一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,包括外圈,内圈和滚珠环,滚珠环由若干个滚珠排列组成,滚珠环位于外圈和内圈之间,内圈的外周面上设置有环状凹槽,滚珠环位于环状凹槽内,所述的滚珠环至少有两个,所述的滚珠环的数量与环状凹槽的数量相同,所述的滚珠满装于环状凹槽内,所述的滚珠是球形或者圆柱形,本发明可以满足各种不同工况条件下工作的各类主机的不同需求,另一方面,结构紧凑、负载能力大,满足高转速要求,适用于各类重型机械装置上。

一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及高转数重型轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承。
背景技术
目前,现有的轴承一般由外圈,内圈,保持架和滚珠构成。保持架在轴承中的作用主要是引导滚珠在正确的位置上滚动,防止滚珠错位,但是这种结构在滚珠轴向移动时容易造成保持架破损导致轴承卡死,而且保持架与滚动体滑动摩擦面大易造成轴承发热和磨损,特别在高速运转条件下,惯性离心力的作用加剧了摩擦、磨损与发热,严重时会造成保持架烧伤或断裂,致使轴承无法继续使用,减少了轴承的使用寿命。而且轴承都是由单列的滚珠环构成并且滚珠环由少个滚珠组成,不能承受较大的重载荷,耐磨性能和强度上都存在一定缺陷,所以现有的大轴承(内径80cm及以上)结构不能满足高转数(2000转/分钟)重载的使用要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,包括外圈,内圈和滚珠环,滚珠环由若干个滚珠排列组成,滚珠环位于外圈和内圈之间,内圈的外周面上设置有环状凹槽,滚珠环位于环状凹槽内。
本发明还具有如下技术特征:
1、如上所述的滚珠环至少有两个。
2、如上所述的滚珠环的数量与环状凹槽的数量相同。
3、如上所述的滚珠满装于环状凹槽内。
4、如上所述的滚珠是球形或者圆柱形。
本发明的效果和益处为:在内圈外周面上开有环状凹槽装满滚珠,没有保持架带来的弊端,使滚珠不但能在正确的位置上滚动同时加大了轴承的负载能力,而且避免保持架破损引起的滚珠在轴向移动时卡死的现象,使滚珠的摩擦力变小,旋转更加方便,增加轴承使用寿命;多列滚珠环和满滚珠的设计,让轴承能承受更大的重载荷,高转数。增强了耐磨性和强度,同时也增加了轴承的使用寿命,加强了轴承精度,实现高转数的要求和降低轴的同心度要求。可以满足各种不同工况条件下工作的各类主机的不同需求,适用于各类高转数重型机械装置上。

具体实施方式
下面根据说明书附图举例对本发明做进一步解释:
实施例1
结合图1-2所示,一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,包括外圈1,内圈2和滚珠环,滚珠环由若干个滚珠3排列组成,滚珠环位于外圈1和内圈2之间,内圈2的外周面上设置有环状凹槽4,滚珠环位于环状凹槽4内。
本实施例中所述的滚珠环为五列。
本实施例中所述的滚珠环的数量与环状凹槽4的数量相同。
本实施例中所述的滚珠3满装于环状凹槽4内。
本实施例中所述的滚珠3是球形。
本发明在工作时:滚珠3在环状凹槽4内沿着轴动方向转动,环状凹槽4保证滚珠3在正确的位置上滚动,防止滚珠3错位,五列滚珠环和满滚珠3,让轴承能承受更大的重载荷,增强了耐磨性和强度,实现高转速的要求和降低轴的同心度要求。可以满足动平衡差同心度差的高转速重载机器,例如粉碎机轴,玻璃打砂机轴等。适合各种不同工况条件下工作的各类主机的不同需求。

1.一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,包括外圈,内圈和滚珠环,滚珠环由若干个滚珠排列组成,滚珠环位于外圈和内圈之间,其特征在于:内圈的外周面上设置有环状凹槽,滚珠环位于环状凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,其特征在于:所述的滚珠环至少有两个。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,其特征在于:所述的滚珠环的数量与环状凹槽的数量相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,其特征在于:所述的滚珠满装于环状凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多列无保持架满滚珠调心轴承,其特征在于:所述的滚珠是球形或者圆柱形。
