本发明公开了一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂及其制备方法,所述饲料添加剂由以下组分制成:刺五加、珍珠母、龙齿、山羊角、石上藕、赤芍、白薇、皂角刺、桉叶、玳玳花、玫瑰花、合欢花、槐白皮、黄芪、赤石脂、蜂蜜、松针粉、虾粉、米糠、蚕蛹、鱼鳞、橄榄油。本发明的饲料添加剂可有效治疗水貂犬瘟热,药残少,疗效好,治愈率高,毒副作用低,缩短病愈恢复期,提高水貂饮食量,使用方便,提高养殖户的经济效益。

本发明涉及一种饲料添加剂,具体涉及一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,本发明还涉及该饲料添加剂的制备方法。
背景技术
水貂皮是一种珍贵的裘皮,品种颜色多种多样,价格昂贵,有“裘皮之王”的美称。从水貂皮的品质和价值看,其利用率也高于狐、貉皮等大毛细皮,尤其是国内市场潜力很大。水貂皮以其针毛挺直、灵活华丽、绒毛丰厚、保暖性强、皮板轻薄、柔韧结实而著称,是制作衣服、衣领、帽子、袖口和饰口的主要原料皮,利用面较广,需求量亦大。而狐、貉皮等大毛细皮,由于毛绒较水貂皮粗长,不及水貂皮华丽,国内市场不适合制大衣,而只适合制作衣领、袖口、披肩等饰品,故利用率较水貂皮低。由此可见,以水貂为主的小毛细皮动物的发展前景要优于狐、貉等大毛细皮动物。
自咬症是食肉毛皮动物发生的以定期兴奋、啃咬自己身体某一部分为特征的一种慢性疾病。在兴奋时,病畜常啃咬自己身体的一定部位,咬坏皮毛,严重者可导致败血症,最后因极度衰竭而死亡。因自咬症的发生,导致了水貂皮张的破坏、等级下降,已成为水貂养殖业中的突出问题之一。目前人们对自咬症的致病原因还不够清楚,国内外学者众说不一。因此对该病的分类也没有明确的界定。近年来国内多认为是营养代谢性疾病、神经性疾病、病毒性传染病引起的。除此之外,水貂后躯被水或消毒药液浸湿后,寒风侵袭而产生皮肤过敏,水貂后躯、尾部出现疥癣和皮肤患病也能诱发自咬。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂及其制备方法,本发明的饲料添加剂可有效治疗水貂犬瘟热,药残少,疗效好,治愈率高,毒副作用低,缩短病愈恢复期,提高水貂饮食量,使用方便,提高养殖户的经济效益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份数的各组分制成:刺五加20-30份、珍珠母10-20份、龙齿9-15份、山羊角4-10份、石上藕6-10份、赤芍6-12份、白薇10-15份、皂角刺6-10份、桉叶5-15份、玳玳花3-9份、玫瑰花4-10份、合欢花5-10份、槐白皮8-16份、黄芪10-20份、赤石脂8-12份、蜂蜜8-16份、松针粉8-12份、虾粉10-20份、米糠4-10份、蚕蛹5-9份、鱼鳞4-8份、橄榄油3-7份。

方中:
刺五加:入药部位为五加科植物刺五加的根、根茎或茎叶。味微苦,辛,性温。归脾、肾、心经。补肾强腰,益气安神,活血通络。主肾虚体弱,腰膝酸软,小儿行迟,脾虚乏力,气虚浮肿,食欲不振,失眠多梦,健忘,胸痹疼痛,风寒湿痹,跌打肿痛。用于脾肾阳虚,体虚乏力,食欲不振,腰膝酸痛,失眠多梦;珍珠母:药源基础为蚌科动物三角帆蚌、褶纹冠蚌或珍珠贝科动物马氏珍珠贝的贝壳。咸、寒。归肝、心经。平肝,潜阳,安神,定惊,止血。治头眩,耳鸣,心悸,失眠,癫狂,惊痫,吐血,衄血,妇女血崩;龙齿:为为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的牙齿的化石。甘涩,凉。入心、肝经。重镇安神镇惊安神,敛汗固精,止血涩肠,生肌敛疮。治惊痫癫狂,怔忡健忘,失眠多梦,自汗盗汗,遗精淋浊,吐衄便血,崩漏带下,泻痢脱肛,溃疡久不收口;山羊角:为牛羊科动物的角。味咸,性寒。归心,肝经。《吉林中草药》:“镇静,退热,明目,止血。治小儿惊痫,头痛,产后腹痛,经痛。”;石上藕:入药部位为兰科血叶兰属植物血叶兰的全草。味甘,性凉。归肺、脾经。凉血、止血,滋阴润肺。用于肺痨咯血,神经衰弱;赤芍:入药部位为毛茛科植物赤芍或川赤芍的干燥根。味苦,性微寒。归肝经。清热凉血,散瘀止痛。用于热人营血,温毒发斑,吐血衄血,目赤肿痛,肝郁胁痛,经闭痛经,瘾瘕腹痛,跌扑损伤,痈肿疮疡;白薇:苦咸,寒。入肺、胃、肾经。清热凉血,利尿通淋,解毒疗疮。用于温邪伤营发热,阴虚发热,骨蒸劳热,产后血虚发热,热淋,血淋,痈疽肿毒。刀伤;皂角刺:入药部位为豆科植物皂荚的干燥棘刺。味辛,性温。归肝、胃经。消肿托毒,排脓,杀虫。用于痈疽初起或脓成不溃;外治疥癣麻风;桉叶:入药部位为桃金娘科植物蓝桉的叶。苦、辛,寒。归肺、胃、脾、肝经。疏风解表,清热解毒,杀虫止痒。主治感冒,高热头痛,肺热咳喘,百日咳,脘腹胀痛,腹泻痢疾,钩虫丝虫病,疟疾,风湿痛,痈疮肿毒,湿疹疥癣,烧烫伤,外伤出血;玳玳花:入药部位为芸香利植物玳玳花的花蕾。《药材学》:“甘微苦。”;行气宽中,消食,化痰。用于胸腹闷胀痛、食积不化、痰饮、脱肛、疏肝,和胃,理气。治胸中痞闷,脘腹胀痛,呕吐、少食;玫瑰花:入药部位为蔷薇科植物玫瑰的干燥花蕾。甘、微苦,温。归肝、脾经。行气解郁,和血,止痛。用于肝胃气痛,食少呕恶,月经不调,跌扑伤痛;合欢花:入药部位为豆科植物合欢的干燥花序。性味甘,平。舒郁、理气、安神、活络、养血、滋阴肾、清心明目。治郁结胸闷,失眠,健忘,风火眼,能安五脏,和心志,悦颜色,有较好的强身、镇静、安神、美容的作用,是治疗神经衰弱的佳品。具有清热解暑,养颜祛斑解酒等功效;槐白皮:药源基础为豆科植物槐的树皮或根皮的韧皮部。《药性论》:“味苦,无毒。”《纲目》:“苦,平,无毒。”祛风除湿,消肿止痛。治风邪外中,身体强直,肌肤不仁,热病口疮,牙疳,喉痹,肠风下血,疽,痔,烂疮。阴部痒痛,汤、火烫伤;黄芪:入药部位为豆科植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的干燥根。甘,温。归肺、脾经。补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚痿黄,内热消渴,慢性肾炎蛋白尿,糖尿病;赤石脂:为硅酸盐类矿物多水高岭石族多水高岭石,主含四水硅酸铝。味甘、酸、涩,性温。归大肠、胃经。涩肠,止血,生肌敛疮。用于久泻久痢,大便出血,崩漏带下;外治疮疡久溃不敛,湿疮脓水浸淫;蜂蜜:本品为蜜蜂科昆虫中华蜜蜂或意大利蜂所酿的蜜。甘,平。归肺、脾、大肠经。补中,润燥,止痛,解毒。用于脘腹虚痛,肺燥干咳,肠燥便秘;外治疮疡不敛,水火烫伤。
自咬症是水貂的一种常见的慢性疾病,病的特征是患貂呈现定期性兴奋,啃咬自体的一定部位。轻者咬伤皮毛,使皮张降等;重者因反复发作,撕裂肌肉继发感染,常因体质衰竭和败血症而死亡。主要的临床症状为病兽高度兴奋,单项性转圈,咬自己身体某一部位,或咬尾巴,或咬臀部,有的病例也咬脚掌或腹部组织,并发出刺耳的尖叫声。咬掉被毛,破坏皮肤的完整性,严重者咬掉尾巴尖,撕破肌肉,造成断尾、鲜血。反复发作,对外界刺激敏感,常因外界刺激引起高度兴奋发作。有时咬破尾根、膝关节、脚掌及腹部组织,常因严重外伤的感染而造成死亡。个别兴奋时还咬笼网。本发明申请人通过对病因病症的研究,采用中医辩证疗法,通过镇静安神、清热凉血、消毒杀菌、疏肝解郁、敛疮生肌的治则来治疗水貂自咬症。
方中,刺五加益气安神,活血通络,珍珠母平肝,潜阳,安神,定惊,止血,龙齿镇惊安神、生肌敛疮,山羊角镇静,退热,明目,止血,此四味药合用具有益气健脾、镇静安神的功效,使水貂紊乱的神经得到抑制而恢复正常功能,阻断患部神经向中枢传导不良刺激,首先使水貂停止自咬性的自伤害行为,共为主药;石上藕凉血止血,滋阴润肺,赤芍清热凉血,散瘀止痛,白薇清热凉血,解毒疗疮,皂角刺消肿托毒,排脓杀虫,桉叶疏风解表,清热解毒,杀虫止痒,共奏清热凉血、温中止痛、消毒杀菌的功效,祛除体内实火,荡涤脏腑之热,并止疼止痒、消毒杀菌,缓解患部神经的疼痛和瘙痒,阻断患部神经向中枢传导不良刺激,共为臣药;玳玳花行气宽中,玫瑰花行气解郁、和血、止痛,合欢花舒郁、理气、安神、活络、养血、滋阴肾、清心明目,此四味药配伍具有疏肝解郁、理气安神的作用,将身体内的气血给运行输泄开来,通过纠正体内腺体异常分泌,调畅情致,使水貂安静安神,共为佐药;槐白皮祛风除湿,消肿止痛,黄芪补气固表、利尿托毒、排脓、敛疮生肌,赤石脂止血、生肌敛疮,蜂蜜补中润燥、止痛解毒,止痒止血、敛疮生肌以治疗水貂因自咬产生的患部结疤、感染、化脓等症,促进毛皮再生,共为使药。本发明配方中还添加有松针粉、虾粉、米糠、蚕蛹、鱼鳞、橄榄油等成分,其中,松针粉可解毒杀虫,消除食积气滞,促进水貂恢复生长,增强抗病力,虾粉添加在饲料中可诱食水貂饮食,米糠健脾胃,消肿利尿,并含有若干不饱和脂肪酸,蚕蛹能消食理气,改善饲料口感,促进水貂进食,鱼鳞含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和多种维生素,橄榄油能改善水貂消化系统功能,利于水貂消化吸收,还具有诱食作用。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将山羊角烧焦后,进行超微粉碎,得到山羊角超微粉;
(2)将赤芍置预热炒制容器内,用文火加热,炒至颜色加深,取出晾凉,备用;
(3)将珍珠母、赤石脂粗粉碎后,经高温下加热0.5h,然后放于冷水中淬冷,再进行研磨粉碎,过80目筛,得混合微粉;
(4)将龙齿清洗干净后,在坩埚内煅烧至红透,取出,放凉用研末粉碎并过80目筛,备用;
(5)将刺五加、石上藕、白薇、皂角刺、桉叶、玳玳花、玫瑰花、合欢花、槐白皮、黄芪与步骤(2)处理后的赤芍按配比称取混合后,研磨粉碎至80目,加入步骤(3)、(4)分别获得的混合微粉、龙齿粉末混合均匀,总重量记为1份,加入3份无菌水、0.5份乙醇,50±5℃下浸泡1h,然后将上述药物与液体共同置于微波萃取罐中进行萃取,控制微波频率为1000-1600MHz,微波功率为80-200W/L,进行微波辐射,然后将萃取罐内的工作压力在5-10min内逐步提升至0.15-0.3MPa,微波辐射时间总计20-30min;
(6)将步骤(3)的萃取液解压后,过滤,回收乙醇,收集滤液,将滤液喷雾干燥,并过100目网筛,得中药提取物;
(7)将鱼鳞洗净干燥,然后将鱼鳞与蚕蛹研磨粉碎,与松针粉、虾粉、米糠、橄榄油、蜂蜜、步骤(6)所得的中药提取物混合,搅拌混合均匀,即得所述的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述微波频率为1400MHz,微波功率为150W/L。
进一步的,步骤(3)中将萃取罐内的工作压力在5-10min内逐步提升至0.2MPa。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述微波辐射时间总计25min。
使用方法:将本发明的饲料添加剂与基础饲料以1:(10-20)的比例混合均匀后投喂,一天三次;优选的,将本发明的饲料添加剂与基础饲料以1:15的比例混合均匀后投喂,一天三次。
本发明的制备方法中,将珍珠母、赤石脂粗粉碎后,经高温下加热,然后放于冷水中淬冷再进行研磨粉碎,使其可以更容易的被粉碎,且粉碎粒度小且均匀,矿石中的有效成分利用率高;将药物粉碎后用无无菌水、乙醇的混合液在50±5℃下浸泡1h,能使得无菌水、甲苯和乙醇分子充分进入细胞壁破碎的细胞内部,充分浸润药材,使得药材在微波萃取时,微波加热使溶剂无菌水、甲苯和乙醇吸收微波能产生大量的热能量,使胞内温度迅速上升,产生的压力进一步将细胞膜和细胞壁冲破,形成若干的微小孔洞,直至细胞表面出现裂纹,使溶剂更充分的进入细胞内部,微波还能促进溶剂中的分子快速的转动和运动,尤其是水、乙醇这些极性分子可以在微波作用下产生瞬间激化,产生键的振动、撕裂和粒子间的摩擦和碰撞,并迅速生成大量热能,在细胞内部穿透力强,促使细胞继续破裂,使细胞液及药物中的有效成分快速溢出并扩散至溶剂中,大大缩短了药物有效成分的萃取时间,极大地提高了萃取效率,且微波加热均匀,属于细胞内外同时加热,避免了传统萃取加热时的温度梯度,药材受热时间短,有利于药材中有效成分的提取。另外微波萃取可以大批量萃取药材中的有效成分,同时溶剂用量小于传统工艺,方便了后续步骤中将萃取液浓缩提纯,节省时间,提高生产效率。
本发明的有益效果:

(3)本发明的制备方法中,将珍珠母、赤石脂粗粉碎后,经高温下加热,然后放于冷水中淬冷再进行研磨粉碎,使其可以更容易的被粉碎,且粉碎粒度小且均匀,矿石中的有效成分利用率高;将药物粉碎后用无无菌水、乙醇的混合液在50±5℃下浸泡1h,能使得无菌水、甲苯和乙醇分子充分进入细胞壁破碎的细胞内部,充分浸润药材,使得药材在微波萃取时,微波加热使溶剂无菌水、甲苯和乙醇吸收微波能产生大量的热能量,使胞内温度迅速上升,产生的压力进一步将细胞膜和细胞壁冲破,形成若干的微小孔洞,直至细胞表面出现裂纹,使溶剂更充分的进入细胞内部,微波还能促进溶剂中的分子快速的转动和运动,尤其是水、乙醇这些极性分子可以在微波作用下产生瞬间激化,产生键的振动、撕裂和粒子间的摩擦和碰撞,并迅速生成大量热能,在细胞内部穿透力强,促使细胞继续破裂,使细胞液及药物中的有效成分快速溢出并扩散至溶剂中,大大缩短了药物有效成分的萃取时间,极大地提高了萃取效率,且微波加热均匀,属于细胞内外同时加热,避免了传统萃取加热时的温度梯度,药材受热时间短,有利于药材中有效成分的提取。另外微波萃取可以大批量萃取药材中的有效成分,同时溶剂用量小于传统工艺,方便了后续步骤中将萃取液浓缩提纯,节省时间,提高生产效率。
(4)本发明的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的各组分均为绿色环保原料,对水貂无毒无害,不含有化学药品或抗生素,在使用时掺入水貂的基础饲料中喂食水貂,对患有自咬症的水貂的治疗效果好,有效率高,促进水貂快速恢复,缩短病愈恢复期,促进水貂患处毛皮再生,有利于水貂养殖业的健康可持续发展,提高养殖户的经济效益。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份数的各组分制成:刺五加20份、珍珠母10份、龙齿9份、山羊角4份、石上藕6份、赤芍6份、白薇10份、皂角刺6份、桉叶5份、玳玳花3份、玫瑰花4份、合欢花5份、槐白皮8份、黄芪10份、赤石脂8份、蜂蜜8份、松针粉8份、虾粉10份、米糠4份、蚕蛹5份、鱼鳞4份、橄榄油3份。
所述治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将山羊角烧焦后,进行超微粉碎,得到山羊角超微粉;
(2)将赤芍置预热炒制容器内,用文火加热,炒至颜色加深,取出晾凉,备用;
(3)将珍珠母、赤石脂粗粉碎后,经高温下加热0.5h,然后放于冷水中淬冷,再进行研磨粉碎,过80目筛,得混合微粉;
(4)将龙齿清洗干净后,在坩埚内煅烧至红透,取出,放凉用研末粉碎并过80目筛,备用;
(5)将刺五加、石上藕、白薇、皂角刺、桉叶、玳玳花、玫瑰花、合欢花、槐白皮、黄芪与步骤(2)处理后的赤芍按配比称取混合后,研磨粉碎至80目,加入步骤(3)、(4)分别获得的混合微粉、龙齿粉末混合均匀,总重量记为1份,加入3份无菌水、0.5份乙醇,50±5℃下浸泡1h,然后将上述药物与液体共同置于微波萃取罐中进行萃取,控制微波频率为1000MHz,微波功率为80W/L,进行微波辐射,然后将萃取罐内的工作压力在5-10min内逐步提升至0.3MPa,微波辐射时间总计30min;
(6)将步骤(3)的萃取液解压后,过滤,回收乙醇,收集滤液,将滤液喷雾干燥,并过100目网筛,得中药提取物;
(7)将鱼鳞洗净干燥,然后将鱼鳞与蚕蛹研磨粉碎,与松针粉、虾粉、米糠、橄榄油、蜂蜜、步骤(6)所得的中药提取物混合,搅拌混合均匀,即得所述的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂。
实施例2
一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份数的各组分制成:刺五加30份、珍珠母20份、龙齿15份、山羊角10份、石上藕10份、赤芍12份、白薇15份、皂角刺10份、桉叶15份、玳玳花9份、玫瑰花10份、合欢花10份、槐白皮16份、黄芪20份、赤石脂12份、蜂蜜16份、松针粉12份、虾粉20份、米糠10份、蚕蛹9份、鱼鳞8份、橄榄油7份。
所述治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:

(6)将步骤(3)的萃取液解压后,过滤,回收乙醇,收集滤液,将滤液喷雾干燥,并过100目网筛,得中药提取物;
(7)将鱼鳞洗净干燥,然后将鱼鳞与蚕蛹研磨粉碎,与松针粉、虾粉、米糠、橄榄油、蜂蜜、步骤(6)所得的中药提取物混合,搅拌混合均匀,即得所述的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂。
实施例3
一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份数的各组分制成:刺五加25份、珍珠母15份、龙齿12份、山羊角7份、石上藕8份、赤芍9份、白薇12份、皂角刺8份、桉叶10份、玳玳花6份、玫瑰花7份、合欢花8份、槐白皮12份、黄芪15份、赤石脂10份、蜂蜜12份、松针粉10份、虾粉15份、米糠7份、蚕蛹7份、鱼鳞6份、橄榄油5份。

实施例4
一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份数的各组分制成:刺五加30份、珍珠母10份、龙齿12份、山羊角4份、石上藕6份、赤芍9份、白薇12份、皂角刺8份、桉叶10份、玳玳花9份、玫瑰花7份、合欢花8份、槐白皮10份、黄芪12份、赤石脂8份、蜂蜜8份、松针粉8份、虾粉15份、米糠7份、蚕蛹7份、鱼鳞6份、橄榄油5份。
所述治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:

(6)将步骤(3)的萃取液解压后,过滤,回收乙醇,收集滤液,将滤液喷雾干燥,并过100目网筛,得中药提取物;
(7)将鱼鳞洗净干燥,然后将鱼鳞与蚕蛹研磨粉碎,与松针粉、虾粉、米糠、橄榄油、蜂蜜、步骤(6)所得的中药提取物混合,搅拌混合均匀,即得所述的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂。
本发明饲料添加剂效果试验
对比实验1
试验场地选在青岛某水貂养殖场,为了验证本发明的治疗效果,对患有自咬症的水貂进行试验,试验用水貂患病程度基本一致,病情为:高度兴奋,单项性转圈,咬自己身体某一部位,或咬尾巴,或咬臀部,有的也咬脚掌或腹部组织,并发出刺耳的尖叫声。咬掉被毛,破坏皮肤的完整性,严重者咬掉尾巴尖,撕破肌肉,造成断尾、鲜血。反复发作,对外界刺激敏感,常因外界刺激引起高度兴奋发作。有时咬破尾根、膝关节、脚掌及腹部组织,常因严重外伤的感染而造成死亡。
共分6组,每组20只,每组处理如下:
对照组:使用盐酸氯丙嗪13g、乳强钙0.25g、复合维生素B0.05g,研碎混合后混入基础饲料中饲喂,每日三次,直至水貂痊愈。
实验A组:将本发明实施例1制备的中药制剂研成粉末与基础饲料以1:20的比例混合均匀后投喂,每日三次,直至水貂痊愈。
实验B组:将本发明实施例2制备的中药制剂研成粉末与基础饲料以1:10的比例混合均匀后投喂,每日三次,直至水貂痊愈。
实验C组:将本发明实施例3制备的中药制剂研成粉末与基础饲料以1:15的比例混合均匀后投喂,每日三次,直至水貂痊愈。
实验D组:将本发明实施例4制备的中药制剂研成粉末与基础饲料以1:13的比例混合均匀后投喂,每日三次,直至水貂痊愈。
实验结果见表1:

实验结果表明:本发明的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂对自咬症具有显著的治疗效果,使用本发明的饲料添加剂治疗水貂自咬症时,水貂健康恢复速度快,用药2天水貂即无自咬行为,精神恢复正常,饲喂5-7天即可恢复,被咬患处皮肤快速愈合,皮毛再生,其有效率高达95%以上。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人了解本发明内容并加以实施,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各组分制成:刺五加20-30份、珍珠母10-20份、龙齿9-15份、山羊角4-10份、石上藕6-10份、赤芍6-12份、白薇10-15份、皂角刺6-10份、桉叶5-15份、玳玳花3-9份、玫瑰花4-10份、合欢花5-10份、槐白皮8-16份、黄芪10-20份、赤石脂8-12份、蜂蜜8-16份、松针粉8-12份、虾粉10-20份、米糠4-10份、蚕蛹5-9份、鱼鳞4-8份、橄榄油3-7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各组分制成:刺五加20份、珍珠母10份、龙齿9份、山羊角4份、石上藕6份、赤芍6份、白薇10份、皂角刺6份、桉叶5份、玳玳花3份、玫瑰花4份、合欢花5份、槐白皮8份、黄芪10份、赤石脂8份、蜂蜜8份、松针粉8份、虾粉10份、米糠4份、蚕蛹5份、鱼鳞4份、橄榄油3份。

5.一种治疗权利要求1-4任一项所述的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将山羊角烧焦后,进行超微粉碎,得到山羊角超微粉;
(2)将赤芍置预热炒制容器内,用文火加热,炒至颜色加深,取出晾凉,备用;
(3)将珍珠母、赤石脂粗粉碎后,经高温下加热0.5h,然后放于冷水中淬冷,再进行研磨粉碎,过80目筛,得混合微粉;
(4)将龙齿清洗干净后,在坩埚内煅烧至红透,取出,放凉用研末粉碎并过80目筛,备用;
(5)将刺五加、石上藕、白薇、皂角刺、桉叶、玳玳花、玫瑰花、合欢花、槐白皮、黄芪与步骤(2)处理后的赤芍按配比称取混合后,研磨粉碎至80目,加入步骤(3)、(4)分别获得的混合微粉、龙齿粉末混合均匀,总重量记为1份,加入3份无菌水、0.5份乙醇,50±5℃下浸泡1h,然后将上述药物与液体共同置于微波萃取罐中进行萃取,控制微波频率为1000-1600MHz,微波功率为80-200W/L,进行微波辐射,然后将萃取罐内的工作压力在5-10min内逐步提升至0.15-0.3MPa,微波辐射时间总计20-30min;
(6)将步骤(3)的萃取液解压后,过滤,回收乙醇,收集滤液,将滤液喷雾干燥,并过100目网筛,得中药提取物;
(7)将鱼鳞洗净干燥,然后将鱼鳞与蚕蛹研磨粉碎,与松针粉、虾粉、米糠、橄榄油、蜂蜜、步骤(1)制得的山羊角超微粉、步骤(6)所得的中药提取物混合,搅拌混合均匀,即得所述的治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)所述微波频率为1400MHz,微波功率为150W/L。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中将萃取罐内的工作压力在5-10min内逐步提升至0.2MPa。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种治疗水貂自咬症的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)所述微波辐射时间总计25min。
