本实用新型涉及一种轴承,尤其是涉及一种关节轴承。一种关节轴承,由外圈和内圈组成,外圈的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致。沿内圈的凸形球面上设有两条弧形沟道,在弧形沟道上设有若干钢球。关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖;在外圈上设有注油器。按照上述方法制造出来的关节轴承,由于巧妙地在球面轴承的内、外圈之间设置了钢球,将弧面滑动摩擦变成了滚动摩擦,使摩擦系数从0.2降至0.0015,不仅保持了现有关节轴承可以在三维空间摆动的特点,而且满足了在一个平面内高速旋转的需要,并使关节轴承的使用寿命大大提高。

本实用新型涉及一种轴承,尤其是涉及一种关节轴承。
                          背景技术
长期以来在纺织机械、制刷机械、汽车制造等多领域经常使用一种关节轴承,也称球面轴承,它可以在旋转中同时承受很大的径向载荷,并且旋转轴相对轴心线做摆动或倾斜。由于这种关节轴承承受着多种方向载荷运动,所以结构较特殊,目前,这种轴承,如图1所示,由一个内侧为凹球面的外圈1和一个空心球体的内圈2组成,在外圈与球体的中间常用铜圈或自润滑材料作为减磨层。工作时内圈做圆周旋转运动,旋转同时可相对轴心线做摆动,这种关节轴承工作时为纯滑动摩擦,摩擦系数为0.2,由于摩擦系数大,只能承受100-300转/分的转速,转速高时摩擦加剧,轴承工作面经常出现磨损、点蚀及剥落等损坏现象而导致轴承不能工作。这种轴承已经不能适应目前先进的高速机械传动行业。
                          发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种摩擦系数小,适应转速高,寿命长的关节轴承。
本实用新型主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种关节轴承,由外圈和内圈组成,外圈的内侧呈凹形球面,沿内圈的外侧呈凸形球面且两球面弧度相一致,沿内圈的凸形球面上设有两条弧形沟道,在弧形沟道上设有若干钢球。弧形沟道的曲率半径与排列在弧形沟道上的钢球的曲率半径相匹配;关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖;在外圈上设有注油器。
轴承的外圈、内圈均采用GCr15钢制造,并经淬火、回火热处理,以提高轴承的硬度、强度和耐磨性。
按照上述方法制造出来的关节轴承,由于巧妙地在球面轴承的内、外圈之间设置了钢球,将弧面滑动摩擦变成了滚动摩擦,使摩擦系数从0.2降至0.0015,不仅保持了现有关节轴承可以在三维空间摆动的特点,而且满足了在一个平面内高速旋转的需要,并使关节轴承的使用寿命大大提高。

                        具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图2-3,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1、一种关节轴承,由外圈1和内圈2组成,外圈1的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈2的外侧呈凸形球面且两球面弧度相一致。外圈1、内圈2均采用GCr15轴承钢制造,轴承钢经淬火、回火后,提高轴承硬度、强度,增强耐磨性。沿内圈2的凸形球面上设有2条弧形沟道5,在2条弧形沟道5上分别设有两列相同的钢球3,钢球3的大小应与弧形沟道5、内圈2、外圈1相匹配。在外圈1上设有注油器4,有效减小了钢球3与内圈2的弧形沟道5、外圈1的摩擦。关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖6,保持轴承内部清洁。在外圈2上设有注油器7,有效减小了钢球3与内圈2的弧形沟道5、外圈1的摩擦。
根据不同的用途,可以将关节轴承的外圈1一端制成杆形的,杆的另一端设有螺纹或其他连接结构,此时带杆的关节轴承即可广泛的应用于纺织机械、制刷机械、汽车制造等等。

Claims (4)

1、一种关节轴承,由外圈(1)和内圈(2)组成,外圈(1)的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈(2)的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致,其特征在于沿内圈(2)的凸形球面上设有两条弧形沟道(5),在弧形沟道(5)上设有若干钢球(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于弧形沟道(5)的曲率半径与排列在弧形沟道(5)上的钢球(3)的曲率半径相匹配。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于在关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖(6)。
4根据权利要求1或2所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于在外圈上设有注油器(4)。
