本发明公开了一种反应挤出液体加料罐装置,包括加料罐体和搅拌装置,所述加料罐体下方为输出管道,所述输出管道上设有一计量泵,所述搅拌装置设在加料罐体内,所述搅拌装置包括第一搅拌轴、第二搅拌轴、固定设在搅第一拌轴上端的第一电机、固定设置在第二拌轴上端的第二电机、设置在第二电机上方的搅拌罐;所述第一搅拌轴上设有一组螺旋纹,所述搅拌罐和第二搅拌轴下端设有一组螺旋纹,第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴向相反的方向旋转,使得搅拌罐里的液体向上流动,搅拌罐体外的液体向下流动。本发明相对于现有技术而言,通过搅拌装置不仅使液体搅拌均匀,提高搅拌效率,而且产生的液体内流动力系统能够在管口形成一定推动力,防止管口堵塞。

Description

一种反应挤出液体加料罐装置
技术领域
本发明公开了一种化工设备,具体涉及一种适用于粘度高、固化速率快的原料的反应挤出液体加料罐。
背景技术
现有的反应挤出液体加料罐在用于粘度高、固化速率快的原料的反应挤出时,由于靠液体自身重力输出加料罐或者由于原料固化的原因,储料罐出料口附近由于管口较细容易造成堵塞,特别是有计量泵的存在,更易堵塞管口,从而影响生产,也不易清洗。现有技术中可在管口外处设加热装置,但有些原料受热会影响反应。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种反应挤出液体加料罐。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明的提供了一种反应挤出液体加料罐装置,包括加料罐体和搅拌装置,所述加料罐体下方为输出管道,所述输出管道上设有一计量泵,所述搅拌装置设在加料罐体内,所述搅拌装置包括第一搅拌轴、第二搅拌轴、固定设在搅第一拌轴上端的第一电机、固定设置在第二拌轴上端的第二电机、设置在第二电机上方的搅拌罐;所述第一搅拌轴上设有一组螺旋纹,所述搅拌罐和第二搅拌轴下端设有一组螺旋纹,第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴向相反的方向旋转,使得搅拌罐里的液体向上流动,搅拌罐体外的液体向下流动。
进一步地,所述加料罐体外设有保温夹套,保温夹套内设有油层。
进一步地,所述保温夹套上设有一模温机,模温机控制夹套内油层的温度,通过温度控制与搅拌器的混合使用,大大加大搅拌和流动效率,更不易堵塞管口。
有益效果:本发明相对于现有技术而言,通过搅拌装置不仅使液体搅拌分散混合均匀,提高搅拌效率,而且产生的液体内流动力系统能够在管口形成一定推动力,即使有计量泵的存在,既能防止管口堵塞,而且通过搅拌电流的调控,可以实现计量加料,结构简单,。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种反应挤出液体加料罐装置,包括加料罐体3和搅拌装置,所述加料罐体3下方为输出管道9,所述输出管道9上设有一计量泵10,所述搅拌装置设在加料罐体3内,所述搅拌装置包括第一搅拌轴2、第二搅拌轴11、固定设在第一搅拌轴2上端的第一电机1、固定设置在第二拌轴11上端的第二电机7、设置在第二电机7上方的搅拌罐6;所述第一搅拌轴2上设有一组第一螺旋纹4,所述搅拌罐6和第二搅拌轴11下端分别设有一组第三螺旋纹5和第二螺旋纹8,第一搅拌轴2和第二搅拌轴11向相反的方向旋转,使得搅拌罐6里的液体向上流动,搅拌罐6体外的液体向下流动,如图中的箭头方向,再通过第二螺旋纹8向下的推动力,即使有计量泵10的存在,能够通畅的通过管道,并且提高搅拌效率,不易堵塞。

1.一种反应挤出液体加料罐装置,其特征在于:包括加料罐体和搅拌装置,所述加料罐体下方为输出管道,所述输出管道上设有一计量泵,所述搅拌装置设在加料罐体内,所述搅拌装置包括第一搅拌轴、第二搅拌轴、固定设在第一搅拌轴上端的第一电机、固定设置在第二拌轴上端的第二电机、设置在第二电机上方的搅拌罐;所述第一搅拌轴上设有一组第一螺旋纹,所述搅拌罐和第二搅拌轴下端分别设有一组第三螺旋纹和第二螺旋纹,第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴向相反的方向旋转,使得搅拌罐里的液体向上流动,搅拌罐体外的液体向下流动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应挤出液体加料罐装置,其特征在于:所述加料罐体外设有保温夹套,保温夹套内设有油层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反应挤出液体加料罐装置,其特征在于:所述保温夹套上设有一模温机,模温机控制夹套内油层的温度。
