Abstract
本发明公开了一种微水体系羊毛表面鳞片改性方法。旨在提供一种使羊毛表面的鳞片结构部分被破坏,达到赋予羊毛服装防缩或蓬松手感或改善羊毛染色性能的目的。其方法是用NaOH水溶液溶解在由乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、正辛醇和十甲基环五硅氧烷形成的微小胶囊中,用量极少,限制了NaOH对羊毛的腐蚀仅发生在羊毛表面,达到腐蚀羊毛鳞片结构,而羊毛内部尽量少地受影响。其优点是:利用现有羊毛加工处理设备,所用的化学制剂均为常用并市售的化工产品,成本低、来源有保障,而且工艺简单、污水处理方便。所用乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、正辛醇和十甲基环五硅氧烷均为环保性物质,十甲基环五硅氧烷可以分离重复使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种羊毛改性方法,具体地说涉及一种利用碱性微水体系腐蚀破坏羊毛纤维表面鳞片结构的方法。
背景技术
作为一种高档的纺织纤维材料,羊毛常用于制造西服、时装和针织毛衫等纺织产品。可是,羊毛纤维表面覆盖的鳞片层如图1所示,会使羊毛纺织品在穿着和洗涤过程中发生毡缩,使服装的尺寸、形态发生改变,影响服装的美观和使用性能;同时,紧密的鳞片层结构,在染色过程中阻挡了染料向纤维内部的渗透、扩散,影响羊毛的染色和印花性能等;并且,鳞片结构使羊毛纺织品的外观色泽不够鲜艳、光亮程度不足、手感不够光滑柔软等。所以,在羊毛纺织品的加工中,常采用氯化处理的方法,破坏或去除羊毛表面的鳞片层结构,使羊毛表面鳞片部分被破坏、鳞片层不再完整,赋予羊毛纺织品防缩或蓬松手感;或将羊毛表面的鳞片层结构全部去除,形成光滑的羊毛表面,赋予羊毛纺织品光滑手感,以达到防缩和增加光泽的目的。然而,由于采用了含氯的化学制剂,目前的氯化处理羊毛改性方法一方面会带来无法处理废水中可吸附有机氯(AOX)的问题;另一方面羊毛上残留的可吸附有机氯(AOX),可能会给消费者带来健康危害。同时,这类方法不仅消耗大量水资源,也带来了大量废水,增加了企业的生产成本。所以,开发无可吸附有机氯(AOX Free)又节约用水的羊毛改性方法,是羊毛纺织工业中急需解决的热点、难点问题。
目前,已经开发出的相关技术还有羊毛的蛋白酶改性方法(如诺维信公司丝毛蛋白酶Savinase®及其应用工艺技术)、紫外线照射Siroflash技术(澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织开发的技术)、等离子体处理等。但是,目前蛋白酶改性方法中蛋白酶对羊毛角蛋白的作用尚不够强如图2所示,在用蛋白酶处理前还需要氯化或其它氧化处理,蛋白酶才能发挥出它对羊毛鳞片层角蛋白的消化作用;紫外线照射Siroflash技术是直接采用UVC灯管的连续照射,对羊毛的改性作用非常有限,只能轻微地改善羊毛的染色性能,且会引起羊毛的泛黄;等离子体处理的设备投入高、设备不够完善以及产量低无法形成批量生产等。
目前,尚未见采用微水体系来对羊毛进行表面鳞片无氯改性的技术或相关专利。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种羊毛纤维的表面改性方法,即可以使羊毛表面的鳞片结构部分被破坏,达到赋予羊毛服装防缩或蓬松手感或改善羊毛染色性能的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种羊毛纤维的表面改性方法,包括以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为1-100g/L NaOH,0-80g/L尿素的水溶液A;
2)以十甲基环五硅氧烷为溶剂,将10-100g /L 乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES和10-300g/L正辛醇溶解于其中,配制后在超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系B;
3)在上述稳定体系B中,加入1-10mL /L水溶液A,超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系C作为处理液;
4) 将羊毛待处理品浸泡在上述体系C的处理液中,处理液与待处理羊毛的质量之比为 25-1:1,在5-35℃温度下处理10-60分钟,或将浸泡过上述处理液的羊毛待处理品用轧车挤去多余的处理液,使羊毛待处理品的带液量为50-150%,保持5-35℃温度下堆置10-60分钟;
5)将上述处理的羊毛用清水20-30℃洗涤10-60分钟;再用0.1-10 g/L HCl或1-10g/L HAc在10-30℃中和处理10-30分钟,然后用20-30℃清水洗涤2-4次,每次20-60分钟。
)将上述步骤所得的羊毛待处理品在室温至120℃干燥。
所述步骤4):将羊毛散纤维待处理品浸泡在含上述C体系的处理液中,体系C的处理液与待处理羊毛质量之比为15:1,在15℃温度下处理40分钟,将处理过的羊毛离心脱水除去多余的处理液。
所述步骤4):将羊毛衫待处理品浸泡在含上述C体系的处理液中,体系C的处理液与待处理羊毛质量之比为20:1,在5℃温度下处理60分钟,将处理过的羊毛样离心脱水除去多余的处理液。
所述步骤4) 将浸泡过上述溶液的羊毛待处理品用轧车挤去多余的处理液,使羊毛待处理品的带液量为100%,保持5-35℃温度下堆置10-60分钟,将处理过的羊毛用轧车挤压除去多余的处理液。
在本发明的步骤4)中的浸泡方法,待处理的羊毛纤维均匀放置于带循环泵的散纤维染色机中,或将羊毛纱线放置在绞纱染色机中,加入处理剂溶保持5-35℃温度处理10-60分钟;或在本发明的步骤4)中,待处理的羊毛纤维可以是散纤维状、毛条、布匹或针织成衣,经处理剂溶液浸渍后,采用轧车挤压或离心脱水除去多余的处理液,在能防止处理剂溶液挥发的堆置槽中保持5-35℃温度处理10-60分钟。
本发明的发明点是:
1、NaOH水溶液溶解在由乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、正辛醇和十甲基环五硅氧烷形成的微小胶囊中,用量极少,限制了NaOH对羊毛的腐蚀仅发生在羊毛表面,达到腐蚀羊毛鳞片结构,而羊毛内部尽量少地受影响。
、NaOH的作用是使羊毛角蛋白质肽键断裂水解及切断羊毛表面鳞片层中二硫键,避免了工业界常用的氯化处理带来的AOX问题。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明可以利用现有羊毛加工处理设备,或制作简单的设备,即可进行生产;
2、本发明所用的化学制剂均为常用并市售的化工产品,成本低、来源有保障,而且工艺简单、污水处理方便。
、所用乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、正辛醇和十甲基环五硅氧烷均为环保性物质,十甲基环五硅氧烷可以分离重复使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,以羊毛散纤维作为羊毛待处理品,依次进行以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为5g/L NaOH水溶液A;
2)将90g /L 乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES和150g/L正辛醇溶解于十甲基环五硅氧烷中,配制后在超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系B;
3)在上述十甲基环五硅氧烷溶液的稳定体系B中,加入2mL水溶液A,超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系C作为处理液;
4) 将4g散羊毛待处理品浸泡在含上述体系C处理浴中,体系C处理浴与待处理羊毛质量之比为15:1,在15℃温度下处理40分钟;将处理过的羊毛离心脱水除去多余的处理液;
5)将上述处理的羊毛用清水20-30℃洗涤10-60分钟;再用0.1-10 g/L HCl或1-10g/L HAc在10-30℃中和处理10-30分钟,然后20-30℃清水洗涤2-4次,每次20-60分钟;
6)将上述步骤所得的羊毛待处理品在室温至120℃干燥。
按照以上处理后的羊毛纤维表面鳞片结构如附图3所示。
实施例2
一种羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,以成衣羊毛衫作为羊毛待处理品,依次进行以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为10g/L NaOH,10g/L尿素的水溶液A;
2)将110g /L 乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES和130g/L正辛醇溶解于十甲基环五硅氧烷中,配制后在超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系B;
3)在上述十甲基环五硅氧烷溶液的稳定体系B中,加入4mL水溶液A,超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系C作为处理液;
4) 将5g羊毛衫片待处理品浸泡在含上述C体系处理液中,体系C处理液与待处理羊毛质量之比为20:1,在5℃温度下处理60分钟;
5)将处理过的羊毛样离心脱水除去多余的处理液。将上述处理的羊毛样用清水25℃洗涤60分钟;再用0.5 g/L HCl在10℃中和处理10分钟,然后30℃清水洗涤4次,每次20分钟。
)将上述步骤所得的羊毛待处理品在室温至120℃干燥。
按照以上处理后的羊毛纤维表面鳞片结构如附图4所示。
实施例3
一种羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,以羊毛毛条作为羊毛待处理品,依次进行以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为20g/L NaOH,10g/L尿素的水溶液A;
2)将100g /L 乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES和150g/L正辛醇溶解于十甲基环五硅氧烷中,配制后在超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系B;
3)在上述十甲基环五硅氧烷溶液的稳定体系B中,加入3mL水溶液A,超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系C作为处理液;
4) 将羊毛条待处理品浸泡在含上述体系C处理液中,将浸泡过上述溶液的羊毛待处理品用轧车挤去多余的处理液,使羊毛待处理品的带液量为100%,保持25℃温度下堆置10分钟,将处理过的羊毛用轧车挤压除去多余的处理液;
5)将上述处理的羊毛用清水20℃洗涤20分钟;再用1.0g/L HCl在30℃中和处理30分钟,然后30℃清水洗涤4次,每次20分钟;
6)将上述步骤所得的羊毛待处理品在室温至120℃干燥。
按照以上处理后的羊毛纤维表面鳞片结构如附图5所示。
上述各实施例中所用的原料均为现有产品,其中NaOH为杭州高晶精细化工有限公司生产;尿素为肥城集智化工有限公司生产;正辛醇由江苏丰益化工科技有限公司生产;乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠(AES)由临沂市绿森化工有限公司生产;十甲基环五硅氧烷由临沂市绿森化工有限公司生产。
Claims (5)
1.羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,以羊毛散纤维、羊毛毛条、羊毛纱线或羊毛成衣作为羊毛待处理品,其特征在于:依次进行以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为1-100g/L NaOH,0-80g/L尿素的水溶液A;
2)以十甲基环五硅氧烷为溶剂,将10-100g /L 乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES和10-300g/L正辛醇溶解于其中,配制后在超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系B;
3)在上述稳定体系B中,加入1-10mL /L水溶液A,超声振荡仪器中振荡10分钟,形成完全互溶澄清透明的稳定体系C作为处理液;
4) 将羊毛待处理品浸泡在上述体系C的处理液中,处理液与待处理羊毛的质量之比为25-1:1,在5-35℃温度下处理10-60分钟,或将浸泡过上述处理液的羊毛待处理品用轧车挤去多余的处理液,使羊毛待处理品的带液量为50-150%,保持5-35℃温度下堆置10-60分钟;
5) 将上述处理的羊毛用清水20-30℃洗涤10-60分钟;再用0.1-10 g/L HCl或1-10g/LHAc在10-30℃中和处理10-30分钟,然后用20-30℃清水洗涤2-4次,每次20-60分钟;
6)将上述步骤所得的羊毛待处理品在室温至120℃干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,其特征是步骤4)优先采用:将羊毛散纤维待处理品浸泡在含上述C体系的处理液中,体系C的处理液与待处理羊毛质量之比为15:1,在15℃温度下处理40分钟,将处理过的羊毛离心脱水除去多余的处理液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,其特征是步骤4)优先采用:将羊毛衫待处理品浸泡在含上述C体系的处理液中,体系C的处理液与待处理羊毛质量之比为20:1,在5℃温度下处理60分钟,将处理过的羊毛样离心脱水除去多余的处理液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,其特征是步骤4)优先采用:将浸泡过上述溶液的羊毛待处理品用轧车挤去多余的处理液,使羊毛待处理品的带液量为100%,保持5-35℃温度下堆置10-60分钟,将处理过的羊毛用轧车挤压除去多余的处理液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛的表面鳞片改性方法,其特征是步骤4)将待处理的羊毛纤维均匀放置于带循环泵的散纤维染色机中,或将羊毛纱线放置在绞纱染色机中,加入处理剂溶保持5-35℃温度处理10-60分钟;或在步骤4)中,待处理的羊毛纤维可以是散纤维状、毛条、布匹或针织成衣,经处理剂溶液浸渍后,采用轧车挤压或离心脱水除去多余的处理液,在能防止处理剂溶液挥发的堆置槽中保持5-35℃温度处理10-60分钟。
