本发明公开了一种纳米防水涂层材料及其制备方法,上述纳米防水涂层材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚丙烯酰胺30‑40份、低密度聚乙烯8‑14份、聚乙烯醇20‑30份、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚11‑15份、聚丙烯腈纤维6‑8份、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚5‑9份、聚乙烯蜡5‑7份、3‑亚甲基‑6(1‑甲乙基)‑环巳烯1‑3份、纳米氧化钡1‑2份、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯1‑2份和三甲铵乙酸盐0.5‑0.8份。本发明还提供了一种纳米防水涂层材料的制备方法。

Description

一种纳米防水涂层材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂层材料领域,特别涉及一种纳米防水涂层材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着新材料技术的不断发展,需要具有各类特殊性能的纺织面料,例如具有阻燃、防静电、防油、防水等性能。
其中,防水纺织面料不仅要求具有良好的防水性能,而且需要具有耐久性、舒适性和可呼吸性。常用的防水类纺织物的原料大都由丙烯酸树脂类、聚氨酯类、聚氯乙烯、橡胶基树脂和聚四氟乙烯等组成。但是这些新型纺织材料的耐水压、耐洗牢度、耐磨牢度较差,水洗后各项性能更是不佳。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种纳米防水涂层材料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种纳米防水涂层材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
聚丙烯酰胺 30-40份
低密度聚乙烯 8-14份,
聚乙烯醇 20-30份,
丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚 11-15份,
聚丙烯腈纤维 6-8份,
多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚 5-9份,
聚乙烯蜡 5-7份,
3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯 1-3份,
纳米氧化钡 1-2份,
过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯 1-2份,
三甲铵乙酸盐 0.5-0.8份。
所述组分还包括聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯0-2重量份。
所述组分还包括氯化石蜡0-1重量份。
所述纳米氧化钡的粒径为20-30纳米。
一种纳米防水涂层材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 30-40重量份、低密度聚乙烯8-14重量份、聚乙烯醇20-30重量份、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚11-15重量份、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚5-9重量份、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1-3重量份、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯1-2重量份、三甲铵乙酸盐0.5-0.8重量份、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯0-2重量份和氯化石蜡0-1重量份,混合均匀,在80-90℃下,搅拌1-2小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到5.5-6,加入聚丙烯腈纤维6-8重量份、聚乙烯蜡5-7重量份和纳米氧化钡1-2重量份,加入高压均质机中混合20-40分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
所述高压均质机中的混合条件为100-110℃、20-22MPa。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的纳米防水涂层材料以聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料,通过加入低密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚、聚丙烯腈纤维、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚、聚乙烯蜡、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯、纳米氧化钡、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯和三甲铵乙酸盐,制得的纳米防水涂层材料具有良好的附着力,且涂覆后表面平整,本发明的涂层材料具有良好的隔绝性能,能够隔绝空气和水,从而起到良好的保护织机表面的作用。
(2)本发明制得的纳米防水涂层材料具有良好的稳定性,能够在高热和高湿度环境下长期对织机表面起到保护作用。
(3)本发明的纳米防水涂层材料,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 30kg、低密度聚乙烯8kg、聚乙烯醇20kg、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚11kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚5kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯1kg和三甲铵乙酸盐0.5kg,混合均匀,在80℃下,搅拌1小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到5.5,加入聚丙烯腈纤维6kg、聚乙烯蜡5kg和粒径20纳米的氧化钡1kg,加入高压均质机中100℃、20MPa下混合20分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 30kg、低密度聚乙烯8kg、聚乙烯醇20kg、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚11kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚5kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯1kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.5kg、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯2kg和氯化石蜡1kg,混合均匀,在80℃下,搅拌1小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到5.5,加入聚丙烯腈纤维6kg、聚乙烯蜡5kg和粒径20纳米的氧化钡1kg,加入高压均质机中100℃、20MPa下混合20分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 40kg、低密度聚乙烯14kg、聚乙烯醇30kg、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚15kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚9kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.8kg、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯2kg和氯化石蜡1kg,混合均匀,在90℃下,搅拌2小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到6,加入聚丙烯腈纤维8kg、聚乙烯蜡7kg和粒径30纳米的氧化钡2kg,加入高压均质机中110℃、22MPa下混合40分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 40kg、低密度聚乙烯14kg、聚乙烯醇30kg、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚15kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚9kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.5kg、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯2kg和氯化石蜡1kg,混合均匀,在90℃下,搅拌2小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到6,加入聚丙烯腈纤维8kg、聚乙烯蜡7kg和粒径30纳米的氧化钡2kg,加入高压均质机中110℃、22MPa下混合40分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 35kg、低密度聚乙烯12kg、聚乙烯醇25kg、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚13kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚7kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯2kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯1.5kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.7kg、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯1kg和氯化石蜡0.5kg,混合均匀,在85℃下,搅拌1.5小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到5.7,加入聚丙烯腈纤维7kg、聚乙烯蜡6kg和粒径25纳米的氧化钡1.5kg,加入高压均质机中105℃、21MPa下混合30分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 40kg、低密度聚乙烯14kg、聚乙烯醇30kg、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚15kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚9kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.8kg、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯2kg和氯化石蜡1kg,混合均匀,在90℃下,搅拌2小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到6,加入聚丙烯腈纤维8kg、聚乙烯蜡7kg和粒径30纳米的氧化钡2kg,加入高压均质机中110℃、22MPa下混合40分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 40kg、低密度聚乙烯14kg、聚乙烯醇30kg、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚15kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚9kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯2kg和氯化石蜡1kg,混合均匀,在90℃下,搅拌2小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到6,加入聚丙烯腈纤维8kg、聚乙烯蜡7kg和粒径30纳米的氧化钡2kg,加入高压均质机中110℃、22MPa下混合40分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例3
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 40kg、低密度聚乙烯14kg、聚乙烯醇30kg、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚9kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.8kg、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯2kg和氯化石蜡1kg,混合均匀,在90℃下,搅拌2小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到6,加入聚丙烯腈纤维8kg、聚乙烯蜡7kg和氧化钡2kg,加入高压均质机中110℃、22MPa下混合40分钟,得到防水涂层材料。
制得纳米防水涂层材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

聚丙烯酰胺 30-40份
低密度聚乙烯 8-14份,
聚乙烯醇 20-30份,
丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚 11-15份,
聚丙烯腈纤维 6-8份,
多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚 5-9份,
聚乙烯蜡 5-7份,
3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯 1-3份,
纳米氧化钡 1-2份,
过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯 1-2份,
三甲铵乙酸盐 0.5-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述纳米防水涂层材料,其特征在于,所述组分还包括聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯0-2重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述纳米防水涂层材料,其特征在于,所述组分还包括氯化石蜡0-1重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述纳米防水涂层材料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化钡的粒径为20-30纳米。
5.一种纳米防水涂层材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取聚丙烯酰胺 30-40重量份、低密度聚乙烯8-14重量份、聚乙烯醇20-30重量份、丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚11-15重量份、多聚氧化乙烯十八烯基醇醚5-9重量份、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1-3重量份、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯1-2重量份、三甲铵乙酸盐0.5-0.8重量份、聚碳酸丁二酸亚丙酯0-2重量份和氯化石蜡0-1重量份,混合均匀,在80-90℃下,搅拌1-2小时;
(2)将步骤1的产物的pH调节到5.5-6,加入聚丙烯腈纤维6-8重量份、聚乙烯蜡5-7重量份和纳米氧化钡1-2重量份,加入高压均质机中混合20-40分钟,得到纳米防水涂层材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纳米防水涂层材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高压均质机中的混合条件为100-110℃、20-22MPa。
