Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢球全方位转动轴承,其组成包括外圈1、保持架2、滚动体3、内圈4,外圈1内表面滚道为非对称弧锥面,内圈4外表面滚道为纯圆弧面,外圈1内表面滚道和滚动体3之间构成润滑油槽,所述滚动体3设置于外圈1弧锥面滚道与内圈4纯圆弧面滚道之间,并在其内自由滚动。外圈1内滚道弧锥面两侧弧锥角度不同,通过非对称弧锥面滚道使钢球在沿滚道公转的同时,产生侧向的旋滚,实现了轴承工作过程中,钢球与滚道进行全表面均匀接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢球全方位转动球轴承,属于球轴承技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型球轴承。
背景技术
通过观测发现钢球表面磨损区域相对集中,磨损区内出现了比较明显的疲劳磨损,同一轴承内的钢球表面都具有该特征。轴承滚道的结构直接影响钢球在轴承内部的状态,目前球轴承钢球在滚道间的旋滚形式无法得到有效控制,表面接触点受高频次的接触应力,造成磨损区域相对固定,降低了钢球及滚道的使用寿命,影响整个轴承使用性能;此外,球轴承的径向承载能力较小,若出现复杂重载状况,容易导致润滑油膜破裂,润滑失效,直接降低钢球寿命,影响整个轴承寿命。
本发明通过非对称弧锥面的滚道设计,实现轴承工作过程中,滚道能够与钢球全表面进行接触,从而将钢球表面的磨损均匀分散至整个球体表面,这样不仅解决了传统轴承因钢球与滚道单点高频接触造成的钢球表面局部急剧磨损问题,极大延长了钢球的使用寿命,避免了球轴承中由于滚动体磨损而引起的轴承失效;还解决了传统球轴承由于钢球表面磨损不均,造成的轴承使用后期其性能和精度会急剧下降的问题,从而在延长使用寿命的基础上,延缓了轴承精度降低的速率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种钢球全方位转动球轴承,实现球轴承工作中钢球与滚道间全球面均匀接触,避免磨损区域固定,降低单点接触循环次数,减小钢球及滚道的磨损速率,提高轴承寿命。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种钢球全方位转动球轴承,具有使球轴承工作中钢球与滚道间全球面均匀接触的功能,其组成包括外圈、保持架、滚动体、内圈、润滑油槽;其特征是:所述外圈内滚道为非对称弧锥面,弧锥面角αβ不相等,弧锥面夹角αα′、ββ′分别关于原点o对称;所述内圈外滚道为圆弧面;将内圈设置于外圈内;所述滚动体设置于外圈弧锥面滚道与内圈纯圆弧面滚道之间,并在其内自由滚动;外圈和滚动体之间为润滑油槽。外圈内滚道弧锥面两侧弧锥角度不同,通过非对称弧锥面滚道使钢球在沿滚道公转的同时,产生侧向的旋滚,实现轴承工作过程中滚道能够与钢球全表面进行均匀接触,从而将钢球表面的磨损均匀分散至整个球体表面,实现钢球全球面的均匀接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:实现滚动体全球面的均匀接触,降低了单点接触循环次数,减小其磨损速率,延长了使用寿命,延缓了轴承精度降低的速率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1为本发明钢球全方位转动球轴承示意图,由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架组成。
如图2所示为本发明剖视图,由外圈1、保持架2、滚动体3、内圈4组成,外圈1和滚动体3之间为润滑油槽5。外圈内滚道为非对称弧锥面,弧锥面角αβ不相等,弧锥面夹角αα′、ββ′分别关于原点o对称。通过非对称弧锥面滚道使钢球在沿滚道公转的同时,产生侧向的旋滚,实现轴承工作过程中,滚道能够与钢球全表面进行均匀接触,从而将钢球表面的磨损均匀分散至整个球体表面,实现钢球全球面的均匀接触。
结构如图2所示,在外滚道1和滚动体3之间有一定的间隙,可以更好的储存润滑油,提高轴承的润滑效果。钢球转动过程中,不仅可以实现整个球体表面的均匀润滑,并且可以通过钢球转动带动润滑油润滑整个轴承内部结构,改善轴承润滑条件,降低轴承运转过程中产生的噪音,提高轴承的工作性能。

1.一种钢球全方位转动球轴承,其组成包括外圈1、保持架2、滚动体3、内圈4、润滑油槽5,其特征在于:所述外圈1内滚道为弧锥面;所述内圈4外滚道为圆弧面;所述内圈4设置于外圈1内;所述润滑油槽5设置于外圈1内滚道与滚动体3之间;所述滚动体3设置于外圈1弧锥面滚道与内圈4纯圆弧面滚道之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢球全方位转动球轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈1内滚道为非对称弧锥面,弧锥面角αβ不相等,弧锥面夹角αα′、ββ′分别关于原点o对称。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢球全方位转动球轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈4外滚道为纯圆弧面。
