本发明提供了一种祛除痤疮的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：桑白皮7‑16份，桔梗4‑8份，知母7‑15份，甘草4‑9份，黄连5‑11份，连翘13‑19份，黄柏7‑15份，桂枝12‑27份，金银花8‑16份，鸡血藤12‑33份，白花蛇舌草8‑15份，苦参13‑21份，夏枯草7‑15份，蒲公英7‑16份，石膏5‑9份，马齿苋5‑13份，虎杖7‑16份，薏苡仁6‑13份，蝉蜕8‑13份，白芷8‑11份，珍珠粉8‑14份，甘油14‑19份，吐温7‑11份，凡士林90‑120份等。本发明中药组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏清热凉血、解毒消疮、活血祛瘀之功效，对痤疮达到标本兼治的目的。

一种祛除痤疮的膏药的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，尤其涉及一种祛除痤疮的膏药的制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知，目前治疗褥疮、疔、疖、痈、疽、带状胞疹，大部分采用西医药，一般是采用抗生素、抗病毒药物进行水吊针法，重患者还要配手术治疗，药物的毒副作用大、手术给患者脏器造成损害和痛苦，在治疗的成本上患者难以承受，病情也难以根治。
痤疮是一种多因素的疾病，目前已知其发病与性激素水平、皮脂腺大量分泌、痤疮丙酸杆菌增殖、毛囊皮脂腺导管角化异常和炎症等因素有关。通常，痤疮好发于青春期男性或女性，个别患者也可延长到30岁以上。虽然痤疮是有自愈倾向的疾病，但是痤疮本身以及痤疮治疗不及时引起的瘢痕会严重影响患者的生活质量，造成患者的精神压力和经济负担，因此治疗痤疮的药物是本领域的研究热点。
在中医上，痤疮被称为“粉刺”或“青春痘”。中医认为，痤疮多数是饮食不节，损伤脾胃，肺胃郁热，上蒸颜面而致，其证多属实证。且与患者心情有关，如果长期精神不舒，热毒之邪乘虚而入，客肌腠之间，或流窜于经络，以致气血脉络受阻，瘀久化腐成脓而致脓疮。是毛囊与皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病。
目前，临床上一般是采用内服抗生素药物进行治疗，以抗菌消炎为主，但有些含有四环霉素的药物，长期服用药物会加重肝、肾的负担，对孕妇尤其有禁忌。因此，仍然需要寻找治疗痤疮的疗效好、毒副作用小的药物。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种祛除痤疮的膏药的制备方法。
一种祛除痤疮的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
桑白皮7-16份，桔梗4-8份，知母7-15份，甘草4-9份，黄连5-11份，连翘13-19份，黄柏7-15份，桂枝12-27份，金银花8-16份，鸡血藤12-33份，白花蛇舌草8-15份，苦参13-21份，夏枯草7-15份，蒲公英7-16份，石膏5-9份，马齿苋5-13份，虎杖7-16份，薏苡仁6-13份，蝉蜕8-13份，白芷8-11份，珍珠粉8-14份，甘油14-19份，吐温7-11份，凡士林90-120份，单脂酸甘油酯13-21份，羊毛脂42-61份，硬脂醇110-120份，白附子11-16份，蓖麻子9-25份，皂角刺4-8份，当归尾4-7份，大黄9-18份，乳香4-8份，没药3-7份，血蝎2-5份，冰片0.2-0.4份。
进一步说明，所述的一种祛除痤疮的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
桑白皮8份，桔梗7份，知母11份，甘草8份，黄连7份，连翘16份，黄柏9份，桂枝17份，金银花12份，鸡血藤13份，白花蛇舌草14份，苦参15份，夏枯草12份，蒲公英8份，石膏8份，马齿苋12份，虎杖14份，薏苡仁8份，蝉蜕11份，白芷9份，珍珠粉13份，甘油19份，吐温10份，凡士林110份，单脂酸甘油酯14份，羊毛脂44份，硬脂醇110份，白附子15份，蓖麻子21份，皂角刺7份，当归尾6份，大黄12份，乳香7份，没药6份，血蝎4份，冰片0.3份。
进一步说明，所述的一种祛除痤疮的膏药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将桑白皮，桔梗，知母，甘草，黄连，连翘，黄柏，桂枝，金银花，鸡血藤，白花蛇舌草，苦参，夏枯草，蒲公英，石膏，马齿苋，虎杖，薏苡仁，蝉蜕，白芷，珍珠粉，白附子，蓖麻子，皂角刺，当归尾，大黄，乳香，没药，血蝎，冰片研成40-60目的细粉，加入3-5倍体积的水，在70-80℃下提取1-2小时，过滤，将滤液以1500-3000转/分离心，上层清叶浓缩至250-300毫升，加入甘油和吐温，制成水相备用；
(2)将凡士林、单脂酸甘油酯、羊毛脂和硬脂醇加热至70-80℃熔化，制成油相备用；
(3)将步骤(1)的水相缓慢加入到步骤(2)的油相中，搅拌均匀，即得。
桑白皮具有泻肺平喘、利水消肿的功效；
桔梗具有宣肺、排脓的功效；
知母具有清热、泻火、除烦的功效；
甘草具有清热解毒的功效；
黄连具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效；
连翘具有清热解毒的功效；
黄柏具有清热、泻火、燥湿、解毒的功效；
桂枝具有散寒解表的功效；
金银花具有清解血毒的功效；
鸡血藤具有活血通络的功效；
白花蛇舌草具有清热、利湿、解毒的功效；
苦参具有清热燥湿的功效；
夏枯草具有清火、散结、消肿的功效；
蒲公英具有消肿散结的功效；
石膏具有清热血活、收敛生肌的功效；
马齿苋具有清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎的功效；
虎杖具有利湿、破瘀的功效；
薏苡仁具有清热排脓的功效；
蝉蜕具有散风除热的功效；
白芷具有燥湿、消肿、止痛的功效；
珍珠粉具有美白、控油、淡斑的功效。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明中药组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏清热凉血、解毒消疮、益脾和胃、活血祛瘀之功效，对痤疮达到标本兼治的目的。本发明细合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，经在痤疮处局部施用后，达到显著的治疗效果。本发明无毒副作用，成本低，可有效治疗褥疮、疔、疖、痈、疽、带状胞疹。

下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种祛除痤疮的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
桑白皮7份，桔梗4份，知母7份，甘草4份，黄连5份，连翘13份，黄柏7份，桂枝12份，金银花8份，鸡血藤12份，白花蛇舌草8份，苦参13份，夏枯草7份，蒲公英7份，石膏5份，马齿苋5份，虎杖7份，薏苡仁6份，蝉蜕8份，白芷8份，珍珠粉8份，甘油14份，吐温7份，凡士林90份，单脂酸甘油酯13份，羊毛脂42份，硬脂醇110份，白附子11份，蓖麻子9份，皂角刺4份，当归尾4份，大黄9份，乳香4份，没药3份，血蝎2份，冰片0.2份。
所述的一种祛除痤疮的膏药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将桑白皮，桔梗，知母，甘草，黄连，连翘，黄柏，桂枝，金银花，鸡血藤，白花蛇舌草，苦参，夏枯草，蒲公英，石膏，马齿苋，虎杖，薏苡仁，蝉蜕，白芷，珍珠粉，白附子，蓖麻子，皂角刺，当归尾，大黄，乳香，没药，血蝎，冰片研成40目的细粉，加入3倍体积的水，在70℃下提取1小时，过滤，将滤液以1500转/分离心，上层清叶浓缩至250毫升，加入甘油和吐温，制成水相备用；
(2)将凡士林、单脂酸甘油酯、羊毛脂和硬脂醇加热至70℃熔化，制成油相备用；
(3)将步骤(1)的水相缓慢加入到步骤(2)的油相中，搅拌均匀，即得。
实施例2
一种祛除痤疮的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
桑白皮16份，桔梗8份，知母15份，甘草9份，黄连11份，连翘19份，黄柏15份，桂枝27份，金银花16份，鸡血藤33份，白花蛇舌草15份，苦参21份，夏枯草15份，蒲公英16份，石膏9份，马齿苋13份，虎杖16份，薏苡仁13份，蝉蜕13份，白芷11份，珍珠粉14份，甘油19份，吐温11份，凡士林120份，单脂酸甘油酯21份，羊毛脂61份，硬脂醇120份，白附子16份，蓖麻子25份，皂角刺8份，当归尾7份，大黄18份，乳香8份，没药7份，血蝎5份，冰片0.4份。
所述的一种祛除痤疮的膏药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将桑白皮，桔梗，知母，甘草，黄连，连翘，黄柏，桂枝，金银花，鸡血藤，白花蛇舌草，苦参，夏枯草，蒲公英，石膏，马齿苋，虎杖，薏苡仁，蝉蜕，白芷，珍珠粉，白附子，蓖麻子，皂角刺，当归尾，大黄，乳香，没药，血蝎，冰片研成60目的细粉，加入5倍体积的水，在80℃下提取2小时，过滤，将滤液以3000转/分离心，上层清叶浓缩至300毫升，加入甘油和吐温，制成水相备用；
(2)将凡士林、单脂酸甘油酯、羊毛脂和硬脂醇加热至80℃熔化，制成油相备用；
(3)将步骤(1)的水相缓慢加入到步骤(2)的油相中，搅拌均匀，即得。

桑白皮7-16份，桔梗4-8份，知母7-15份，甘草4-9份，黄连5-11份，连翘13-19份，黄柏7-15份，桂枝12-27份，金银花8-16份，鸡血藤12-33份，白花蛇舌草8-15份，苦参13-21份，夏枯草7-15份，蒲公英7-16份，石膏5-9份，马齿苋5-13份，虎杖7-16份，薏苡仁6-13份，蝉蜕8-13份，白芷8-11份，珍珠粉8-14份，甘油14-19份，吐温7-11份，凡士林90-120份，单脂酸甘油酯13-21份，羊毛脂42-61份，硬脂醇110-120份，白附子11-16份，蓖麻子9-25份，皂角刺4-8份，当归尾4-7份，大黄9-18份，乳香4-8份，没药3-7份，血蝎2-5份，冰片0.2-0.4份。

桑白皮8份，桔梗7份，知母11份，甘草8份，黄连7份，连翘16份，黄柏9份，桂枝17份，金银花12份，鸡血藤13份，白花蛇舌草14份，苦参15份，夏枯草12份，蒲公英8份，石膏8份，马齿苋12份，虎杖14份，薏苡仁8份，蝉蜕11份，白芷9份，珍珠粉13份，甘油19份，吐温10份，凡士林110份，单脂酸甘油酯14份，羊毛脂44份，硬脂醇110份，白附子15份，蓖麻子21份，皂角刺7份，当归尾6份，大黄12份，乳香7份，没药6份，血蝎4份，冰片0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种祛除痤疮的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
(1)将桑白皮，桔梗，知母，甘草，黄连，连翘，黄柏，桂枝，金银花，鸡血藤，白花蛇舌草，苦参，夏枯草，蒲公英，石膏，马齿苋，虎杖，薏苡仁，蝉蜕，白芷，珍珠粉，白附子，蓖麻子，皂角刺，当归尾，大黄，乳香，没药，血蝎，冰片研成40-60目的细粉，加入3-5倍体积的水，在70-80℃下提取1-2小时，过滤，将滤液以1500-3000转/分离心，上层清叶浓缩至250-300毫升，加入甘油和吐温，制成水相备用；
(2)将凡士林、单脂酸甘油酯、羊毛脂和硬脂醇加热至70-80℃熔化，制成油相备用；
(3)将步骤(1)的水相缓慢加入到步骤(2)的油相中，搅拌均匀，即得。
