本实用新型涉及一种轴承,尤其涉及一种角接触关节轴承。
背景技术
长期以来在纺织机械、制造机械、汽车制造等多领域经常使用一种角接触关节轴承,也称球面轴承。现有的角接触关节轴承,由外圈和内圈组成,外圈的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致,这种关节轴承在工作时内圈做圆周旋转运动,转速高时摩擦系数较大,轴承工作面常出现磨损现象从而使轴承不能工作,即使用寿命较短;为了减小摩擦系数,一般在外圈的内侧壁设有复数条润滑槽,往润滑槽内加入润滑油作为减磨层,但是这种减磨层需定期加注润滑油脂,若此润滑槽的供油不够充足均匀的话,轴承在工作时其内外圈也容易磨损,从而缩短使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐磨性好、使用寿命长的角接触关节轴承。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:一种角接触关节轴承,由外圈和内圈组成,外圈的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致,外圈内侧壁设有复数条润滑槽,所述内圈外侧壁涂覆有光滑的高强度耐磨材料层。
所述光滑的高强度耐磨材料层为搪瓷釉层。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型的一种角接触关节轴承,在内圈外侧壁上涂覆有光滑的高强度耐磨材料层,与现有技术相比,本实用新型这种关节轴承,在外圈的内侧壁加注的润滑油脂不够充足均匀时,其内圈也具有光滑、耐磨性好,强度高的特点,即此内圈在做圆周旋转运动时,内外圈不易磨损,提高了关节轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种角接触关节轴承,如图1所示,包括外圈1和内圈2组成,外圈1的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈2的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致,外圈1内侧壁设有复数条润滑槽11,内圈2外侧壁涂覆有搪瓷釉层3,这样,使用时先往复数条润滑槽11内加入润滑油脂,增强了内圈做旋转运动的润滑效果,由于在内圈2外侧壁涂覆有搪瓷釉层3,搪瓷釉具有光滑、耐磨性好、强度高的特点,即内圈2也具有光滑、耐磨性好、强度高的特点,则内外圈不易磨损,提高了关节轴承的使用寿命。
本实用新型的角接触关节轴承的型号为GAC110S-K,此种型号的关节轴承其球径为160mm,外圈小端面开口处的厚度为7.4mm,且此种型号外圈内侧壁所设的润滑槽的数量为45条,本用新型在加工轴承时为了更进一步地提高了关节轴承的强度和使用寿命一般把关节轴承的球径减小0.5-5mm,即外圈小端面开口处的厚度需相应地加大0.5-5mm,因外圈球径变小,则设在外圈内侧壁的润滑槽的数量应相对应的减小2-5条,这样外圈内侧壁不会因润滑槽的数量太密,而影响外圈的强度。

1.一种角接触关节轴承,由外圈和内圈组成,外圈的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致,外圈内侧壁设有复数条润滑槽,其特征在于:上述内圈外侧壁涂覆有光滑的高强度耐磨材料层。
2.据权利要求1所述的一种角接触关节轴承,其特征在于:上述光滑的高强度耐磨材料层为搪瓷釉层。
