背景技术
[0002] 现有技术中,燃煤、燃气锅炉(包括窑炉)尾气中含有硫和微尘颗粒等,直接排到大气中造成很大的污染。现有的尾气处理设备多采用洗涤液清洗和微尘过滤等手段。对应尾气中的一类杂质采用一种设备进行去除,例如洗涤是使尾气通过碱性洗涤剂液雾,然后再用袋式除尘器去除微尘。这种方案需要两套设备,而且,袋式除尘器的滤袋损耗很大,在除尘的时候带来另一种浪费。

[0025] 含有粉尘及硫化物的锅炉烟气进入文丘里喉管后,由于喉管断面积不变,管内静压下降到最低值,并维持不变,此时气流流速达到最高值;气流进入渐扩管,由于断面积逐扩大,管内静压逐渐得到恢复,气流流速也逐渐下降。在收缩管末端的喉管处通过喷淋管引入洗涤液,该处的气流速度就很高,由喷嘴喷出含有碱性的洗涤液在高速气流的冲击下,进一步雾化成更细小的雾滴,而且气、液、固(粒尘)三相的相对速度都很大,使它们得以更充分混合,从而增加了二氧化硫与碱液滴混合的机会,使大部分的二氧化硫和碱性液滴得以充分反应,达到脱硫目的。另一方面,由于碱性洗涤液雾化充分,使气体达到饱和程度,从而破坏了尘粒表面的气膜,使尘粒完全被水汽润湿。当气体进入扩散管后,这些被水润湿的尘粒与雾滴之间,以及不同粒径的尘粒或雾滴之间,在不同惯性力的作用下,在相互碰撞接触中凝聚成粒径较大的含尘液滴。这些较粗的含尘液滴随气流进入旋流式水膜除尘器后,在重力、惯性力、离心力的作用下,从气流中分离出来,从而达到净化目的。

[0027] 除尘器的含尘气流通进入筒体,筒体是一个圆形筒体,水从除尘器上部注水槽进入筒内,使整个圆筒内壁形成一层水膜从上而下流动,烟气由筒体下部切向或蜗旋进入,在筒体内旋转上升,含尘气体及硫化物在离心力作用下始终与筒体内壁面的水膜发生摩擦,这样含尘气体被水膜湿润,含硫气体被碱液中和,尘粒随水流到设备底部,从溢水孔排走,在筒体底部封底并设有水封槽以防止烟气从底部漏出,有清理孔便于进行筒体底部清理。净化后废水由底部溢流孔排出进入沉淀池,沉淀再次中和,循环使用。净化后的气体,通过筒体上部锥体部分引出,从而达到除尘脱硫的目的。在循环水系统中加入碱性水,起到很好的脱硫效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器,其特征是包括脱硫器、除尘器和循环水系统; 所述脱硫器包括文丘里管,文丘里管的收缩管的进风口作为本脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器的烟气进口,文丘里管的渐扩管作为脱硫器的出风口 ;在收缩管和渐扩管之间的喉管部连接有洗涤剂喷淋管; 所述除尘器包括除尘室、烟气进口、出风口和废水收集装置;所述除尘室的内腔是圆筒形,除尘器的烟气进口设在圆筒形内腔的下部,且除尘器的烟气进口的方向与圆筒形内腔的筒壁切线方向相同;除尘器的烟气进口连接脱硫器的出风口 ;除尘器的出风口设在圆筒形内腔的顶部,且除尘器的出风口作为脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器的烟气出风口 ;废水收集装置在圆筒形内腔的底部;还包括溢流盆;溢流盆为环形,它围在圆筒形内腔的上部,且与溢流盆位置对应处的圆筒形内腔的内壁上开有环形溢流口 ;所述溢流盆通过进水口连接有进水管,进水口的朝向是环形溢流盆的切线方向; 所述循环水系统包括水泵、清水池和沉淀池;所述水泵的进水口连接清水池的出水口 ;所述水泵的出水口连接除尘器的进水管;所述除尘器的废水收集装置的废水出口连接沉淀池的进水口,沉淀池的出水口连接清水池的进水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器,其特征是所述水泵的出水口还通过三通连接文丘里管的洗涤剂喷淋管的进水口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器,其特征是所述除尘室底部还开有清理孔,该清理孔设在废水收集装置的排水孔的下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器,其特征是所述溢流盆的进水口有成中心对称的多个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器,其特征是所述清水池的进水口还通过三通连接自来水管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器,其特征是所述清水池还连接有碱性洗涤剂注入口。
7.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘一体化烟气处理器,其特征是所述圆筒形内腔的顶部中心位置还设有喷淋咀,喷淋咀的进水管与溢流盆上的进水管相连。
