Abstract

本发明提供了一种以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法,以废陶瓷为主料,氧化锌、钛白粉为辅料、添加无水乙醇、油酸和石蜡,经注射成型、脱脂素烧后,采用传统釉下、釉上或釉中装饰工艺,入窑烧结获得精细陶瓷产品。以该方法制得的陶瓷坯体与中温釉、高温釉都可以相匹配。制得的精细陶瓷产品,废陶瓷占比超过90%,含水率小于0.5%,且具有瓷化程度高、密度大、强度高、尺寸精度高、精美程度高等特点。

一种以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷制造技术领域,具体涉及一种以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法。
背景技术
陶瓷行业每年产生大量的陶瓷废品,难以利用,只能填埋,既造成了巨大的资源浪费,又造成了环境污染。尽管也有人尝试作为其他工业产品的原料进行回收利用,但是由于废陶瓷经过了高温烧结,制成的废陶瓷成为瘠性原料,可塑性大大降低,其应用范围受到了极大地限制,特别是在以废陶瓷为主料制作精细陶瓷制品方面,如陶瓷串珠、陶瓷首饰以及其它精细电子陶瓷产品等对表面精美和精细程度要求相对较高的陶瓷制品,由于此类产品对瓷胎的细小尺寸、吸水率、密度、白度、抗折强度、硬度和与釉的适应范围都有特殊要求,现有技术方法难以获得成功。当废陶瓷在原料中的含量超过90% WT时,陶瓷坯体是难以成型的,当陶瓷产品在瓷化程度方面有相对较高要求时,例如吸水率达到不高于0.5%时,烧成后开裂会成为产品的必然结果,并且,制成的陶瓷坯体与市购的中、高温釉也难以匹配。因此,开发一种以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法存在相当大的技术障碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法,该方法能够解决当废陶瓷在原料中的含量超过90% WT时陶瓷坯体成型以及烧成后开裂的问题,同时,使陶瓷坯体与釉的匹配具有更宽的适应范围。
为了实现发明目的,本发明提供的一种以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将废陶瓷加入球磨机中,以废陶瓷的重量为基数,添加氧化锌2-5%、钛白粉2-4%、无水乙醇0.3-2.0%和油酸0.3-2.0%,球磨10-20小时至混合粉体中位径为10-18 um;
(2)混合粉体过筛后,添加废陶瓷重量8-12%的石蜡进行制块;
(3)将制块加温融化,送入压铸机经0.3-1.0MPa压力注射至金属模具中成型;
(4)脱模后经800-1050℃脱脂素烧;
(5)将素烧后的坯体按传统釉下、釉上或釉中装饰工艺,入窑经1250-1320℃烧成获得制品。
本发明以废陶瓷为主料,废陶瓷在原料中的含量超过90% WT以上,通过对原料组配和制块以及素烧坯体制备的工艺创新,使得以该方法制得的陶瓷坯体与釉的匹配范围很宽,景德镇市场上常见的中温釉、高温釉都可以适用。生产出高价值的精细陶瓷产品,其含水率小于或等于0.5%,具有瓷化程度高、密度大、强度高、尺寸精度高、精美程度高等特点,实现了充分利用资源、变废为宝的目的。本发明所述的废陶瓷是针对800-1700℃烧结范围内从陶到瓷的废品,开发对此类废品的回收利用技术,不仅具有重大的环保意义,而且对资源的绿色循环利用具有重要意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将废陶瓷加入球磨机中,以废陶瓷的重量为基数,添加氧化锌2%、钛白粉2%、无水乙醇0.3%和油酸2.0%球磨15小时至混合粉体中位径为10-18 um;
(2)混合粉体过筛后,添加废陶瓷重量8%的石蜡进行制块;
(3)将制块加温融化,送入压铸机经0.5MPa压力注射至金属模具中成型;
(4)脱模后经800℃脱脂素烧;
(5)将素烧后的坯体按传统颜色釉装饰工艺,入窑经1250℃烧成获得制品。
实施例2
(1)将废陶瓷加入球磨机中,以废陶瓷的重量为基数,添加氧化锌2%、钛白粉4%、无水乙醇1.0%和油酸1.0%球磨15小时至混合粉体中位径为10-18 um;
(2)混合粉体过筛后,添加废陶瓷重量10%的石蜡进行制块;
(3)将制块加温融化,送入压铸机经0.5MPa压力注射至金属模具中成型;
(4)脱模后经900℃脱脂素烧;
(5)将素烧后的坯体按传统施青釉、高温窑变釉,烧成温度1300℃,获得制品。
实施例3
(1)将废陶瓷加入球磨机中,以废陶瓷的重量为基数,添加氧化锌5%、钛白粉2%、无水乙醇1.0%和油酸1.0%球磨15小时至混合粉体中位径为10-18 um;
(2)混合粉体过筛后,添加废陶瓷重量10%的石蜡进行制块;
(3)将制块加温融化,送入压铸机经0.5MPa压力注射至金属模具中成型,注射温度为80℃;
(4)脱模后经900℃脱脂素烧;
(5)将素烧后的坯体上釉获得釉上彩绘瓷体,入窑经1300℃烧成获得制品。
实施例4
(1)将废陶瓷加入球磨机中,以废陶瓷的重量为基数,添加氧化锌5%、钛白粉4%、无水乙醇2.0%和油酸0.3%球磨15小时至混合粉体中位径为10-18 um;
(2)混合粉体过筛后,添加废陶瓷重量10%的石蜡进行制块;
(3)将制块加温融化,送入压铸机经0.5MPa注射至金属模具中成型,注射温度为80℃;
(4)脱模后经1050℃脱脂素烧;
(5)将素烧后的坯体按传统釉下青花、五彩彩绘装饰,入窑经1320℃烧成获得制品。

1.一种以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将废陶瓷加入球磨机中,以废陶瓷的重量为基数,添加氧化锌2-5%、钛白粉2-4%、无水乙醇0.3-2.0%和油酸0.3-2.0%球磨10-20小时至混合粉体中位径为10-18 um;
(2)混合粉体过筛后,添加废陶瓷重量8-12%的石蜡进行制块;
(3)将制块加温融化,送入压铸机经0.3-1.0MPa压力注射至金属模具中成型;
(4)脱模后经800-1050℃脱脂素烧;
(5)将素烧后的坯体按传统釉下、釉上或釉中装饰工艺,入窑经1250-1320℃烧成获得制品。
2.根据权利要求要求1所述的以废陶瓷为主料生产精细陶瓷产品的方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)注射温度为80℃,注射压力为0.5MPa。
