本发明提供了一种单组分聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法,涉及涂料领域。该单组分聚氨酯涂料按重量份数计,组分组成如下:聚氨酯树脂15‑40份、氯化石蜡20‑35份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10‑15份、丙烯酸树脂25‑35份、重钙15‑22份、轻钙15‑20份、消泡剂2‑5份、聚醚多元醇20‑30份、纳米二氧化钛5‑10份、增塑剂1‑5份、阻燃剂1‑3份和催化剂0.5‑2份,聚醚多元醇为二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚和阻燃型聚醚多元醇FR‑600按照质量比为3:1配比的混合物。本发明提供的单组分聚氨酯涂料固化速度快,实用性高。

Description

一种单组分聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体而言,涉及一种单组分聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯涂料以其优异的制品性能和加工多样性,已成为全球涂料工业近十年来发展最快的品种之一,在国外聚氨酯的年均增长率已达到涂料行业平均增长率的两倍。聚氨酯涂料凭借其优越的物理、化学性能,已经在行业内得到了广泛的认可和应用。
而聚氨酯涂料中,单组分聚氨酯涂料凭借其施工方便,尤其对于家庭装修这类涂料用量不多的用户来说,不用考虑称量问题,用不完的涂料以后还可以再用等特点,而备受青睐。另外,单组分聚氨酯涂料的抗冲击性和耐磨性也非常好。然而,现有的单组分聚氨酯涂料的固化速度却较慢,涂料交联过程中也容易起泡,性能有待改善。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种单组分聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法,以改善现有的单组分聚氨酯涂料固化速度慢,容易起泡的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种单组分聚氨酯涂料,按重量份数计,组分组成如下:聚氨酯树脂15-40份、氯化石蜡20-35份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-15份、丙烯酸树脂25-35份、重钙15-22份、轻钙15-20份、消泡剂2-5份、聚醚多元醇20-30份、纳米二氧化钛5-10份、增塑剂1-5份、阻燃剂1-3份和催化剂0.5-2份,所述聚醚多元醇为二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚和阻燃型聚醚多元醇 FR-600按照质量比为3:1配比的混合物。
优选地,上述的单组分聚氨酯涂料中,所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡按照质量比为1:1配比的混合物。辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合使用,催化效果非常好,能同时兼顾反应速度和固化速度。
本发明还提供了一种制备上述单组分聚氨酯涂料的方法,包括下述步骤:
a.将反应釜升温至80-100℃,然后加入所述聚氨酯树脂、所述氯化石蜡、所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、所述丙烯酸树脂和所述聚醚多元醇,在添加物料的同时利用1000-1500r/min的转速进行搅拌;
b.然后缓慢加入所述纳米二氧化钛、所述重钙、所述轻钙和所述催化剂,继续搅拌0.5-1h,得到混合物料;
c.待所述反应釜降温至45-60℃,加入所述消泡剂、所述增塑剂和所述阻燃剂,搅拌1-2h,然后保温0.3-0.5h,再冷却至室温,即得到单组分聚氨酯涂料。
相对于现有技术,本发明包括以下有益效果:本发明通过添加聚氨酯树脂、聚醚二元醇,形成含异氰酸酯基的预聚体,再辅以丙烯酸树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、重钙等原料,使得制得的单组分聚氨酯涂料的融合性好、组分分散性高、固化速度快,而纳米二氧化钛的添加,又能够提高涂料的悬浮稳定性及涂层与基材之间的结合力,可显著提高涂膜的致密性、表面平整度和耐洗刷性。此外,消泡剂的添加,能够有效的抑制泡沫产生,并破除泡沫,实用性高,适合大范围推广。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例一
单组分聚氨酯涂料按重量份数计,组分组成如下:聚氨酯树脂15份、氯化石蜡20份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10份、丙烯酸树脂25份、重钙15份、轻钙15份、消泡剂2份、聚醚多元醇20份、纳米二氧化钛5份、增塑剂1份、阻燃剂1份和催化剂0.5份,聚醚多元醇为二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚和阻燃型聚醚多元醇 FR-600按照质量比为3:1配比的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种制备上述单组分聚氨酯涂料的方法,包括下述步骤:
a.将反应釜升温至80℃,然后加入聚氨酯树脂、氯化石蜡、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸树脂和聚醚多元醇,在添加物料的同时利用1000r/min的转速进行搅拌;
b.然后缓慢加入纳米二氧化钛、重钙、轻钙和催化剂,继续搅拌0.5h,得到混合物料;
c.待反应釜降温至45℃,加入消泡剂、增塑剂和阻燃剂,搅拌1h,然后保温0.3h,再冷却至室温,即得到单组分聚氨酯涂料。
实施例二
单组分聚氨酯涂料按重量份数计,组分组成如下:聚氨酯树脂40份、氯化石蜡35份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15份、丙烯酸树脂35份、重钙22份、轻钙20份、消泡剂5份、聚醚多元醇30份、纳米二氧化钛10份、增塑剂5份、阻燃剂3份和催化剂2份,聚醚多元醇为二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚和阻燃型聚醚多元醇 FR-600按照质量比为3:1配比的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种制备上述单组分聚氨酯涂料的方法,包括下述步骤:
a.将反应釜升温至100℃,然后加入聚氨酯树脂、氯化石蜡、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸树脂和聚醚多元醇,在添加物料的同时利用1500r/min的转速进行搅拌;
b.然后缓慢加入纳米二氧化钛、重钙、轻钙和催化剂,继续搅拌1h,得到混合物料;
c.待反应釜降温至60℃,加入消泡剂、增塑剂和阻燃剂,搅拌2h,然后保温0.5h,再冷却至室温,即得到单组分聚氨酯涂料。
实施例三
单组分聚氨酯涂料按重量份数计,组分组成如下:聚氨酯树脂20份、氯化石蜡28份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯12份、丙烯酸树脂30份、重钙18份、轻钙17份、消泡剂3份、聚醚多元醇25份、纳米二氧化钛7份、增塑剂3份、阻燃剂1.5份和催化剂1.3份,聚醚多元醇为二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚和阻燃型聚醚多元醇 FR-600按照质量比为3:1配比的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种制备上述单组分聚氨酯涂料的方法,包括下述步骤:
a.将反应釜升温至90℃,然后加入聚氨酯树脂、氯化石蜡、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸树脂和聚醚多元醇,在添加物料的同时利用1200r/min的转速进行搅拌;
b.然后缓慢加入纳米二氧化钛、重钙、轻钙和催化剂,继续搅拌0.8h,得到混合物料;
c.待反应釜降温至53℃,加入消泡剂、增塑剂和阻燃剂,搅拌1.5h,然后保温0.4h,再冷却至室温,即得到单组分聚氨酯涂料。

Claims (3)

1.一种单组分聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,组分组成如下:聚氨酯树脂15-40份、氯化石蜡20-35份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-15份、丙烯酸树脂25-35份、重钙15-22份、轻钙15-20份、消泡剂2-5份、聚醚多元醇20-30份、纳米二氧化钛5-10份、增塑剂1-5份、阻燃剂1-3份和催化剂0.5-2份,所述聚醚多元醇为二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚和阻燃型聚醚多元醇 FR-600按照质量比为3:1配比的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单组分聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于:所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡按照质量比为1:1配比的混合物。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的单组分聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
a.将反应釜升温至80-100℃,然后加入所述聚氨酯树脂、所述氯化石蜡、所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、所述丙烯酸树脂和所述聚醚多元醇,在添加物料的同时利用1000-1500r/min的转速进行搅拌;
b.然后缓慢加入所述纳米二氧化钛、所述重钙、所述轻钙和所述催化剂,继续搅拌0.5-1h,得到混合物料;
c.待所述反应釜降温至45-60℃,加入所述消泡剂、所述增塑剂和所述阻燃剂,搅拌1-2h,然后保温0.3-0.5h,再冷却至室温,即得到单组分聚氨酯涂料。
