刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,包括雨棚、进烟管道、沉淀池、混合池、加压水泵、喷淋系统、加药桶、活性炭过滤系统、引风机、排烟管道和烟囱,所述进烟管道一端与鼓风机连接,另一端伸入沉淀池中,所述沉淀池为全封闭,沉淀池内装有若干隔板,所述喷淋系统安装在沉淀池顶部,所述活性炭过滤系统和加药桶位于沉淀池上方与沉淀池顶部连接,所述混合池位于沉淀池内,所述加压水泵设置在混合池内,所述雨棚安装在沉淀池一侧,位于加药桶和活性炭过滤系统的上方,该系统结构简单,除硫效率高,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业烟尘处理领域,尤其涉及一种刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统。
背景技术
刚玉窑炉煅烧后排出的烟尘含有二氧化硫和硫化氢,这种烟尘如果直接排放到空气中会造成空气污染。硫化氢是无色、剧毒、酸性气体,即使是低浓度的硫化氢,也会损伤人的嗅觉。
目前对于此种工业烟尘的处理主要采用湿式方法和干式方法。湿法脱硫是指通过吸收液去除二氧化硫的方法,而干法脱硫则不经过液体介质进行脱硫。湿法处理技术按照使用的吸收也不同,常用的有石灰石——石膏法脱硫、钙钠双碱法脱硫,氨法脱硫等,石灰石——石膏法脱硫、钙钠双碱法脱硫费用高,易形成固体污染等问题,而氨法脱硫也存在占地面积大,投资费用高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明针对现有除硫净化系统占地面积大,投资成本高,易形成固体污染等问题,提供一种占地面积小,投资成本低,除硫废水不易形成固体的刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统。
本发明的刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统采用以下的技术方案:刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,包括雨棚、进烟管道、沉淀池、混合池、加压水泵、喷淋系统、加药桶、活性炭过滤系统、引风机、排烟管道和烟囱,所述进烟管道一端与鼓风机连接,另一端伸入沉淀池中,所述沉淀池为全封闭,沉淀池内装有若干隔板,隔板依次与沉淀池前后两侧墙壁相连,所述喷淋系统安装在沉淀池顶部,所述活性炭过滤系统和加药桶位于沉淀池上方与沉淀池顶部连接,所述混合池位于沉淀池内,所述加压水泵设置在混合池内,所述所述雨棚安装在沉淀池一侧,位于加药桶和活性炭过滤系统的上方。
作为优选,所述活性炭过滤系统包括活性炭过滤层和引风机,引风机位于活性炭过滤层顶部。作为优选,所述活性炭过滤系统与排烟管道一侧连接,排烟管道另一侧与烟囱连接。
作为优选,所述喷淋系统包括进水管道和喷淋头,所述喷淋头均匀分布安装在进水管道上,进水管道安装在沉淀池顶部,进水管道进水口与加压水泵连接。
作为优选,所述加药桶与加压水泵连接,加药桶为PE桶。
本发明整个除硫过程在沉淀池中进行,使用隔板对沉淀池进行分割,烟尘在沉淀池内形成S形通路,加大了沉淀池对废气的处理量,整个沉淀池安装喷淋系统,喷淋系统喷出的是氢氧化钠溶液,氢氧化钠和硫化氢反应生成水和硫化钠,反应后的废水进入混合池,加药桶往混合池中加入药剂与混合池内的除硫废水反应,使废水达到排放标准;同时少许未充分反应的硫化氢或二氧化硫气体会被活性炭过滤系统吸收,这样排出的废气也达到排放标准。

刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,包括雨棚1、进烟管道2、沉淀池3、混合池4、加压水泵5、喷淋系统6、加药桶7、活性炭过滤系统8、引风机8.2、排烟管道10和烟囱11,所述进烟管道2一端与鼓风机连接,另一端伸入沉淀池3中,所述沉淀池3为全封闭,沉淀池3内装有若干隔板9,隔板9依次与沉淀池3前后两侧墙壁相连,所述喷淋系统6安装在沉淀池3顶部,所述活性炭过滤系统8和加药桶7位于沉淀池3上方与沉淀池3顶部连接,所述混合池4位于沉淀池3内,所述加压水泵5设置在混合池4内,所述所述雨棚1安装在沉淀池3一侧,位于加药桶7和活性炭过滤系统8的上方,所述活性炭过滤系统8包括活性炭过滤层8.1和引风机8.2,引风机8.2位于活性炭过滤层8.1顶部;所述活性炭过滤系统8与排烟管道10一侧连接,排烟管道10另一侧与烟囱11连接;所述喷淋系统6包括进水管道6.1和喷淋头6.2,所述喷淋头6.2均匀分布安装在进水管道6.1上,进水管道6.1安装在沉淀池3顶部,进水管道6.1进水口与加压水泵5连接;所述加药桶7与加压水泵5连接,加药桶7为PE桶。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式所涉及的刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,包括雨棚、进烟管道、沉淀池、混合池、加压水泵、喷淋系统、加药桶、活性炭过滤系统、引风机、排烟管道和烟囱,其特征在于所述进烟管道一端与鼓风机连接,另一端伸入沉淀池中,所述沉淀池为全封闭,沉淀池内装有若干隔板,隔板依次与沉淀池前后两侧墙壁相连,所述喷淋系统安装在沉淀池顶部,所述活性炭过滤系统和加药桶位于沉淀池上方与沉淀池顶部连接,所述混合池位于沉淀池内,所述加压水泵设置在混合池内,所述所述雨棚安装在沉淀池一侧,位于加药桶和活性炭过滤系统的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,其特征在于所述活性炭过滤系统包括活性炭过滤层和引风机,引风机位于活性炭过滤层顶部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,其特征在于所述活性炭过滤系统与排烟管道一侧连接,排烟管道另一侧与烟囱连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,其特征在于所述喷淋系统包括进水管道和喷淋头,所述喷淋头均匀分布安装在进水管道上,进水管道安装在沉淀池顶部,进水管道进水口与加压水泵连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刚玉窑炉脱硫净化系统,其特征在于所述加药桶与加压水泵连接,加药桶为PE桶。
