Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置。此外,本发明还涉及一种用于根据权利要求3的前序部分所述的用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置。
背景技术
从欧洲专利申请EP 1 550 398 A1中已知了可由患者穿着于身的的夹克,该夹克设置有多个传感器和治疗装置。其中压力传感器、温度传感器、麦克风和生化传感器设置为传感器。这些传感器用于测量的量其中包括血压、体温、脉搏、血液中的氧含量以及血糖水平。其中氧源、泵、气袋、皮下注射器和电击装置设置作为治疗装置。气袋与泵一起用于矫正患者的姿势,以便将断裂的骨头固定就位,止血或进行心脏复苏术或者海姆利克氏操作法。
美国专利US 5,544,661公开了一种患者监视系统,包括便携装置和基座。该便携装置其中包括心电图和光体积描记器。该系统能够分析在此所检测到的数据,并且如果需要经由移动电话网络通知基站,将患者的生理数据传送给基站并且创建语音通信。此外,可以从基站激活附着于患者的治疗装置,例如外部除颤器、起搏器或者自动药物输液装置。
从美国专利US 5,405,362中已知了一种外部除颤器和药物注射系统,其设置为特别是用于在远离医院的地方治疗心脏紊乱的患者。该系统包括能够监视患者的多个生理参数的装置和为操作员做出治疗建议的专家系统。此外,该系统还包括外部除颤装置和用于将药物自动注射进骨髓中的装置,操作员借助它们能够治疗患者。
美国专利US 5,156,148公开了一种用于在无人干预的情况下自动治疗心脏机能失常的系统。该系统接收来自患者的生理信号,这些信号涉及患者的循环系统,并且利用微处理器来处理所述信号。微处理器控制治疗装置,治疗装置包括除颤器和用于静脉药物输送的装置。
最后,从德国实用新型DE 20 2005 02 525 U1中已知了一种用于移动监视患者心脏机能的系统。在该系统中,用于转发心电图的电极以无线方式连接到中央控制单元,或者通过在衣物中延伸的电极连接到中央控制单元。该中央控制单元能够存储和处理心电图数据,以及将消息传送给外部接收器并创建与其的语音通信。该系统还包括用于定位该系统的GPS单元。在该中央控制单元上的接口允许将数据传送至外部媒介。
本发明的问题
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的在急救中对患者进行医疗护理的装置。
根据本发明的解决方案
为了实现该目的,本发明教导了一种具有权利要求1的特征的用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置。由于该装置包括作为另一治疗装置的除颤器,所以除了心脏按压之外也可以进行除颤,以便允许在紧急情况下对患者进行有效治疗。
为了实现该目的,本发明还教导了一种具有权利要求3的特征的用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置。由于治疗装置包括呼吸治疗装置,所以在紧急情况下借助本发明可以实现以进入患者的呼吸系统,尤其是进行救生措施。
特别是,本发明可以用于如下患者,其由于存在心脏循环紊乱而增加了遭受突然的心搏停止或不产生心搏排血量的心脏运动(例如心悸)或者呼吸停止的危险。紧急情况可能特别是心搏停止或呼吸停止。借助本发明可以实现的是,降低患者由于该紧急情况而死亡的概率。
由于监视和治疗装置设置在衣物中,所以可能提供可被穿着于身的装置。特别是,这会有助于增加患者的活动性并且改善患者生活质量。借助本发明可以实现的是,在没有患者或第三方主动介入的情况下进行对患者的监视和治疗。由于监视装置和治疗装置以可操作方式连接,所以当监视装置确定紧急情况时监视装置可以触发作为治疗装置的结果的治疗或者依照合理的医学顺序或者同时的不同的治疗。
根据本发明的解决方案的结构和扩展
可单独或者与彼此组合使用的有利的实施例和扩展方案形成了从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明的装置优选包括除颤器作为治疗装置。优选的是,除颤器设置在衣物中。优选的除颤器可以进行心脏复律和/或除颤。其优选包括至少两个电极,它们可以附着于患者,优选附着于患者胸壁,以便为患者提供足够的电流脉冲用于除颤。这些电极优选是凝胶释放电极,其在施加电流脉冲之前在电极与胸壁之间释放导电凝胶或者允许以不同的方式来保护皮肤。

优选地,根据本发明的装置包括用于心脏复苏的心脏按压装置作为治疗装置。借助本发明的实施例可以实现的是,在患者中再次产生和/或维持最小循环。优选地,当该监视装置确定心搏停止时,监视装置可以触发心脏按压,并且特别优选的是可以进行足够的时间长度,直至该监视装置检测到心搏恢复或者直至例如由救助服务的护理人员从外部停用心脏按压装置。
心脏按压装置优选被控制为使得休止期分别跟随预定数目的心脏按压,在其中可以优选通过该装置的一个或更多个不同的治疗装置进行其他治疗措施(例如人工呼吸、骨内药物输送)。心脏按压装置优选被控制为使得在患者也用除颤器治疗时,心脏按压分别在各个除颤和/或心脏复律之间进行。优选的心脏按压频率在每分钟30下按压至每分钟200下按压之间,优选地在每分钟50下按压至每分钟120下按压之间。在最大按压位置中的停留时间优选与舒张位置相同,即压迫期与舒张期是等长度的。优选的心脏按压装置使用气袋,其优选用泵充气和排空,例如在EP 1 550 398 A1中公开的那样。上述文献的相关内容通过引用此而形成了本公开内容的一部分。
优选地,心脏按压装置将胸骨在从其中央至其下部三分之一的过渡区中朝着脊椎挤压,优选挤压2cm到12cm,特别优选挤压大约6厘米。优选的按压频率为大约每分钟50下按压至每分钟70下按压,特别优选地为每分钟60下按压。为此,优选的心脏按压装置设置有气动活塞或者弹簧机构。活塞的支承面优选在2厘米至10厘米宽,特别优选为大约5厘米宽并且5厘米至20厘米长,特别优选为大约10厘米长。为了允许朝脊椎的充分压力,衣物在背部区域中至少在心脏按压的相应持续时间中采用刚性状态。
另一优选的心脏按压装置根据胸腔泵方法(thorax pump method)来工作。优选地,该装置包括基本上管状的气袋,例如类似于超大尺寸的血压袖带,其设置在胸腔周围并且借助气动装置吹入和吹出。借助本发明的实施例,可以实现对整个胸腔基本上均匀的按压并且因此真正减小胸腔的横截面和特别是也真正减小胸腔的体积。优选的吹入压力在150毫米汞柱到350毫米汞柱之间,特别是优选为大约250毫米汞柱。优选的按压频率为大约每分钟50下按压到每分钟70下按压,特别优选地为大约每分钟大约60下按压。本发明的该实施例的可实现的优点是,通过对胸腔的按压也可以进行肺的按压。这也有助于除了维持最小循环之外也维持了最小呼吸。
优选的心脏按压装置根据介入式腹部反搏(IAC-CPR)的原理来工作。在此情况下,在胸腔舒张期间,例如借助活塞或者借助基本上管状的气袋在肚脐的区域中按压腹部,如上面结合胸腔泵方法所描述的那样。腹部按压的压力优选在50毫米汞柱到150毫米汞柱之间。优选地,根据介入式腹部反搏(IAC-CPR)的原理来对插管的患者进行按压。此外,根据本发明的装置优选包括合适的呼吸治疗装置,特别优选如下面所描述的那样。在介入式腹部反搏的一个优选修改方案中,对腹部进行连续按压,即也在胸腔按压期间施加,也指“腹带复苏术(abdominal binding)”。
在优选的实施例中,心脏按压装置包括用于使胸腔在舒张期期间升起的装置。这种心脏按压装置可以根据主动按压一放松(ACD-CPR)的方法来工作。在本发明的实施例中,可以实现的是,产生胸内真空,以便改善舒张静脉血回流。这可以增加胸内血量并且改善肺的换气。特别优选地,心脏按压装置将主动按压一放松与介入式腹部反搏组合。为此,例如该装置可以包括两个活塞,其中一个能够附着于胸腔而另一个附着于腹部,它们优选通过杆彼此连接。于是可替选地,如同两个秤盘一样,胸腔被按压并且腹部被减压(收缩),或反之亦然。
在上述用于心脏按压的方法的一个优选的修改方案中,使用较高的按压频率,按压频率优选在每分钟100下按压到每分钟200下按压之间,特别优选地在每分钟120下按压到每分钟150下按压之间。本发明的该实施例可实现的优点是增加的心-时间-体积通流。
根据本发明的优选的装置包括穿刺装置,其可以以骨内方式输送药物,特别优选将药物输送进骨髓。穿刺器优选包括套管,以便穿刺骨头,特别优选地穿刺胸骨。借助本发明的该实施例,可以实现的是,可以进入骨髓腔,以便因此优选地通过套管从药物容器施用可注射的或者不溶的药物。例如可以使用类似的机构,如在US 5,405,362中公开的自动注射机构。上述文献的相关内容通过引用形成本公开内容的一部分。
替代呼吸治疗装置的气管内进入或者除了呼吸治疗装置的气管内进入之外,根据本发明的穿刺装置可以有利地提供类似有益的骨内施药途径。穿刺装置优选设置在衣物上。该穿刺装置优选以可操作方式连接到监视装置。在本发明的一个优选的实施例中,穿刺装置至少部分地与具有心脏按压单元的子组件集成。
在优选的实施例中,本发明包括呼吸治疗装置,其能够以气管内方式供给氧和/或至少一种药物。呼吸治疗装置优选设置在衣物上。该装置优选以操作方式连接到监视装置。优选的呼吸治疗装置包括穿刺单元,以便在喉部下将气管穿孔。监视装置当其确定紧急情况时触发穿孔。
优选的穿刺单元包括半圆形的穿刺套管,优选具有5毫米到20毫米的直径,特别优选在8毫米到16毫米之间的直径。该穿刺单元优选还包括活叶机构(flap mechanism),特别优选是弹簧加载的机构,以便驱动穿刺套管朝着肺进入气管。例如可以使用类似的机构,如在US 5,405,362中所公开的自动注射机构。
优选地,呼吸治疗装置包括具有氧、特别优选是医用氧的容器或者连接到这种容器,以便从容器将氧供给进患者的呼吸系统。通过本发明的该实施例可以实现的是,改善在复苏过程中对患者的氧供给,特别是用于在心脏按压期间发生的最小被动呼吸运动过程中改善人工呼吸。优选地,氧供给可以由监视装置触发。特定量的医用氧以气管内方式从储氧囊吹进,特别优选在每分钟4升到每分钟16升之间,特别优选在每分钟6升到每分钟10升之间。
优选的呼吸治疗装置也使用泵来进行借助氧或者氧混合物(优选氧气混合物)的人工呼吸,借助于此,在用于肺复苏的心脏按压休止期中可以以预定的压力并且以预定的频率吹进人工呼吸体积,优选是分别预定的人工呼吸体积。
优选的呼吸治疗装置包括可安置在气管内的管,其优选通过穿刺套管来引导。在本发明的该实施例中,可以优选地借助泵或者调节储氧囊的压力来控制通过该管以分别的人工呼吸运动的形式供给的氧或者含氧的混合物。
在本发明的优选的实施例中,设置为检测装置一确定呼吸停止在某一等待时间之后就借助穿刺单元在喉部下方将气管穿孔并且以气管内方式将人工呼吸管通过套管内腔朝着肺推移。人工呼吸管优选具有仅仅比套管略微小的直径。该人工呼吸管被朝着肺推移,优选推移5厘米到15厘米之间,特别优选大约10厘米。优选地在该管的上部三分之一处设置有封套。通过对封套填充氧来封闭气管壁。因此,可以有利地避免异物例如呕吐物的吸入。
优选地,呼吸治疗装置包括至少一个容器,其带有至少一种药物,或者连接到这样的容器以便将药物从容器供给进患者的呼吸系统。特别优选地,呼吸治疗装置可以供给多种药物并且为此包括一个或更多个药物容器和/或与之相连,例如像在US 5,405,362中那样,该文献整体相关内容通过引用形成本公开内容的一部分。药物的供给优选由监视装置触发。药物优选在溶解状态中。
在优选的实施例中,呼吸治疗装置具有薄的导管,其特别优选是能够通过位于气管内的管的内腔或者通过穿刺套管的内腔被自动推移进气管(wind pipe)。导管例如可以用于供给药物或者通过激活真空来吸取所吸入的物质。优选地,将导管朝着肺推移进气管中大约10厘米到30厘米,特别优选为大约20厘米。例如,有效物质肾上腺素被视为药物。借助本发明的该实施例,优选地可以实现的是,经由套管将药物深入地输送进气管中和/或吸取所吸入的物质,以便使机械的复苏努力最佳。所吸入的物质优选被收集在密封容器中。
衣物是或者优选包括装具(harness)、带、夹克或者衬衫。装具例如可以是肩带或者肩部皮套或腋下皮套。夹克例如可以以与市场上可获得的LifeShirt相似方式配置。此外,本发明的部件(例如能量源)或者其部分可以容纳在其他衣物(例如鞋的鞋底)中或者所携带的辅助物(例如手杖)中。
监视装置优选设置有用于确定心搏停止和/或呼吸停止的装置,特别优选地设置有来自包括以下装置的装置组中的至少一个装置:ECG单元、超声单元、听诊器、红外单元、扩张传感器。ECG单元包括至少两个电极以便接收心电图。超声单元优选地可以接收声波图。借助听诊器例如可以监视心音和/或肺活动。优选的听诊器是电子听诊器,其能够将心音转换成电信号,优选借助麦克风来转换。与呼吸有关的胸腔的运动可以借助扩张传感器来检测。
优选地,根据本发明的装置包括存储装置,以便存储由其他装置提供的数据,特别是监视装备提供的数据。存储装置优选存储有由一个或更多个用于确定心搏停止或呼吸停止的装置,例如ECG单元、超声单元、听诊器、红外单元或者扩张传感器提供的数据。优选的存储装置包括有效存储容量以便将信号存储达到24小时的时限。存储装置优选设置在衣物上。
在本发明的优选的实施例中,用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置包括定位装置,以便检测穿着者当前的位置坐标。定位装置例如可以包括可通过测向发射器和/或接收器定位的装置。其也可以包括也用于通过使用卫星辅助的定位系统例如GPS定位系统或者未来的伽利略系统来确定位置的装置。有利地,定位装置包括用于借助移动无线电网络例如GSM(用于移动通信的全球系统)网络来定位的装置。这类定位利用了如下事实:每个移动无线电发射器和/或接收器被注册以使用小区中的移动无线电服务,该小区的范围是已知的。虽然例如当由于在区域中有较少数目的发射器天线竿,一个无线电小区包含较大区域时,这类定位可能没有卫星辅助定位的精度,但当不能进行更精确的卫星辅助定位时,例如在封闭空间或者隧道中,移动无线电定位系统可以用作附加的定位可能性。
有利地,定位装置包括用于将检测到的位置坐标与通常可理解的位置信息例如广场、公路、房屋号或者楼层相关联的装置。优选的定位装置包括用于识别救援服务点的装置,该救援服务点在地理上最接近穿着者。定位装置优选设置在衣物上。
优选地,根据本发明的装置包括用于向远程接收器例如救援服务点传送消息的通信装置。通信装置优选向报警装置转送以便自动地向接收器发送报警,并且优选通过电话例如通过移动无线电网络来发送。对此,通信装置为此方便地设置有移动无线电发射器和/或接收器,其例如使用GSM服务或者UMTS服务。移动无线电发射器和/或接收器可以同时是用于GSM定位的装置或形成与之相随的单元。然而,根据本发明的系统并不限于目前的传统移动无线电服务(GSM或UMTS),而可想见到用于任何类型的宽范围无线通信的发射器和/或接收器。
优选地,通信装置可以向接收器传达关于患者状况的信息。传送给外部接收器的消息可以传送关于患者心脏机能失常的信息和/或发送其心电图信号,优选在包括至少三秒且最多六十秒的时间段上的心电图信号。由于本发明的该实施例,可以实现的是,接收器可以预先已被通知心脏机能失常的类型,使得可以更为迅速地采取适当的措施。优选地,通信装置向接收器传达患者的身份,特别优选地根据数据保护法律进行传达。至发射器的消息例如包含患者识别号码。
优选地,通信装置向接收器传达患者的位置,优选通过自动语音合成来传达。为此,通信装置优选以可操作方式连接到定位装置。便利地,传送给接收器的消息包括卫星辅助定位的结果、借助移动无线电网络定位的结果和/或其他位置信息,以便因此允许快速地且尽可能精确地向外部接收器传达患者的位置。便利地,发送给接收器的消息包括关于消息的传送是否已经手动或者自动地触发的信息。通信装置优选具有自测试功能,其有规律地(例如一天一次)创建至外部接收器的测试连接并且特别优选地经由视觉显示器显示该过程成功或者失败。该测试功能优选也可以任何时候通过穿着者按压按钮手动地进行。
在本发明的另一优选的实施例中,通信装置包括用于手动激活的装置,通过该装置触发将消息传送给外部接收器,优选救援服务。借助于手动激活,为患者提供了如下可能性:例如当患者处于并未被根据本发明的系统识别和/或不可以识别的紧急情况(例如未被心脏机能失常触发的紧急情况)中或者甚至当患者对根据本发明的系统是否正确运行表示怀疑时,可以传送消息给外部接收器。
优选地,通信装置被开发以形成用于在患者和/或患者周围和外部接收器(优选救援服务)或另一外部接收器之间产生语音连接的装置。本发明的该实施例的可实现的优点是,在患者和救援服务点之间的会诊是可能的,例如以便消除错误报警或者为了与第三方例如第一支援者、过路人或患者所在地的亲属通话,例如具体说明发病位置,传达事件的顺序或者传达关于是否需要立即措施的信息。为此,通信装置方便地设置有免提装置。在本发明的一个实施例中,免提装置被开发为使得过路人可以注意到穿着者的状况。通信装置优选设置在衣物上。
根据本发明的装置优选包括至少一个接口装置,用于将由该装置的其他装备(特别优选是监视装置)提供的数据传送给外部媒介。便利地,接口装置是根据USB(通用串行总线)标准和/或根据蓝牙标准的接口。接口装置优选设置在衣物上。
在优选的实施例中,根据本发明的装置具有视觉和/或听觉和/或振动显示装置,用于显示状态信息、报警和/或系统信息。例如,可以显示关于能量供给的状态信息、与电极的正确定位有关的和/或与电极至中央控制单元的正确连接有关的系统信息、当出现明显的心电图信息或者呼吸特定的信号时的可能的报警或者药物或氧的即将到期日期。借助视觉和/或听觉和/或振动显示装置,可以便利地通知患者例如可能出现的错误,特别是由监视装置所确定的可能导致心脏机能失常和/或呼吸机能失常的不规律性。显示装置优选设置在衣物上。
根据本发明的装置优选包括用于为该装置的其他装备供给能量的能量装置。能量装置例如可以包括可充电的电池或者燃料电池。能量装置优选设置在衣物上。至其他装置的电导体优选也设置在衣物上。
在根据本发明的装置的优选的实施例中,来自包括以下装置的装置组中的一个或更多个装置或该一个或更多个装置的部分容纳在中央控制单元中:监视装置,能量装置,存储装置,定位装置,测向装置,通信装置,接口装置,显示装置,能量装置。控制单元并不一定必须设置在衣物上,或者紧靠身体地穿着。例如,可想到的是,控制单元配置为使得例如当患者躺在床上时患者能够将控制单元放置在其附近。通过根据本发明的该实施例,对患者而言也可以便于护理单元的出诊,因为患者不必携带控制单元。在另一优选的实施例中,控制单元以可解除的方式固定,例如固定在带上,控制单元通过该带可以牢固地附着,使得中央控制单元的重量尽可能小地妨碍患者或者尽可能小地使患者负重。
根据本发明的装置的装备及其部件可以以有线或者无线方式彼此通信相连。便利地,无线连接是蓝牙连接、不同的无线电频率连接或者红外连接。然而,也可想到其他无线连接,例如用于在短距中无线电连接的新开发的标准。优选地,当超过至所连接的不同装置或部件的无线连接的范围时,装置或者部件(例如附着到患者身体上的电极)以听觉或者视觉或者振动方式来通信。
在优选的实施例中,根据本发明的装置包括可编程装置,优选至少一个微处理器,以便基于由监视装置检测到的心理参数来控制治疗装置。可编程装置优选容纳在监视装置中。控制程序优选运行在该装置中,例如根据在US 5,156,148中所公开的内容,进行了必要的变更。上述文献的相关内容通过引用形成本公开内容的一部分。

具体实施例
在图1中示意性地示出了根据本发明的用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置。装置1包括衬衫2,其与其穿着者身体紧密贴合。在衬衫2上在从穿着者的胸骨中央到下部三分之一的过度区域中,心脏按压装置4的管状气袋3被缝入衬衫2中,以便在紧急情况下进行根据胸腔泵方法的心脏按压,以维持最小循环。气袋3可以借助泵充气和排空,例如在EP 1 550 398 A1中所公开的那样。在本发明的另一实施例中,经由具有沿着胸骨大约5x10cm的支承面的气动活塞或者弹簧机构,在从中央到下部三分之一的过渡区域中以每分钟大约100下的频率朝着脊椎挤压胸骨大约6cm。在最大按压位置的停留时间因此等于在舒张位置的停留时间,使得按压和舒张阶段是等持续时间的。为了允许朝着脊椎挤压,装具和/或衬衫必须在心脏按压的相应的持续时间中在背部区域中例如借助设置在该点上的气袋而采取刚性状态。而且,经由该单元,可以经由穿刺套管建立至胸骨的骨髓的介入,用于施用可注射的或者不溶的药物。
此外,除颤器7的两个电极5、6被缝入衬衫2中,这些电极(如果需要)释放凝胶或者允许以其他方式保护皮肤并且于是可以进行心脏复律。并且,监视装置9的扩张传感器8装配到衬衫中以便监视穿着者的呼吸活动。
在衬衫2的上部分中设置有呼吸治疗装置11的穿刺装置10a、10b作为穿刺单元,其可以用直径为大约14mm的半圆形穿刺套管17将患者的气管18穿孔。为此,设置有气动装置或者预张的弹簧,类似于在US 5,405,362中公开的自动注射器。呼吸治疗单元的氧单元12使用密封的容器19,在其中储存有医用氧。该容器容纳在穿刺装置10a、10b中或者容纳在中央控制单元的氧单元12中。监视装置9一检测到呼吸停止,在某一等待时间之后就借助半圆形穿刺套管17在喉部下方将穿着者的气管穿孔,通过气动运动的穿刺装置或者通过弹簧力在箭头20的方向上从位置10a进入位置10b。随后,弹簧23和活塞24将仅具有比穿刺套管略小的直径的人工呼吸管21通过套管内腔朝着肺在气管内推移大约10cm。在该管完全被向前推移之后,封套充满氧以便将管21与气管壁封闭,并且因此避免例如呕吐物的吸入。从储氧囊19中如通过箭头22所示,每分钟大约8升的医用氧被吹进,以便对在心脏按压期间发生的氧最低被动呼吸运动进行供给。在按压休止期中,氧和/或含氧的气体混合物借助泵(未示出)以分别的人工呼吸运动的形式以预定的频率被吹进。
医药装置13使用封闭的容器,在其中存在彼此分离并且在溶解状态中的不同紧急药物(例如肾上腺素)。经由在紧急情况下通过位于气管内的管21的内腔自动推移(进入气管大约20cm)的薄的导管,药物可以被自动深入地施用进气管中,以便使机械复苏努力最佳。所吸入的物质也可以借助作为真空源的泵通过导管来抽吸,并且收集在封闭容器中。
氧和药物容器、泵和控制和评估装置以及能量装置14、GSM发射器和接收器、测向装置和GPS定位装置15组合成中央控制单元16,其也被缝入衬衫2中。借助被缝入衬衫2的导管和管,中央控制单元16连接到该装置的其他上述的部件。
对于本发明在其不同实施例中的扩展的研发而言,在上述说明书、权利要求和附图中所公开的特征可以单独地是重要的并且也以任意组合地也是重要的。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1),其包括:衣物(2),其能够由患者穿着于身;设置在衣物(2)上的监视装置(8,9),其能够监视患者的至少一个生理机能以便确定紧急情况;以及设置在衣物(2)上的治疗装置,可操作地连接到监视装置(8,9),以便在所述监视装置(8,9)确定紧急情况时治疗患者,其特征在于:所述治疗装置是穿刺装置,其能够以骨内方式输送药物;该装置包括用于心脏复苏术的心脏按压装置(3,4)作为另外的治疗装置,所述心脏按压装置(3,4)包括气动活塞或者弹簧机构,衣物(2)在背部区域中在心脏按压的相应持续时间内采用刚性状态,所述穿刺装置至少部分地与具有心脏按压装置的子组件集成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述药物能够经由所述穿刺装置被输送进胸骨的骨髓腔中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1)包括除颤器(5,6,7)作为另外的治疗装置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述衣物(2)包括装具。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述衣物(2)包括夹克。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述衣物(2)包括衬衫。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述监视装置(8,9)包括用于确定心搏停止或者呼吸停止的装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述监视装置(8,9)设置为借助包括如下装置的装置组中的至少一个来检测心搏停止或呼吸停止:ECG单元、超声单元、听诊器、红外单元、扩张传感器(8)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1)包括存储装置,以便存储由该装置(1)的其他装备提供的数据。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1)包括定位装置(15),以便检测穿着者的当前往置坐标。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1)包括通信装置(15),用于将消息传送给远程接收器。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1)包括接口装置,用于将由该装置的其他装备提供的数据传送给外部介质。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1)包括视觉和/或听觉显示装置,用于显示状态信息、警报和/或系统信息。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述用于在紧急情况下对患者进行医疗护理的装置(1)包括能量装置(14),用于为该装置(1)的其他装备供给能量。
15.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于来自包括以下装置的装置组中的一个或是多个装置或者一个或更多个装置的部件被容纳在中央控制单元(16)中:所述治疗装置(3,4,5,6,10,11,12,13)、监视装置(8,9)、能量装置(14)、存储装置、定位装置(15)、测向装置、通信装置(15)、接口装置、显示装置。
