一种耐磨复合布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合布材料领域,特别涉及一种耐磨复合布及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着纺织行业的不断发展,越来越多的企业将目光转向各种功能性布料的加工,以尽可能使产品的应用领域更加广泛,满足不同的需求。
尼龙(Nylon)学名为聚酰胺﹐聚酰胺纤维是第一个商业化高分子合成纤维制品。聚酰胺纤维最突出的优点为耐磨性较其它纤维优越﹐同时其弹性佳﹐其弹性回复率可与羊毛相近﹐且尼龙同聚酯纤维一样具有良好的耐腐性﹐不怕虫蛀﹐不怕发霉等优点。
但尼龙在拥有众多优点的同时,其在室外长时间受日照时,易变黄﹐强度下降﹐与聚酯相比其保型形性较差。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种耐磨复合布及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐磨复合布,包括基层、耐磨层;所述基层由尼龙40wt%-50wt%、壳聚糖纤维20wt%-30wt%、棉纤维15wt%-20wt%和亚麻纤维5wt%-10wt%经纬交织而成;其中,经线为尼龙制成的纱线,纬线为壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维和亚麻纤维混纺制成的纱线;所述耐磨层通过热压方式覆盖在所述基层的表面。
所述耐磨层由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯55-60份,
聚偏二氯乙烯 15-20份,
聚乙烯蜡 5-8份,
环氧丙烷丁基醚3-5份,
过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯 2-4份,
褐煤蜡酸乙二酯 2-4份,
聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5-1份,
季戊四醇硬脂酸酯 0.5-1份,
N-甲基石斛碱 0.5-0.8份,
硼酸锌0.2-0.8份。
所述耐磨层还包括磷酸苯酯二缩水甘油酯0-0.5重量份。
一种耐磨复合布的耐磨层的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯55-60重量份、聚偏二氯乙烯15-20重量份、聚乙烯蜡5-8重量份、环氧丙烷丁基醚3-5重量份、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2-4重量份、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯2-4重量份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5-1重量份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.5-1重量份、N-甲基石斛碱0.5-0.8重量份、硼酸锌0.2-0.8重量份和磷酸苯酯二缩水甘油酯0-0.5重量份;
(2)将上述组分混合均匀后,加热,保温2-4小时,延压成膜,自然冷却至室温,得到耐磨复合布的耐磨层。
步骤(2)中所述加热的温度为250-270℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的耐磨复合布以尼龙、壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维和亚麻纤维座位基层材料,通过在基层材料表面热压有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、环氧丙烷丁基醚、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、N-甲基石斛碱、硼酸锌和磷酸苯酯二缩水甘油酯,制得的耐磨复合布具有良好的力学强度,具有良好的耐刮、耐磨性能,且具有较长的使用寿命。
(2)本发明的耐磨复合布具有良好的表面性能,具有良好的防水透气性。
(3)本发明的耐磨复合布,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
耐磨层:
(1)称取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯55kg、聚偏二氯乙烯15kg、聚乙烯蜡5kg、环氧丙烷丁基醚3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯2kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5kg、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.5kg、N-甲基石斛碱0.5kg和硼酸锌0.2kg;
(2)将上述组分混合均匀后,在250℃下保温4小时,延压成膜,自然冷却至室温,得到耐磨复合布的耐磨层。
制得耐磨复合布的耐磨层的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
耐磨层:
(1)称取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯60kg、聚偏二氯乙烯20kg、聚乙烯蜡8kg、环氧丙烷丁基醚5kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯4kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯4kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐1kg、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯1kg、N-甲基石斛碱0.8kg、硼酸锌0.8kg和磷酸苯酯二缩水甘油酯0.5kg;
(2)将上述组分混合均匀后,在270℃下保温2小时,延压成膜,自然冷却至室温,得到耐磨复合布的耐磨层。
制得耐磨复合布的耐磨层的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
耐磨层:
(1)称取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯58kg、聚偏二氯乙烯18kg、聚乙烯蜡7kg、环氧丙烷丁基醚4kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯3kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯3kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.8kg、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.8kg、N-甲基石斛碱0.6kg、硼酸锌0.5kg和磷酸苯酯二缩水甘油酯0.2kg;
(2)将上述组分混合均匀后,在260℃下保温3小时,延压成膜,自然冷却至室温,得到耐磨复合布的耐磨层。
制得耐磨复合布的耐磨层的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
耐磨复合布,包括基层、实施例1的耐磨层;其中基层由尼龙50wt%、壳聚糖纤维20wt%、棉纤维20wt%和亚麻纤维10wt%经纬交织而成;其中,经线为尼龙制成的纱线,纬线为壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维和亚麻纤维混纺制成的纱线;并将实施例1中得到的耐磨层通过热压方式覆盖在基层的表面,得到耐磨复合布。
制得耐磨复合布的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5

耐磨复合布,包括基层、实施例3的耐磨层;其中基层由尼龙45wt%、壳聚糖纤维25wt%、棉纤维20wt%和亚麻纤维10wt%经纬交织而成;其中,经线为尼龙制成的纱线,纬线为壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维和亚麻纤维混纺制成的纱线;并将实施例3中得到的耐磨层通过热压方式覆盖在基层的表面,得到耐磨复合布。
