V-W,感应电动机41的输入相以U-W-V的相序相连接那样的状态。斜率检测单元120若检测到至少一台感应电动机41的相序相对于功率转换器10的输出相为二相误布线,则生成故障信号,并输出至功率转换器10。接收到故障信号的功率转换器10通过使所有半导体开关元件截止(全栅极截止),从而停止向感应电动机组40供电。
接着,利用图1所示的结构对能检测出感应电动机41的二相误布线的理由进行阐述。
在感应电动机的矢量控制中,利用以功率转换器的输出频率(一次频率)进行旋转的坐标系(d-q轴坐标系)来进行分析。因此,假设将功率转换器的三相输出中的二相被误布线从而输入相的相序发生调换的感应电动机等效地分析为转子侧反向旋转。该情况下,若将感应电动机的一次频率ω1的极性设为正,则转速ωre的极性变为负,但转差频率的极性变为正。若将误布线的感应电动机的转差频率设为ωse2,则可知ωse2、ωre、ω1的关系成为数学式3那样,转差频率ωse2变为转速ωre的两倍左右。

图2是感应电动机41的T形等效电路。该T形等效电路由一次电阻Rs、一次侧漏电感Ls、二次侧漏电感Lr、励磁电感M及二次电阻Rr表示。如图所示,能认为从功率转换器对感应电动机41施加d轴电压vd、q轴电压vq(图中以vdq表示),利用该电压使d轴电流id、q轴电流iq(图中,以idq表示)流入。
另外,图3是如图1所示多台感应电动机41互相并联连接时的等效电路。
这里,若以复矢量形式来表示感应电动机41的电压方程式,则成为数学式4。

数学式4中,vdq:功率转换器10所产生的施加电压、φdq:二次磁通矢量、idq:电流矢量、ω1:一次频率、σLs:漏电感(取与M/Lr(Ls+Lr)基本相等的值)。
现在,若将因从施加电压vdq减去一次电阻Rs及漏电感σLs中的压降后的二次磁通φqd而产生的感应电压设为edq,则一次侧的dq轴电流idq和感应电压edq之间的关系成为数学式5所示那样。另外,数学式5中无视微分项,考虑稳定状态。

数学式5表示一次电流idq和感应电压edq之间的关系,通过在两边除以一次电流idq,从而能获得感应电动机二次侧的阻抗Z。
接着,图4示出了在一次频率增加至2.5[Hz]~10[Hz](相当于感应电动机的转速为16[rad/s]~63[rad/s])的情况下,一台正常布线的感应电动机及相序被误布线的感应电动机的二次侧阻抗Z的大小的计算例。另外,电动机常数使用额定电压200[V]、额定输出7.5[kW]的矢量控制用感应电动机的常数。
在相序被误布线的感应电动机中,如上述数学式3所示,转速和一次频率的合计值成为转差频率。即,在转差频率固定的情况下,一次频率随着转速的上升而下降,因此根据数学式5求得的二次侧阻抗Z如图4所示那样即使转速上升也保持在较低的值。
随着一次频率的上升,二次侧阻抗在作为感应电动机整体的合成阻抗的大小中处于支配地位。图5示出了并联连接的多台(例如4台)感应电动机全部以正确的相序正常布线时和多台感应电动机中的一台的相序发生二相误布线时的合成阻抗的计算结果。
根据图5可知,与所有感应电动机均正常布线的情况相比,包含误布线的感应电动机的情况下,合成阻抗相对于转速的斜率减少。
另一方面,功率转换器10的控制装置进行电流控制,因此如图3所示,相对于多台感应电动机41起到电流源的作用。因此,若基于同一电流指令值的电流流过各感应电动机41,则与合成阻抗的大小成比例的振幅的电压会出现在功率转换器10的输出端,该合成阻抗与图5所示那样的各种情况相对应。
因此,如图1所示,预先在存储单元110中存储一次频率ω1和电压指令的振幅va *。斜率检测单元120进行数学式2的计算并检测出电压指令的振幅va *的增加量相对于一次频率ω1的增加量(转速的增加量)的比(Δva */Δω1)。能基于该比小于规定的基准值、换言之合成阻抗相对于转速的变化量小于规定的基准值的情况,来检测出至少一台感应电动机41的相序的误布线。
在由此检测出感应电动机41的误布线的情况下,从斜率检测单元120输出故障信号并执行功率转换器10的运行停止等处理即可。
上述实施方式中,在误布线的检测中利用电压指令值的振幅,但也可以利用电压检测值的振幅。即,虽未图示,但如权利要求2所记载的那样,利用电压检测单元检测出功率转换器10的输出电压,并利用电压检测值振幅计算单元取代图1的电压指令振幅计算单元100来计算该电压检测值的振幅。与此同时,将该电压检测值的振幅与一次频率的组合存储于存储单元110。
然后,在斜率检测单元120中,计算电压检测值的振幅的增加量相对于一次频率的增加量的比,在该比小于规定的基准值时,检测出感应电动机41的相序的误布线。
另外,本发明也能作为利用搭载于车辆的一台可变电压可变频率逆变器(VVVF逆变器)等功率转换器来运行用于驱动车轮的多台感应电动机的电动车来实现。
电动车中,在车辆的组装、整备、检查时有时会进行电气设备及设备间布线的拆卸和安装。并且,在车辆或电气设备组装后,实施以动力运行1档位起动电动车、从低速开始逐渐加速等行驶试验。通过上述行驶试验能确认到各电气设备正常动作的情况。动力运行1档位是分配有最低转矩性能的动力运行档位。
因而,在将本发明应用于电动车的情况下,可设为在车辆以动力运行1档位运行时,检测出感应电动机41的误布线。此外,也可设为在车辆在规定速度(例如利用动力运行1档位所能加速的最高速度)以下时,检测出感应电动机41的误布线。并且,也可设为在车辆以动力运行1档位运行、且车辆在规定速度以下时,检测出感应电动机41的误布线。
由此,在车辆或电气设备组装后的早期阶段就能检测出感应电动机41的误布线。

Claims (6)

1.一种功率转换器的控制装置,该功率转换器利用半导体开关元件的动作对直流电压进行转换来获得三相交流电压,将所获得的三相交流电压提供给互相并联连接并机械性连结的多台感应电动机,并运行这些感应电动机,该功率转换器的控制装置的特征在于,包括:
电流检测单元,该电流检测单元对所述功率转换器的输出电流进行检测;
电流控制单元,该电流控制单元生成使所述电流检测单元所得到的电流检测值与电流指令值相一致的电压指令值;
电压指令振幅计算单元,该电压指令振幅计算单元计算所述电压指令值的振幅;
存储单元,该存储单元按每一个采样周期来存储所述感应电动机的一次频率与当时的所述电压指令值的振幅的组合;以及
斜率检测单元,该斜率检测单元基于所述存储单元的存储信息来计算将所述电压指令值的振幅的增加量除以所述一次频率的增加量而得到的值,在其除法结果小于规定的基准值时,判定为多台所述感应电动机中至少存在一台相对于所述功率转换器相序发生了误布线的感应电动机,并输出故障信号。
2.一种功率转换器的控制装置,该功率转换器利用半导体开关元件的动作对直流电压进行转换来获得三相交流电压,将所获得的三相交流电压提供给互相并联连接并机械性连结的多台感应电动机,并运行这些感应电动机,该功率转换器的控制装置的特征在于,包括:
电流检测单元,该电流检测单元对所述功率转换器的输出电流进行检测;
电压检测单元,该电压检测单元对所述功率转换器的输出电压进行检测;
电流控制单元,该电流控制单元生成使所述电流检测单元所得到的电流检测值与电流指令值相一致的电压指令值;
电压检测值振幅计算单元,该电压检测值振幅计算单元计算所述电压检测单元所得到的电压检测值的振幅;
存储单元,该存储单元按每一个采样周期来存储所述感应电动机的一次频率与当时的所述电压检测值的振幅的组合;以及
斜率检测单元,该斜率检测单元基于所述存储单元的存储信息来计算将所述电压指令值的振幅的增加量除以所述一次频率的增加量而得到的值,在其除法结果小于规定的基准值时,判定为多台所述感应电动机中至少存在一台相对于所述功率转换器相序发生了误布线的感应电动机,并输出故障信号。
3.一种电动车,其特征在于,
权利要求1或2所述的功率转换器的控制装置与所述功率转换器一起搭载于车辆,利用所述功率转换器来运行用于驱动车轮的多台感应电动机。
4.如权利要求3所述的电动车,其特征在于,
在所述车辆利用转矩性能最低的动力运行档位进行运行时,所述斜率检测单元输出所述故障信号。
5.如权利要求3所述的电动车,其特征在于,
在所述车辆的速度在规定值以下时,所述斜率检测单元输出所述故障信号。
6.如权利要求3所述的电动车,其特征在于,
在所述车辆利用转矩性能最低的动力运行档位进行运行,且所述车辆的速度在规定值以下时,所述斜率检测单元输出所述故障信号。
