Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,尤其是涉及一种关节轴承。一种关节轴承,由外圈和内圈组成,外圈的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致。沿内圈的凸形球面上设有两条弧形沟道,在弧形沟道上设有若干钢球。轴承的外圈采用20Cr渗碳钢、内圈和钢球采用GCr15钢制造,并经淬火、回火热处理。关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖。按照上述方法制造出来的关节轴承,由于巧妙地在球面轴承的内、外圈之间设置了钢球,将弧面滑动摩擦变成了滚动摩擦,使摩擦系数从0.2降至0.0015,不仅保持了现有关节轴承可以在三维空间摆动的特点,而且满足了在一个平面内高速旋转的需要,并使关节轴承的使用寿命大大提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,尤其是涉及一种关节轴承。
背景技术
长期以来在纺织机械、制刷机械、汽车制造等多领域经常使用一种关节轴承,也称球面轴承,这种轴承有带杆端的和不带杆端的,它可以在旋转中同时承受很大的径向载荷,并且旋转轴可相对轴心线做摆动或倾斜。由于这种关节轴承承受着多种方向载荷运动,所以结构较特殊。目前,这种轴承,如图1所示,由一个内侧为凹球面的外圈1和一个空心球体的内圈2组成,在外圈与球体的中间常用铜圈或自润滑材料作为减磨层。工作时内圈做圆周旋转运动,旋转同时可相对轴心线做摆动,这种关节轴承工作时为纯滑动摩擦,摩擦系数为0.2,由于摩擦系数大,只能承受100-300转/分的转速,转速高时摩擦加剧,轴承工作面经常出现磨损、点蚀及剥落等损坏现象而导致轴承不能工作。这种轴承已经不能适应目前先进的机械行业中的高速旋转部件。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种摩擦系数小,适应转速高,寿命长的关节轴承。
本发明主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种关节轴承,由外圈和内圈组成,外圈的内侧呈凹形球面,沿内圈的外侧呈凸形球面且两球面弧度相一致,沿内圈的凸形球面上设有两条弧形沟道,在弧形沟道上设有若干钢球。
弧形沟道的曲率半径与排列在弧形沟道上的钢球的曲率半径相匹配;关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖;在外圈上设有注油器;
轴承的外圈采用20Cr渗碳钢、内圈和钢球采用GCr15轴承钢制造,并经淬火、回火热处理,以提高轴承的硬度、强度和耐磨性;
所述的外圈的一端设有杆端,杆端上设有螺纹;所述的杆端上的螺纹为外螺纹;所述的杆端上的螺纹为内螺纹。
按照上述方法制造出来的关节轴承,由于巧妙地在球面轴承的内、外圈之间设置了钢球,将原来弧面滑动摩擦变成了滚动摩擦,使摩擦系数从0.2降至0.0015,不仅保持了现有关节轴承可以在三维空间摆动的特点,而且满足了在一个平面内高速旋转的需要,并使关节轴承的使用寿命大大提高。带有杆端的关节轴承可广泛地应用于纺织机械、制刷机械、汽车制造业等领域。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图2-5,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:由图2、图3所示的一种关节轴承,由外圈1和内圈2组成,外圈1的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈2的外侧呈凸形球面且两球面弧度相一致。外圈1的一端设有杆端8,杆端8上设有外螺纹9,外圈1采用20Cr渗碳钢制造,外圈1内侧滚道面采用特殊热处理方法,经渗碳淬火后进行磨削及超精研,硬度达到HRC58-62,圆度达到4μm,粗糙度为Ra0.4,而非工作面仍保持一定韧性与强度,提高了工作面耐磨性。内圈2采用GCr15轴承钢制造,轴承钢经淬火、回火后,提高轴承硬度、强度,增强耐磨性,硬度达HRC58-62。内圈2及其两端面采取磨削而成,圆度在3μm以内,粗糙度Ra在0.125以内。沿内圈2的凸形球面上设有2条弧形沟道5,弧形沟道5在磨削后进行超精研,使圆度在3μm以内,粗糙度Ra在0.125以内,较之现在的圆度0.02mm和粗糙度Ra0.8提高了很多。在2条弧形沟道5上分别设有两列相同的钢球3,钢球3的大小应与弧形沟道5、内圈2、外圈1相匹配。钢球3采用GCr15轴承钢制造,制造精度高,圆度达0.25μm,粗糙度为Ra0.008。在外圈1上设有注油器4,有效减小了钢球3与内圈2的弧形沟道5、外圈1的摩擦。关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖6,以保持轴承内部清洁。
实施例2:如图4、图5所示的一种关节轴承,其关节轴承的结构和制造参数均与实施例1相同,其不同之处在于,外圈1上的杆端8上设有内螺纹10,以适应不同机械的传动要求。
本发明上述两种关节轴承,其转速由现在的100-300转/分提高到1000-1500转/分,使用寿命由现在的1-3个月提高到1-2年。
Claims (8)
1、一种关节轴承,由外圈(1)和内圈(2)组成,外圈(1)的内侧呈凹形球面,内圈(2)的外侧呈凸形球面,且两球面弧度相一致,其特征在于沿内圈(2)的凸形球面上设有两条弧形沟道(5),在弧形沟道(5)上设有若干钢球(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于弧形沟道(5)的曲率半径与排列在弧形沟道(5)上的钢球(3)的曲率半径相匹配。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于在关节轴承的两侧各设有一个防尘盖(6)。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于在外圈上设有注油器(4)。
5、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于轴承的外圈(1)采用20Cr渗碳钢、内圈(2)和钢球(3)采用GCr15钢制造,并经淬火、回火热处理。
6、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于所述的外圈(1)的一端设有杆端(8),杆端(8)上设有螺纹。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于所述的杆端(8)上的螺纹为外螺纹(9)。
8、根据权利要求6所述的一种关节轴承,其特征在于所述的杆端(8)上的螺纹为内螺纹(10)。
