Abstract

发明领域
一般而言,本发明涉及一种固体悬浮液组合物,其包含:i)至少一种电解质水增稠性聚合物,ii)至少一种水溶性盐,iii)至少一种水不溶性固体农业化学品,和iv)水。
发明背景
许多固体农业化学品,包括除草剂如莠去津(atrazine)和漂移控制剂如纤维素衍生的聚合物呈粉末形式。由于潜在的吸入危险,呈粉末形式的化学品的处理提高了潜在的健康问题。为了使得在潜在的危险最小化,通常将固体农业化学品分散在水中,尤其是当固体农业化学品在水中不溶或者具有低溶解性时。该类稳定配制剂在农业应用中通常称为悬浮液浓缩物(SC),其中粉末状固体悬浮在含水介质中。
在SC中,如果固体的密度比含水介质更高(或更低),则通常使用添加剂来悬浮固体颗粒且增稠含水介质以使沉降(或漂浮)降至最小。
支撑剂如沙粒悬浮在增稠的电解质含水介质中的悬浮液是油田应用中公知的。不同于农业化学配制剂,用于油田应用的支撑剂悬浮液通常不需要长期稳定性,且即使在使用后,支撑剂也用作永久颗粒。目前,已知的包含悬浮在高电解质含水介质中的固体农业化学品的农业化学配制剂极少。其主要原因是难以控制悬浮农业化学品和电解质介质之间的相互作用。实际上,大多数固体农业化学品不适于处于高电解质含水介质中的SC配制剂。
农夫或其他终端用户的通常做法是在具有额外农药的草甘膦(glyphosate)除草剂桶中加入硫酸铵(AMS)肥料。所述额外农药可为固体农药如莠去津。由桶侧添加各种农业化学品往往会导致错误,因为终端用户在组合化学品时有时会犯错。因此,具有多种成分的预先配制的农业化学配制剂不仅可提供便利,而且可降低人们在混合该化学品时的错误。因此,需要包含悬浮在高电解质含水介质中的固体农业化学品的稳定悬浮液浓缩物(SC)。
固体农业化学品显著不同于油田工业中所用的典型支撑剂,因为这些农业化学品在配制剂施用后会直接或间接发挥特定的生物学功能。固体农业化学品包括但不限于农药、生长调节剂、水不溶性微量营养素、沉积助剂、漂移控制剂等和/或其组合或混合物。它们通常在施用前在含水电解质介质中具有极其有限的溶解度,即它们在施用前具有与电解质介质的极其有限的相互作用。
聚合物纤维素衍生物是一类特别有用的固体农业化学品。它们具有能在高电解质环境中保持固体颗粒直至将其稀释至水中的能力。严格来说,本发明所用的聚合物纤维素衍生物为水溶性聚合物(WSP),因为它们最终水合在具有低电解质含量的水中。通常在使用前将纤维素衍生物分散至水中。公知的是,将WSP均匀分散至水中有时是一项困难的任务。当添加至水中时,WSP颗粒可水合在水中且形成保护性的胶凝“皮”,从而防止颗粒内部进一步水合。由于该胶凝的“皮”,WSP的含水体系可包含许多可能极难分散的凝胶点,有时称为“鱼眼”。
为了避免潜在的“鱼眼”问题,开发了各种技术。一种公知的该类技术使用将WSP粉末混入液体二醇中,然后将其添加至水中的技术。由于WSP在二醇中不水合或者不过快水合,在添加至水中之前,所述二醇可将粉末颗粒均匀分布。尽管该技术可使得鱼眼问题最小化,然而其需要昂贵且不能赋予配制剂以其他所需性质的二醇。此外,许多WSP在二醇中可能最终水合且胶凝。
美国专利6,639,066描述了另一种技术,其使用包含固体非离子纤维素醚、聚磷酸盐和选自正磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐和硫酸盐的其他盐的悬浮液组合物。由于该高电解质体系中的水活性因电解质的水合而大大降低,因此剩下的水分子不能完全水合所述非离子纤维素醚。因此,所述非离子纤维素醚粉末可均匀分散在高电解质水溶液中。随后将该非离子纤维素醚分散体添加至水中,这可使鱼眼问题最小化。然而,该专利中的稳定性数据仅仅是针对1周的悬浮液,并未提及长于1周的稳定性。此外,当非离子纤维素醚分散体(即,更正确地为悬浮液)在添加至水中之前需要储存显著长的时间时,该技术不是有效的。
美国专利5,837,864和5,898,072公开了具有交联纤维素醚的悬浮液。美国专利申请12/845,861公开了一种不为电解质溶液的悬浮液。美国专利申请11/476,655公开了一种具有多种阴离子表面活性剂的悬浮液。EP0268574公开了一种具有壬基酚乙氧基化物的悬浮液。EP0413274公开了一种需要润湿剂的悬浮液。
发明简述
一般而言,本发明涉及一种固体悬浮液组合物,其包含:i)至少一种电解质水增稠性聚合物,ii)至少一种水溶性盐,iii)至少一种水不溶性固体农业化学品,和iv)水。
所述水溶性盐为电解质,且可为无机盐或农药盐;所述电解质水增稠性聚合物为能完全水合且增稠所述盐溶液的水溶性聚合物;所述水不溶性固体农业化学品可为纤维素衍生物和/或水不溶性固体农药。在一个实施方案中,所述电解质水增稠性聚合物为多糖增稠剂,包括瓜耳胶。此处,就瓜耳胶而言,包括非离子瓜耳胶(包括羟丙基瓜耳胶)、阳离子瓜耳胶(包括季盐瓜耳胶)、阴离子瓜耳胶、两性瓜耳胶,和/或其组合或混合物。
本发明还涉及一种将固体农业化学品分散至由电解质水增稠性聚合物增稠的剪切稀化电解质水溶液中的方法。所述增稠的电解质溶液是剪切稀化性的,从而使得所述固体颗粒可因所述电解质水增稠性聚合物提供的高粘度而悬浮,同时所述粘度液滴可倾倒以允许产品容易地流动。当分散的固体为纤维素衍生物时,要求电解质的浓度足够高以至于抑制分散的固体纤维素衍生物的水合,但不过高以至于影响所述电解质增稠性聚合物的增稠能力。
发明详述
一般而言,本发明涉及一种固体悬浮液组合物,其包含:i)至少一种电解质水增稠性聚合物,ii)至少一种水溶性盐,iii)至少一种水不溶性固体农业化学品,和iv)水。
所述电解质水增稠性聚合物是一种能增稠含水电解质介质,同时产生剪切稀化性质的水溶性聚合物。在一个实施方案中,所述电解质水增稠性聚合物为具有不同电荷类型的瓜耳胶衍生物。在另一实施方案中,所述瓜耳胶衍生物为羟丙基瓜耳胶或季盐瓜耳胶。
本发明组合物中的电解质水增稠性聚合物的浓度为约0.1-约2重量%,在另一实施方案中为约0.3-约1重量%。
一般而言,在水溶性悬浮液中使用超过约1.5重量%瓜耳胶不是必需的,除非希望非常粘稠或胶凝的产品。瓜耳胶具有防止横向生长(lateral flogging),同时改变电解质溶液的密度以使沉降最小化的能力。
可用于本发明上下文中的水溶性盐(即,电解质)为可在水中溶解且容易地离解成阳离子和阴离子的离子型化合物。阳离子的非限制性实例为铵、锂、钠、钙、镁、铝、铜、异丙胺、二甲胺、单乙醇胺、二亚乙基胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、对草快(paraquat)除草剂,以及它们的混合物。阴离子的非限制性实例为硫酸根、亚硫酸根、氯离子、硝酸根、溴离子、氟离子、碳酸根、碳酸氢根、磷酸根、磷酸氢根、草甘膦除草剂阴离子、2,4-滴(2,4-D)除草剂阴离子、2甲4氯(MCPA)除草剂阴离子、麦草畏(dicamba)除草剂阴离子、草铵膦(glufosinate)除草剂阴离子,以及它们的混合物。在一个实施方案中,所述离子型化合物为草甘膦的盐、2,4-滴的盐、麦草畏的盐、草铵膦的盐、硫酸铵、氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化镁、溴化钠、硫酸钠、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵、碳酸钠、硝酸铵,以及它们的混合物。所述离子型化合物的浓度通常大于约15重量%,在另一实施方案中为约15-约65重量%,在另一实施方案中为约15-约50重量%,在又一实施方案中为约15-约40重量%,在又一实施方案中为约20-约30重量%。
所用的具体电解质可为高度体系特异性的,且受所述组合物的具体组分的影响。如果所述组合物包含特定的离子型化合物,则仅一些体系能良好地发挥作用;而如果用其他离子型化合物代替,则不能适当地发挥作用。
在一个实施方案中,待悬浮的水不溶性固体农业化学品为纤维素衍生物。所述纤维素衍生物的浓度通常为约3-约40重量%,在另一实施方案中为约5-约35重量%,在又一实施方案中为约10-约30重量%,在又一实施方案中为约15-25重量%。
在一个实施方案中,所述纤维素衍生物为美国专利6,639,066和WO201280301A2(通过引用并入本文)中所公开的甲基乙基羟基乙基纤维素衍生物(MEHEC)。就本发明而言,MEHEC的不溶性是指在添加MEHEC后,不存在含水介质的增稠。这可通过将不含MEHEC的电解质体系的粘度与含预期量MEHEC的体系粘度比较而测定。如果具有MEHEC的电解质体系的粘度与不含MEHEC的粘度相似,则认为MEHEC不溶于该电解质体系中。在这种情况下,MEHEC保持未被水合,且MEHEC颗粒仍具有可在光学显微镜下观察的确定形状。在电解质浓度高于约15%的情况下,MEHEC通常是水不溶性的,因为该电解质浓度足够高,以至于抑制其水合,从而使得其不溶。
纤维素衍生物如MEHEC是降低农业配制剂细液滴的量,从而有助于控制该农业配制剂的漂移的农业化学品。MEHEC作为农业化学品的适用性例如显示在下文实施例10中。
优选地,本公开内容组合物中所用的纤维素衍生物为线性的非交联聚合物。
在另一实施方案中,待悬浮的水不溶性固体农业化学品是水不溶性的固体农药或生长抑制剂。所述农药或生长抑制剂的浓度为约5-约50重量%,在另一实施方案中为约5-约35重量%,在另一实施方案中为约10-约30重量%,在又一实施方案中为约15-约25重量%。可有用地用于本发明上下文中的水不溶性农药的实例包括但不限于:莠去津除草剂、敌草隆(diuron)除草剂、克菌丹(captan)杀真菌剂、噻虫胺(clothianidin)杀虫剂、新烟碱类杀虫剂如吡虫啉(imidacloprid)、腈嘧菌酯(azoxystrobin)杀真菌剂等。
本发明的产品是储存稳定的,在<50℃的温度下长期储存测试(>4周)后不发生显著的分离、成团和显著的粘度增大。所述产品可容易地再次混合(即使会发生少许沉降),且可容易地再次分散至水中。
本说明书中的水溶性盐为在25℃下在水中具有至少20%溶解度,在另一实施方案中在25℃下在水中具有至少40%溶解度的农药盐和无机盐。
本说明书中的水不溶性农药在25℃下在水中具有小于2重量%,优选小于1重量%,更优选小于0.1重量%的溶解度。
可在本发明的组合物中添加其他少量和/或任选组分。这些组分包括但不限于表面活性剂、抗微生物剂等。然而,由于所述悬浮液中的高电解质含量,抗微生物剂的使用可能并非是必需的。
本发明还涉及一种制备农业化学品在增稠的电解质介质中的储存稳定(<~40℃)的含水固体悬浮液的方法,其包括:(1)通过在容器中在水中添加并混合0.1-2重量%的电解质水增稠性聚合物,直至所述电解质水增稠性聚合物完全水合,或者直至建立粘度而制备增稠的剪切稀化性电解质水溶液;(2)随后添加超过约15%的水溶性盐;和(3)在所述增稠的体系中添加并混合超过约3重量%的固体农业化学品,从而形成悬浮液浓缩物。
本发明还涉及另一种制备农业化学品在增稠的电解质介质中的储存稳定(<~40℃)的含水固体悬浮液的方法,其包括:(1)首先在容器中在水中添加并溶解至少约15重量%的一种水溶性盐;(2)随后在所述容器中添加并混合0.1-2重量%的至少一种选自瓜耳胶及其衍生物的电解质水增稠性聚合物,直至所述电解质水增稠性聚合物完全水合,或者直至建立粘度;和(3)随后进一步将超过约5%的至少一种水不溶性固体农业化学品混入所述容器中,直至获得均匀的悬浮液组合物,其中所述悬浮液组合物显示出剪切稀化性质,其具有在约25℃下使用具有#64转子的布鲁克菲尔德粘度计DV-II Pro在60RPM下测得为小于30000cps的粘度。
通过下文非限制性实施例进一步阐述本发明。所有试样的粘度测量均使用布鲁克菲尔德粘度计DV-II Pro使用#64转子在室温下进行。
实施例1
在搅拌下将21.38克硫酸铵(AMS)添加至52.87克水中,直至AMS完全溶解。然后,向该AMS溶液中添加0.75克DR-2000(羟丙基瓜耳胶,获自Rhodia),将其混合,直至瓜耳胶完全水合且所述混合物达到稳定的粘度。然后,在剧烈混合下添加25克MEHEC,直至所述组合物不含团块(平滑的悬浮液)。该MEHEC悬浮液的粘度示于表1中。

所述试样显示出强烈的剪切稀化性质。该试样在~0℃下不冻结,且在该温度下仍非常容易地流动。其在~-10℃下变得粘稠。所述试样的粘度在3次冻-融循环(-30℃/室温)后基本上不变化。
所述试样在置于50℃烘箱中4周后在底部具有澄清的相(~10体积%)。顶部相仍是均匀的。所述试样可容易地再次混合成均匀的试样,且在低于室温下保持而很少发生分离。
实施例2
于20-40%AMS中的10-30%AGRHO DR-2000形成凝胶(不可流动)。这表明瓜耳胶本身不能用于悬浮。
实施例3
在剧烈混合下,将0.7克TICXanthan Powder(黄原胶)添加至99.3克水中。所述黄原胶能完全水合成粘稠溶液。添加至该黄原胶溶液中的30克AMS并未使得所述黄原胶脱水,即黄原胶并未凝聚在一起,从而形成团块,且未从水中挤出。该黄原胶溶液的粘度保持相对不变。该黄原胶溶液可用于悬浮水不溶性固体农业化学品。
实施例4
在混合下将30克AMS添加至99.3克水中,直至AMS溶解。然后添加0.7克TICXanthan Powder(黄原胶)。实施例4具有与实施例3相同的组成,但以不同的方法产生。该实施例的黄原胶不能完全水合黄原胶颗粒。如该实施例所述制得的悬浮介质对悬浮水不溶性固体农业化学品而言不是优选的。
比较实施例3和4,可看出在添加电解质之前,优选地需要将黄原胶水合在水中。
实施例5
在混合下将2.6克TICXanthan Powder(黄原胶)添加至537.4克水中,直至黄原胶完全水合成均匀的溶液。然后,在搅拌下向该溶液中添加210克AMS,直至AMS完全溶解。在使用顶置搅拌器的剧烈混合下,添加250克MEHEC,直至获得无团块的平滑悬浮液。总试样尺寸为1000g。该试样平滑地流动。该MEHEC悬浮液的粘度示于表2中。

将该试样分成4份。将份1在50℃下储存。将份2保持在实验室平台上于室温(~22℃)下。将份3在室温(0~-5℃)下储存。份4用于冻/融(F/T)研究。该试样的储存稳定性示于表3中。

所述试样在3次F/T循环后是冻/融稳定的。
实施例5证明,MEHEC悬浮液非常易于操作,在低于室温下是稳定的,且在50℃下较为稳定,即使具有较低的粘度。粘度损失可能是由于未添加抗微生物剂而在试样中发生细菌生长所致。
实施例6
在混合下,将0.8克C-14S(阳离子瓜耳胶,获自Rhodia)添加至99.2克水中。添加~0.07克40%柠檬酸水溶液以增稠该体系。然后,在混合下添加38.9克AMS。与实施例1相比,粘度稍有降低,但粘度足以悬浮水不溶性固体农业化学品。所述体系是剪切稀化的。将75克该试样添加至25克MEHEC中,将该混合物均化,直至试样均匀。将该试样在50℃下储存7天,未发生可见的分离。由于C-14S的高浓度,所述试样在室温下非常粘稠。
实施例7
在混合下,将0.53克C-14S(阳离子瓜耳胶,获自Rhodia)添加至100.29克水中。添加~0.08克40%柠檬酸水溶液以增稠该体系。然后,在混合下添加38.94克AMS。所述体系是剪切稀化的。最后,添加46.61克MEHEC,将所述悬浮液均化,直至试样均匀。该试样包含0.284%Jaguar C-14S、53.80%水、0.043%40%柠檬酸、20.885%AMS和25.00%MEHEC。所述试样具有良好的流动性。22.5℃下的粘度示于表4中。将该试样在50℃下储存3天,粘度相对不变或者相对无可见分离。

实施例8
在混合下将0.7g Jaguar C-14S添加至27.47g水中。然后,在混合下添加76g K-草甘膦(62%活性成分),直至粘度变为稳定值(<30分钟)。然后添加9.8g莠去津(粉末状除草剂),将所述悬浮液混合直至均匀。该试样显示出良好的粘度,和在室温下1个月后<5%分离和在50℃下1个月后<~10%分离的稳定性。该试样仍容易地流动,且不含团块。
实施例9
将10g水与10g 10-34-0肥料(聚磷酸铵的澄清溶液,具有10%N和34%P2O5)。添加0.2g AGRHO DR-2000并充分混合。获得具有良好粘度的增稠溶液。添加2.24g吡虫啉杀虫剂粉末并充分混合。获得稳定且可流动的吡虫啉悬浮液。
添加少量(例如约1-2%)润湿剂Witconate NAS-8(辛烷磺酸钠)有助于将吡虫啉粉末分散在所述体系中。
实施例10
在瓶中形成包含8.73重量%IPA-草甘膦(~62%活性成分)、45.47重量%K-草甘膦(~46%活性成分)、10重量%牛油/椰油胺乙氧基化物、0.8重量%AGRHO DR-2000和5%MEHEC的组合物。分别将瓜耳胶DR-2000和MEHEC混合在一起,并在将剩余组分混合在一起后添加至所述组合物中。使用顶置搅拌器将所述组合物搅拌30分钟。该组合物是稳定的(在室温下3个月无分离迹象)。在30、40和60PSI喷雾压力下使用扁平扇形喷嘴对处于水中的0.5%、1%和2%该试样实施漂移测量。还对不含MEHEC漂移控制剂和瓜耳胶DR-2000的配制剂实施漂移测量。数据示于表5中。

所述数据表明,农业化学品MEHEC起漂移控制剂的作用,取决于稀释浓度和喷雾压力,其将细液滴(<150μm)的量减少了19-73%。
实施例11
分析了瓜耳胶对噻虫胺肥料SC的稳定性的影响。两个试样示于下表6中。在试样A中,将URAN 28肥料与DR-2000瓜耳胶和噻虫胺杀虫剂以表6中所述的量组合。在试样B中,将URAN 32肥料(~80%固体,具有~45%氨氮和~34.8%尿素,于~20%水中)与DR-2000瓜耳胶、润湿剂Witcolate D-510(硫酸2-乙基己酯)和柠檬酸组合。

所述数据表明,包含0.3重量%瓜耳胶DR-2000的试样A和B在室温下分别在1个月和2个月后是稳定的。
如上文所例示的那样,本公开内容的组合物提供了使用不溶性固体农业化学品的有用悬浮液浓缩物。有益地,本公开内容的组合物提供了悬浮液浓缩物,而无需在该组合物中包含表面活性剂。特别地,可避免使用壬基苯基衍生物,这降低了所述组合物的潜在毒性。还可避免其他表面活性剂如TSP磷酸酯,这些并非是本公开内容的组合物所必需的。
Claims (15)
1.一种含水悬浮液组合物,其包含:i)至少一种具有在25℃下在水中为至少20%溶解度的水溶性盐,其选自水溶性肥料、水溶性农药盐及其组合,其中所述水溶性盐为电解质,ii)至少一种选自黄原胶、瓜耳胶、瓜耳胶衍生物或其混合物的能增稠所述组合物的电解质水增稠性聚合物,其中瓜耳胶衍生物为非离子瓜耳胶、阳离子瓜耳胶、阴离子瓜耳胶、两性瓜耳胶,和/或其组合或混合物,iii)至少一种选自甲基乙基羟乙基纤维素、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性农药、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性生长调节剂、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性微量营养素,及其组合和混合物的固体农业化学品,和剩余的水,其中所述组合物显示出剪切稀化性质,且具有在25℃下通过具有#64转子的布鲁克菲尔德粘度计DV-II Pro在60RPM下测得小于30000cps的粘度,且其中所述水溶性盐的浓度为15-70重量%,所述电解质水增稠性聚合物的浓度为0.1-2重量%,所述固体农业化学品的浓度为3-50重量%,并用水补足至100重量%。
2.如权利要求1的组合物,其中所述固体农业化学品为除草剂。
3.如权利要求2的组合物,其中所述固体农业化学品为莠去津(atrazine)。
4.如权利要求1或2的组合物,其中所述固体农业化学品为杀虫剂。
5.如权利要求4的组合物,其中所述固体农业化学品为噻虫胺(clothianidin)。
6.如权利要求4的组合物,其中所述固体农业化学品为吡虫啉(imidacloprid)。
7.如权利要求1的组合物,其中所述水溶性农药盐为草甘膦(glyphosate)盐、麦草畏(dicamba)盐、2,4-滴(2,4-D)盐、2甲4氯(MCPA)盐、草铵膦(glufosinate)盐,和/或其混合物或组合。
8.如权利要求1的组合物,其中所述水增稠性聚合物为瓜耳胶。
9.一种制备含水液体悬浮液组合物的方法,包括在容器中在水中混合至少一种选自黄原胶、瓜耳胶、瓜耳胶衍生物或其混合物的电解质水增稠性聚合物,直至所述电解质水增稠性聚合物完全水合或者直至建立粘度,从而获得预混物,将至少一种具有在25℃下在水中为至少20%溶解度的水溶性盐与所述预混物混合,进一步地随后将至少一种选自甲基乙基羟乙基纤维素、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性农药、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性生长调节剂、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性微量营养素,及其组合和混合物的固体农业化学品混入所述预混物中,直至获得均匀的悬浮液组合物;其中所述悬浮液组合物显示出剪切稀化性质,且具有在约25℃下通过具有#64转子的布鲁克菲尔德粘度计DV-II Pro在60RPM下测得小于30000cps的粘度,且其中所述水溶性盐的浓度为15-70重量%,所述电解质水增稠性聚合物的浓度为0.1-2重量%,所述固体农业化学品的浓度为3-50重量%,并用水补足至100重量%;其中所述水溶性盐为电解质,其中瓜耳胶衍生物为非离子瓜耳胶、阳离子瓜耳胶、阴离子瓜耳胶、两性瓜耳胶,和/或其组合或混合物。
10.如权利要求9的方法,其中所述水溶性盐进一步与水溶性农药盐组合。
11.如权利要求10的方法,其中可溶性农药盐选自草甘膦(glyphosate)盐、麦草畏(dicamba)盐、2,4-滴(2,4-D)盐或草铵膦(glufosinate)盐,及其组合和混合物。
12.如权利要求9-11中任一项的方法,其中所述电解质水增稠性聚合物为非衍生或衍生的瓜耳胶。
13.一种制备含水液体悬浮液组合物的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(i)首先在容器中在水中添加并溶解至少一种具有在25℃下在水中为至少20%溶解度的水溶性盐,其选自水溶性肥料、水溶性农药盐及其组合,其中所述水溶性盐为电解质;
(ii)随后在容器中添加并混合至少一种选自瓜耳胶及其衍生物的电解质水增稠性聚合物,直至所述电解质水增稠性聚合物完全水合或者直至建立粘度,其中瓜耳胶衍生物为非离子瓜耳胶、阳离子瓜耳胶、阴离子瓜耳胶、两性瓜耳胶,和/或其组合或混合物;
(iii)随后将至少一种选自甲基乙基羟乙基纤维素、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性农药、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性生长调节剂、具有在25℃下在水中为小于2%溶解度的水不溶性微量营养素,及其组合和混合物的固体农业化学品混入所述容器中,直至获得均匀的悬浮液组合物;其中所述悬浮液组合物显示出剪切稀化性质,其具有在约25℃下使用具有#64转子的布鲁克菲尔德粘度计DV-II Pro在60RPM下测得小于30000cps的粘度,且其中所述水溶性盐的浓度为15-70重量%,所述电解质水增稠性聚合物的浓度为0.1-2重量%,所述固体农业化学品的浓度为3-50重量%,并用水补足至100重量%。
14.如权利要求13的方法,其中所述水溶性盐进一步与水溶性农药盐组合。
15.如权利要求14的方法,其中水溶性农药盐选自草甘膦(glyphosate)盐、麦草畏(dicamba)盐、2,4-滴(2,4-D)盐或草铵膦(glufosinate)盐,及其组合和混合物。
