[0002]近几年,随着雾霾的产生,引起越来越多的人关注空气质量和大气污染物排放情况,特别是锅炉烟气的污染物排放情况;电站锅炉的烟气治理起步较早,在国家的严格执行标准中,已经在大面积的进行烟气的治理改造,但是工业锅炉烟气污染情况却不容乐观,目前,工业锅炉烟气污染物排放已超过电站锅炉,成为全国工业行业第一大污染源,针对工业锅炉烟气污染的深度治理成为必然;
[0003] 2014年7月1日实施的“锅炉大气污染物排放标准(GB13271-2014)”的大气污染物特别排放限值要求为:烟尘颗粒物< 30mg/Nm\S02 < 200mg/Nm3、氮氧化物< 200mg/Nm3,而重点区域及东部部分地区的排放限值已经要求烟尘颗粒物< 5mg/Nm\S02 < 100mg/Nm3,这一特别限值使得烟气处理的除尘效率需达到90%以上、脱硫效率需达到90%以上,越来越严格的排放要求使得更多的工业锅炉厂家进入了尾部烟气环保改造的行列中;
[0004] 工业锅炉的脱硫分为干法脱硫和湿法脱硫两种方式,干法脱硫一般采用石灰(石灰石)作为脱硫剂,有炉内喷钙等方法,脱硫剂的利用率低,且脱硫效率低,达不到国家对于锅炉烟气排放的限制标准;湿法脱硫有石灰石法、双碱法、氧化镁法、钠碱法或者氨法等,石灰石法由于系统复杂,运行过程污染高,且易造成系统堵塞等问题,一般工业锅炉不常用;其他脱硫方法由于吸收剂的碱性强,与S02的反应速度快,吸收率高,脱硫剂利用率高,一般脱硫效率都可以达到90%以上,但是也存在废水处理较复杂,初投资大,运行费用也较高;
[0005]在工业锅炉除尘中常用的除尘方式也分为干式和湿式两种,干法最常用的有电除尘和布袋除尘,这两种方式设备庞大,投资及运行成本大,且除尘效率较低,达不到现行国家规定的排放标准,湿式除尘常用的水浴式除尘器和麻石水膜除尘器以及湿式静电除尘器,水浴式与麻石水膜式除尘方式的除尘效率较高,但是耗水量较大,污水处理成本高,而湿式静电除尘器体积较小,由于电场力的存在,除尘效率非常高,能够达到烟气的排放浓度< 5mg/Nm3,已在电站锅炉中大量的应用。
发明内容

[0006]本实用新型专利提供一种一体化湿法烟气脱硫除尘的装置,主要解决工业锅炉的尾部烟气脱硫除尘的效率低、能耗高,废水利用率低等问题。
[0007]本实用新型的技术方案是:一体化湿法烟气脱硫除尘的装置由上部的碱性脱硫装置和下部的管式静电除尘装置组合而成,其中装置包括筒体,筒体为一竖立的圆筒,底部一侧开有烟气进口通道,烟气进口通道的下部的筒体底部空间为缓冲池,烟气进口通道的上部为气体均布板,气体均板上部为静电除尘区,静电除尘区部分的筒体内悬挂若干蜂窝状内六角的阳极管,每个阳极管的上部空间均设有喷头,若干喷头通过管道并联成下部喷淋管,筒体上部设有烟气出口,烟气出口和静电除尘区之间设有两道上部喷淋管,上部喷淋管和下部喷淋管分别通过管道连接升压栗出口,升压栗进口连接中和池底部,中和池顶部设有碱液投加管线,中和池顶部连接升压栗b出口管道,升压栗b进口管道连接沉淀池中部,沉淀池底部有管道连接废液出口,沉淀池顶部连接升压栗a出口,升压栗a进口管道连接缓冲池底部。
[0008]组合式湿式烟气脱硫除尘装方法,烟气通过烟气进口管道进入装置,经过气流均布板后向上流动,烟气流速在3〜4m/s之间,取合适值,进入下部的静电除尘区,流经蜂窝状内六角形的阳极管,阳极管中心为与其极配的阴极线,烟气自下向上流动,烟气流速3〜4m/s,阴极线在外界高压电源的作用下放电,管内流动的烟气中的尘粒和水等物质在电场作用下向阳极管上运动,并粘附在阳极管上,净化后的烟气从顶部排出,阳极管在下部喷淋管上的喷头的间歇喷出的吸收液的作用下得到清洗,清洗后的液体进入装置底部的缓冲池;
[0009] 装置底部是脱硫后废液的缓冲池,缓冲池的水经过升压栗a栗送进入沉降池中,沉降池上层清液经过升压栗b栗送进入中和池中,在中和池中,通过碱液投加管线投加碱液调节PH后的吸收液循环进入上部喷淋管和下部喷淋管中,沉降池下部的水排出至污水处理单元;
[0010]吸收液在两层上部喷淋管中通过喷嘴雾化喷入筒体中,分散成细小的液滴并覆盖筒体的整个断面,这些液滴中的碱液与筒体内烟气逆流接触,烟气流速保持3.2〜4m/s,发生传质与吸收反应,吸收液一般为碱性溶液如氢氧化钠溶液,碳酸钠溶液或者氧化镁溶解于水消解后形成的氢氧化镁溶液。
[0011]本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本申请主要解决工业锅炉的尾部烟气脱硫除尘的效率低、能耗高,废水利用率低等问题。通过将管式静电除尘及碱性脱硫结合为一体形成一体化湿法脱硫除尘装置及方法,首先可以共用一套水循环系统,节约投资;其次循环水的处理量减少,运行费用大大减少;再次,脱硫和除尘的相互作用,使得装置的脱硫除尘效率大大提高,烟气出口的排放浓度降低。

[0016]由图1结合图2所示,一体化湿法烟气脱硫除尘的装置的上部为碱性脱硫,下部为管式静电除尘,装置包括筒体3,筒体3为一竖立的圆筒,底部一侧开有烟气进口通道2,烟气进口通道2的下部的筒体3底部空间为缓冲池1,烟气进口通道2的上部为气流均布板15,气流均布板15对烟气的气流有均流的作用,均流后的烟气有利于静电除尘和碱液除硫,气流均布板15上部为静电除尘区4,静电除尘区4部分的筒体3内悬挂若干蜂窝状内六角的阳极管13,阳极管13中心为与其极配的阴极线,在电场作用下阳极管13用来吸附烟气中的尘粒、水及部分S02物质,每个阳极管13的上部空间均设有喷头14,若干喷头14通过管道并联成下部喷淋管5,喷头14及下部喷淋管5用来清洗阳极管13,筒体3上部设有烟气出口 7,烟气出口7和静电除尘区4之间设有至少两道上部喷淋管6,上部喷淋管6和下部喷淋管5分别通过管道连接升压栗8出口,升压栗8进口连接中和池9底部,中和池9顶部设有碱液投加管线12,中和池9顶部连接升压栗bl7出口管道,升压栗bl7进口管道连接沉淀池10中部,沉淀池10底部有管道连接废液出口 11,沉淀池10顶部连接升压栗al6出口,升压栗al6进口管道连接缓冲池1底部;
[0017]组合式湿式烟气脱硫除尘方法如下:烟气通过烟气进口管道2进入装置,经过气流均布板15后向上流动,烟气流速在3〜4m/s之间,进入上部的静电除尘区4,流经蜂窝状内六角形的阳极管13,蜂窝状内六角形阳极管13增大了阳极管13与气体的接触面积,有利于提高静电除尘的效率,阳极管13中心为与其极配的阴极线,烟气自下向上流动,烟气流速3〜4m/s,阴极线在外界高压电源的作用下放电,管内流动的烟气中的尘粒和水等物质在电场作用下向阳极管13上运动,并粘附在阳极管13上,净化后的烟气从顶部排出,阳极管13在下部喷淋管5上的喷头14的间歇喷出的吸收液的作用下得到清洗,清洗后的液体进入装置底部的缓冲池1;
[0018] 湿式静电除尘器的除尘原理如下:蜂窝状内六角形的阳极管垂直悬挂于除尘器顶部的固定槽钢上,阳极管13中心为与其极配的阴极线。烟气自下向上流动(烟气流速3〜4m/s),阴极线在外界高压电源的作用下放电,管内流动的烟气中的尘粒和水等物质在电场作用下向阳极管上运动,并粘附在阳极管上,并且在该过程中,部分S02也得到了脱除。由于工业锅炉的烟气排放温度一般较高,为160°C〜220°C之间,故除尘阳极管材质选用耐温的金属阳极管,且阳极管需要具有较强的耐腐蚀性避免S02的腐蚀作用。净化后的烟气从除尘器顶部排出进入烟囱,阳极管在间歇喷水的作用下得到清洗。管式静电除尘器具有体积小、系统简单且除尘效率高的优点。
[0019] 装置底部是脱硫后废液的缓冲池1,缓冲池1的水经过升压栗al6栗送进入沉降池10中,沉降池10能够将缓冲池1的废液沉降分离,沉降池10上层清液经过升压栗bl7栗送进入中和池9中,在中和池9中,通过碱液投加管线12投加碱液调节PH后的吸收液循环进入上部喷淋管6和下部喷淋管5中,沉降池10下部的水排出至污水处理单元;下部除尘部分需要的间歇喷淋水从中和池9中取,喷淋后向下经除尘进入装置底部的缓冲池中从而进入水循环系统中。
[0020]中和池9中的吸收液在两层上部喷淋管6中通过喷嘴雾化喷入筒体3中,分散成细小的液滴并覆盖筒体3的整个断面,这些液滴中的碱液与筒体3内烟气逆流接触,烟气流速保持3.2〜4m/s,发生传质与吸收反应,烟气中的S02、S03等与液滴中的NaOH发生中和反应被吸收,并且部分的尘粒被液滴带走。经过净化的烟气经过除雾后从顶部排出。S02被碱液吸收,烟气得到脱硫净化,并且在该过程中,一些尘粒也得到了脱除。由于经过了除尘区域的降温作用,所以S02在脱硫区域中的吸收速率相比于高温烟气时有所加快,脱硫效率得到提高。烟气离开脱硫区域后经过除雾作用过后,进入烟囱排放。吸收液一般为碱性溶液如氢氧化钠溶液,碳酸钠溶液或者氧化镁溶解于水消解后形成的氢氧化镁溶液。吸收液落入缓冲池1经过沉降池10、中和池9碱液调节PH值后,重新进入循环栗中,作为吸收液被喷入脱硫塔内。
[0021]碱液吸收法作为一种高效的烟气脱硫方法,具有系统液气比小,运行能耗低,脱硫吸收液一般为碱性溶液如氢氧化钠溶液,碳酸钠溶液或者氧化镁溶解于水消解后形成的氢氧化镁溶液,此碱液没有晶体析出或者存在结垢现象。碱性吸收法脱硫效率高;系统运行稳定可靠;废水少,几乎不产生二次污染等优点。
[0022] 补充的碱液加入中和池9中,调节池中的PH到合适的值,经过升压栗8栗送进入上部喷淋管6中,上部喷淋管6喷出的液滴主要用于烟气脱硫,下部喷淋管5喷出的水主要用于冲洗除尘区的阳极管13。喷淋水均向下流动,到达缓冲池1中,经栗栗送进入沉降池10中,上层清液经栗进入中和池9中完成循环,下层的废液排入废水处理系统。
[0023]该装置及方法能够实现烟气脱硫效率达到90 %以上,除尘出口烟气浓度< 5mg/Nm3,排放上达到现行最严格的排放标准;能够实现除尘废水再利用,大大减少运行过程中的废水排放量;能够降低脱硫除尘的初投资,并能够降低运行过程中的能耗,达到节能增效的目的。

1.一种一体化湿法烟气脱硫除尘的装置,其特征在于:由上部的碱性脱硫装置和下部的管式静电除尘装置组合而成,其中装置包括筒体(3),筒体(3)为一竖立的圆筒,底部一侧开有烟气进口通道(2),烟气进口通道(2)的下部的筒体(3)底部空间为缓冲池(1),烟气进口通道(2)的上部为气流均布板(15),气流均布板(15)上部为静电除尘区(4),静电除尘区(4)部分的筒体(3)内悬挂若干蜂窝状内六角的阳极管(13),每个阳极管(13)的上部空间均设有喷头(14),若干喷头(14)通过管道并联成下部喷淋管(5),筒体(3)上部设有烟气出口(7),烟气出口(7)和静电除尘区(4)之间设有两道上部喷淋管(6),上部喷淋管(6)和下部喷淋管(5)分别通过管道连接升压栗(8)出口,升压栗(8)进口连接中和池(9)底部,中和池(9)顶部设有碱液投加管线(12),中和池(9)顶部连接升压栗b(17)出口管道,升压栗b(17)进口管道连接沉淀池(10)中部,沉淀池(10)底部有管道连接废液出口(11),沉淀池(10)顶部连接升压栗a(16)出口,升压栗a(16)进口管道连接缓冲池(1)底部。
