Abstract

本发明公开了一种纺织机用润滑剂及其制备方法,上述纺织机用润滑剂,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:润滑油50‑60份、氯化石蜡4‑6份、滑石粉3‑6份、2‑乙基己基磷酸单(2‑乙基己基)酯2‑3份、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2‑3份、镁锌铁氧体1‑2份、莱油甾醇1‑2份、羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.5‑1份、二羟甲基脲0.5‑0.6份、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.2‑0.4份和三甲铵乙酸盐0.2‑0.4份。本发明还提供了一种纺织机用润滑剂的制备方法。

一种纺织机用润滑剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂材料领域,特别涉及一种纺织机用润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了防止纺织机的机械部件之间的摩擦,对金属连接处的损伤,需要在金属相接处的表面涂覆润滑剂,从而减小部件之间的摩擦,起到保护部件表面的作用。
润滑剂是具有一定粘稠度的半流体和半固体状态物质,在润滑面可以防止流体或固体微粒从相邻结合面间泄漏以及防止外界杂质如灰尘与水分等侵入机器设备内部,从而保护设备良好运行。但现有的润滑剂材料在使用较大剂量时,才具有良好的效果,且存在润滑寿命短的问题。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种纺织机用润滑剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种纺织机用润滑剂,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
润滑油50-60份,
氯化石蜡4-6份,
滑石粉3-6份,
2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯2-3份,
过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2-3份,
镁锌铁氧体1-2份,
莱油甾醇1-2份,
羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.5-1份,
二羟甲基脲0.5-0.6份,
4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.2-0.4份,
三甲铵乙酸盐0.2-0.4份。
所述润滑油选自100#机油、220#蜗轮蜗杆油、68#导轨油和5#主轴油中的一种。
所述组分还包括偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份。
一种纺织机用润滑剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取润滑油50-60重量份、氯化石蜡4-6重量份、滑石粉3-6重量份、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯2-3重量份、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2-3重量份、镁锌铁氧体1-2重量份、莱油甾醇1-2重量份、羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.5-1重量份、二羟甲基脲0.5-0.6重量份、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.2-0.4重量份、三甲铵乙酸盐0.2-0.4重量份和偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中混合10-20分钟,调节pH至7.4-7.8,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
所述高压均质机中的混合温度为80-100℃,混合压力为18-20MPa。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的纺织机用润滑剂以润滑油为主要原料,通过加入氯化石蜡、滑石粉、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯、镁锌铁氧体、莱油甾醇、羟甲基丙烯酰胺、二羟甲基脲、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸和三甲铵乙酸盐,制得的纺织机用润滑剂具有良好的润滑和抗磨性能。
(2)本发明制得的纺织机用润滑剂具有良好的性能稳定性,在较低或较高的温度下使用,仍能保持良好的性能。
(3)本发明制得的纺织机用润滑剂由于其游离的甲醛含量比传统型脲醛树脂少,故为环境友好型润滑剂。
(4)本发明的纺织机用润滑剂,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取100#机油50kg、氯化石蜡4kg、滑石粉3kg、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯2kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、镁锌铁氧体1kg、莱油甾醇1kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.5kg、二羟甲基脲0.5kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.2kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.2kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中80℃、18MPa下混合10分钟,调节pH至7.4,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取100#机油50kg、氯化石蜡4kg、滑石粉3kg、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯2kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2kg、镁锌铁氧体1kg、莱油甾醇1kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.5kg、二羟甲基脲0.5kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.2kg和三甲铵乙酸盐0.2kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中80℃、18MPa下混合10分钟,调节pH至7.4,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取220#蜗轮蜗杆油60kg、氯化石蜡6kg、滑石粉6kg、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯3kg、镁锌铁氧体2kg、莱油甾醇2kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺1kg、二羟甲基脲0.6kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.4kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.4kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中100℃、20MPa下混合20分钟,调节pH至7.8,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取220#蜗轮蜗杆油60kg、氯化石蜡6kg、滑石粉6kg、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯3kg、镁锌铁氧体1kg、莱油甾醇1kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺1kg、二羟甲基脲0.6kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.4kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.4kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中100℃、20MPa下混合20分钟,调节pH至7.8,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取5#主轴油55kg、氯化石蜡5kg、滑石粉4kg、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯2.5kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2.5kg、镁锌铁氧体1.5kg、莱油甾醇1.5kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.81kg、二羟甲基脲0.5kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.3kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.3kg和偏硅酸三甲酯0.5kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中90℃、19MPa下混合15分钟,调节pH至7.6,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)称取220#蜗轮蜗杆油60kg、氯化石蜡6kg、滑石粉6kg、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯3kg、镁锌铁氧体2kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺1kg、二羟甲基脲0.6kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.4kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.4kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中100℃、20MPa下混合20分钟,调节pH至7.8,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)称取220#蜗轮蜗杆油60kg、氯化石蜡6kg、滑石粉6kg、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯3kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯3kg、镁锌铁氧体2kg、莱油甾醇2kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺1kg、二羟甲基脲0.6kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.4kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中100℃、20MPa下混合20分钟,调节pH至7.8,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例3
(1)称取220#蜗轮蜗杆油60kg、氯化石蜡6kg、滑石粉6kg、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯3kg、镁锌铁氧体2kg、莱油甾醇2kg、羟甲基丙烯酰胺1kg、二羟甲基脲0.6kg、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.4kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.4kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中100℃、20MPa下混合20分钟,调节pH至7.8,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
制得纺织机用润滑剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
本发明实施例1-5和对比例1-3的润滑剂喷涂钢片后,在240N载荷、180rpm转速、600s保存时间的条件下,对喷涂过润滑油涂层的钢片进行小销盘摩擦磨损实验,测得平均摩擦系数和磨损结果具体如表1所示。

Claims (5)

1.一种纺织机用润滑剂,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
润滑油50-60份,
氯化石蜡4-6份,
滑石粉3-6份,
2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯2-3份,
过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2-3份,
镁锌铁氧体1-2份,
莱油甾醇1-2份,
羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.5-1份,
二羟甲基脲0.5-0.6份,
4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.2-0.4份,
三甲铵乙酸盐0.2-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述纺织机用润滑剂,其特征在于,所述润滑油选自100#机油、220#蜗轮蜗杆油、68#导轨油和5#主轴油中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述纺织机用润滑剂,其特征在于,所述组分还包括偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份。
4.一种纺织机用润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取润滑油50-60重量份、氯化石蜡4-6重量份、滑石粉3-6重量份、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯2-3重量份、过氧化苯甲酰醋酸丁酯2-3重量份、镁锌铁氧体1-2重量份、莱油甾醇1-2重量份、羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.5-1重量份、二羟甲基脲0.5-0.6重量份、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸0.2-0.4重量份、三甲铵乙酸盐0.2-0.4重量份和偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份,混合均匀;
(2)加入高压均质机中混合10-20分钟,调节pH至7.4-7.8,得到纺织机用润滑剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述纺织机用润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高压均质机中的混合温度为80-100℃,混合压力为18-20MPa。
