Abstract

本发明涉及一种转运货物的手推车,具体说是一种举升组合式手推车。包括底盘、设置在底盘前端的前轮、设置在底盘后端的手把,底盘前端固定设置有托板,底盘的后端设置有铰接机构,铰接机构连接有货架,货架的前端设置有货架托板,在底盘上设置有举升机构,举升机构的伸缩式举升臂作用于货架。其结构合理,兼有货物平地转运和举升装车功能,可以降低劳动强度、提高货物的转运、装车效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转运货物的手推车,具体说是一种举升组合式手推车。
背景技术
短途转运货物的手推车是在底盘的下面安装行走轮,同时在底盘的后端设置手柄,利用手柄保持底盘的平衡,同时推动底盘前行。这种手推车在平地转运货物的时候很方便,只要将后端手柄抬高,将底盘前端的托板插入货物底部,然后拉低手柄即可将货物翘起离开地面;货物转运到目的地以后,也只要抬高手柄,使托板接触地面即可放下货物,抽出托板即可。在货物装、卸车过程中,需要先将货物转运到车旁边,卸下货物,人力或者采用起吊设备将货物抬到车厢中,有时还需要在车厢中再次装上手推车转运。劳动强度大,转运、装车效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理、兼有货物平地转运和举升装车功能的举升组合式手推车,用以降低劳动强度、提高货物的转运、装车效率。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:该举升组合式手推车包括底盘、设置在底盘前端的前轮、设置在底盘后端的手把,所述底盘前端固定设置有托板,所述底盘的后端设置有铰接机构,所述铰接机构连接有货架,所述货架的前端设置有货架托板,在底盘上设置有举升机构,所述举升机构的伸缩式举升臂作用于货架。
所述货架的前端设置有货架滑轮。
所述铰接机构包括设置在底盘上的轴座、设置在货架上的铰轴,所述轴座是侧壁设有一缺口的圆管体,所述缺口的宽度小于圆管体的内径,所述铰轴是匹配圆管体内径的柱体,所述柱体的厚度匹配圆管体上的缺口。
所述铰接机构包括设置在底盘上的轴座、设置在货架上的铰轴;所述轴座是侧壁设有一缺口的矩形框体,该缺口的宽度小于矩形框体内腔的长度,所述铰轴是安装在矩形框体内腔中的圆柱体,所述圆柱体的直径匹配矩形框体上缺口的宽度。
所述前轮的后方通过支架安装有辅助轮,所述支架与底盘之间呈30°——60°夹角固定连接。
所述举升机构包括固定安装在底盘上的千斤支架、铰接在千斤支架上的支撑臂、设置在千斤支架与支撑臂之间的千斤顶,所述千斤顶的铰接在千斤支架上,千斤顶的顶杠支撑在支撑臂的自由端,支撑臂的自由端支撑在货架的下面。
所述支撑臂的自由端安装有滑轮,所述滑轮支撑在货架的下面。
所述千斤顶上设置有用于连接操作手柄的连接杆、用于向千斤顶的油缸输送液压油的小油缸,所述小油缸与千斤顶的油缸之间通过单向阀连接,小油缸的活塞杆上铰接有曲柄,曲柄上的另一铰接点与连接杆之间铰接有拉杆,所述操作手柄安装在曲柄上。
所述举升机构包括固定安装在底盘上的千斤支架、铰接在千斤支架上的支撑臂、设置在千斤支架与支撑臂之间的千斤顶,所述千斤顶的铰接在千斤支架上,千斤顶的顶杠支撑在支撑臂的自由端,支撑臂的自由端支撑在货架的下面,所述千斤顶是螺杆式千斤顶。
本发明的有益效果在于:其结构合理,兼有货物平地转运和举升装车功能,可以降低劳动强度、提高货物的转运、装车效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述举升组合式手推车包括底盘1、设置在底盘1前端的前轮2、设置在底盘1后端的手把3,所述底盘1前端固定设置有托板4,托板4与底盘1之间呈一定的夹角,使托板4接触地面的时候真好与地面平行,便于插入货物底部;所述底盘1的后端设置有铰接机构,所述铰接机构连接有货架5,所述货架5的前端设置有货架托板6,在底盘1上设置有举升机构,所述举升机构的伸缩式举升臂作用于货架5。底盘1和货架5可以采用如图1所示的平面框架结构,也可以采用平板式的托盘结构,铰接机构设置在前轮2的后面、手把3的前面,举升机构设置在铰接机构的前面、前轮2的后面。举升机构不工作的时候,货架5紧贴在底盘1上,货架托板6与托板4重叠,此时可以象普通手推车一样转运货物,当需要装车等操作将货物举高的时候,扶住手把3、操作举升机构即可使货架5的前端抬高;如果在货架5与底盘1之间采用可拆卸的铰接机构,还可以在货物举高以后,直接将货架5连同货物一起装车转运到最终目的地,然后再取回货架5,重新装在底盘1上,以备下一次使用。当然,为了方便货架5从底盘1上卸下以后转运货物,还可以在货架5的前端设置货架滑轮7。
如图2所示,所述铰接机构包括设置在底盘1上的轴座、设置在货架5上的铰轴,所述轴座是侧壁设有一缺口的圆管体8,左右两个轴座对称固定连接在底盘1的两侧;所述缺口的宽度小于圆管体的内径。所述铰轴是匹配圆管体内径的柱体9,左右两个铰轴对称固定连接在货架5后端的两侧、与轴座相对应;所述柱体9的厚度匹配圆管体8上的缺口,柱体9的宽度大于圆管体8上的缺口、匹配圆管体的内径。这样,将柱体9倾斜一定角度,使其宽度方向正对轴座上的缺口即可安装或者卸下柱体9;柱体9进入圆管体8内腔以后,非特定角度不会脱落,保持铰接性能的同时实现可拆卸。
如图3所示,作为另一实施方案,所述铰接机构包括设置在底盘1上的轴座、设置在货架5上的铰轴;所述轴座是侧壁设有一缺口的矩形框体10,该缺口的宽度小于矩形框体10内腔的长度,所述铰轴是安装在矩形框体10内腔中的圆柱体11,所述圆柱体11的直径匹配矩形框体10上缺口的宽度。圆柱体11一旦进入矩形框体10内,非特定位置不会从中脱略,同样在保持铰接性能的同时实现可拆卸。
所述前轮2的后方通过支架12安装有辅助轮13,所述支架12与底盘1之间呈30°——60°夹角固定连接。该辅助轮13可以在运送货物时保持底盘1的平衡,减轻拉动强度。
如图4所示,所述举升机构包括固定安装在底盘1上的千斤支架1A、铰接在千斤支架1A上的支撑臂1B、设置在千斤支架1A与支撑臂1B之间的千斤顶,所述千斤顶的铰接在千斤支架1A上,千斤顶的顶杠1C支撑在支撑臂1B的自由端,支撑臂1B的自由端支撑在货架5的下面。千斤顶工作的时候利用顶杠1C顶起支撑臂1B的自由端,使其向上摆动,向上摆动的支撑臂1B的自由端又可顶起货架5,使货架5向上摆动,实现举升货物的动作。
支撑臂1B的自由端顶起货架5的时候,两者之间不可避免存在滑动摩擦,为减小摩擦,所述支撑臂1B的自由端安装有滑轮1D,所述滑轮1D支撑在货架5的下面。这样既可将滑动摩擦变成滑轮1D的滚动摩擦。
所述千斤顶上设置有用于连接操作手柄1H的连接杆1E、用于向千斤顶的油缸输送液压油的小油缸1F,所述小油缸1F与千斤顶的油缸之间通过单向阀连接,小油缸1F的活塞杆上铰接有曲柄1G,曲柄1G上的另一铰接点与连接杆1E之间铰接有拉杆1T,所述操作手柄1H安装在曲柄1G上。按压手柄1H的时候,曲柄1G推拉小油缸1F的活塞杆,通过小油缸1F向千斤顶的油缸输送液压油,使千斤顶工作。当然,为了实现重复工作,千斤顶上设置有油压释放旋钮,举升完成以后,通过油压释放旋钮释放千斤顶的压力,使顶杠1C和货架5复位。
当然,所述千斤顶可以采用如上所述的液压千斤顶,也可以采用螺杆式千斤顶。
千斤顶的结构和工作原理为公知技术,在此不再赘述。

1.举升组合式手推车,包括底盘(1)、设置在底盘(1)前端的前轮(2)、设置在底盘(1)后端的手把(3),所述底盘(1)前端固定设置有托板(4),其特征在于:所述底盘(1)的后端设置有铰接机构,所述铰接机构连接有货架(5),所述货架(5)的前端设置有货架托板(6),在底盘(1)上设置有举升机构,所述举升机构的伸缩式举升臂作用于货架(5);所述铰接机构包括设置在底盘(1)上的轴座、设置在货架(5)上的铰轴,所述轴座是侧壁设有一缺口的圆管体(8),所述缺口的宽度小于圆管体的内径,所述铰轴是匹配圆管体内径的柱体(9),所述柱体(9)的厚度匹配圆管体(8)上的缺口;所述货架(5)的前端设置有货架滑轮(7)。
