技术领域
本发明涉及具有单层或双层玻璃的乘客舱侧窗,该侧窗用于车辆,特别是用于轨道车辆。
背景技术
在公共运输工具中的乘客舱是车辆中容纳乘客的区域。当车辆在亚热带和热带气候区中使用时,通过大面积的侧窗进入乘客舱的太阳辐射引起不期望的加热。特别是在明亮的阳光的条件下频繁停车的轨道列车的情况下,内部的气候控制要求对应的大尺寸的空气调节系统。这增加了轨道车辆的制造成本。空气调节单元的相对大的重量连同用于气候控制的增加的能量要求一起导致增加的操作成本。
为了保护轨道车辆的乘客舱免于入射的太阳辐射,已知的是给车辆的窗户安装双层玻璃,或者在乘客舱侧窗的内侧上安装卷轴或百叶窗帘。尽管这很大程度地保护了乘客舱免于入射阳光,但是仅仅入射在卷轴和百叶窗帘上的热辐射的少量能够被排出车内部。
对于轨道车辆,玻璃系统也是已知的,其中,太阳能和热隔离涂层被涂敷至安全玻璃。然而,在恶劣环境条件和极端高UV辐射的情况下,该功能涂层可能在其使用寿命期间变得被损坏,由此降低隔离效果并且需要对应的维护工作。
发明内容
当前发明的目标是详细说明用于车辆的、特别是用于轨道车辆的乘客舱侧窗,由此太阳能的射入被降低并且该窗户能够被便宜地制造。
根据本发明的基本概念,乘客舱侧窗被安装带有反射器板条,该反射器板条被直接地嵌入窗玻璃中,位于固定的间隔和倾斜角度;或者被置于在双层玻璃窗的窗玻璃之间的空腔中。这个的效果是入射在以倾斜角度向外倾斜的反射器板条上的太阳辐射被反射,使得其没有进入乘客舱。因此进入车辆内部的太阳能射入相对更低。在反射器板条之间的间隔被设计成使得:一方面,从乘客舱的内部通过窗户看的能力没有被太严重地限制;而另一方面,入射的太阳光线被可靠地反射回外部。在个体板条之间的间隔能够在量值上变化,同样地倾斜角度能够在量值上变化。只不过看上去有利的是,出于简单的原因,该间隔和倾斜角度被固定。
如果每个反射器板条被同时地设计作为太阳能板条,这能够是特别地有利的。因此,一方面,遮阳功能被实现;并且另一方面,入射的太阳辐射被转换成太阳能。
在这里,如果因此从太阳能获得的电能被用于例如电池充电,这能够特别是有利的。太阳辐射的强度越强,可用于电池充电的能量越多。太阳能充电电源能够显著地有助于列车的备用操作。
因此本发明的这个变型的主要优点是反射器板条的遮阳效果不仅仅能够极大地降低进入车辆内部中的能量射入,而且还能够获得用于电力负载的能量。
本发明还涉及安装带有如上描述的乘客舱侧窗的轨道车辆。

具体实施方式
图1显示轨道车辆1的示意性局部横截面,该轨道车辆1包括乘客舱11。乘客舱侧窗18被描绘在乘客舱11的侧壁上。在显示的示例性实施方式中,乘客舱侧窗18具有单层窗玻璃3,多个反射器板条2被嵌入其中。因此,反射器板条2被模制在玻璃主体中。在相邻的反射器板条2之间的间隔7被设计成使得乘客能够通过它们水平地(箭头6)看见。因此,反射器板条2没有过度地限制透明度6。如可以在细节X中很好地看到,反射器板条2是倾斜的,即与窗玻璃的平面12形成角度8。通过适合地选择板条2的宽度、它们相对于彼此的间隔7以及角度8,入射的太阳光线4的大部分从相应的反射器板条2的反射表面9被反射(在图1和图2中的被反射的太阳辐射14)。太阳光线10的仅小部分进入乘客舱11。这样一来,板条2的效果因此是进入乘客舱11中的太阳能射入被降低。如果车辆1在亚热带或热带区域中使用的话,用于乘客舱11的空气调节的技术复杂性因此更低。轻量的空气调节单元能够被安装在轨道车辆1上。

Claims (5)
