Abstract

本发明公开了一种可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,通过在原主变压器上增加一个输出绕组,就可以在原边主驱动电路停止工作的情况下,通过对付边同步整流管的调制驱动,实现原车载DC/DC电源的功能。本发明解决了采用完全独立的两套电路来实现原车载充电机和DC/DC变换器的功能。本发明大大简化了器件的使用量和结构件设计,优化了车载一体化电源的成本,且电路原理简单、可靠,对电路的其它功能和指标没有影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及车载电源领域,具体地说,特别涉及到一种可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路。
背景技术
在纯电动汽车中车载充电机和DC/DC转换电源是两个重要的电器部件,一般这两大部件是独立配置分开安装在前置车舱内,近年来也有部分新结构是采用两者一体化结构,即:两套独立的电气设计部件安装在同一个壳体内。它的优点是能够节约结构件和部分配线成本。这种方式已经开始越来越获得整车厂家的认可。这种方式唯一的缺点是:这个一体化部件内部的电子零件数量大大增加,结构相对紧凑带来制造工艺复杂。整机的可靠性面临考验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,包括充电机电路,所述充电机电路通过连接DC/DC驱动控制电路和整流滤波电路组成DC/DC转换电源电路。
进一步的,所述充电机电路包括依次连接的整流滤波电模块路、充电机主开关电路、主变压器、同步整流及驱动电路和输出滤波电路;所述充电机电路的两端分别连接市电输入和动力电池。
进一步的,所述DC/DC转换电源电路包括依次连接的输出滤波电路、同步整流及驱动电路、主变压器、DC/DC驱动控制电路和整流滤波电路;所述DC/DC转换电源电路的两端分别连接动力电池和低压电器。
进一步的,还包括用于MCU,MCU检测端的一支路通过主控制驱动连接充电机电路,MCU检测端的另一支路通过DC/DC驱动控制电路连接DC/DC转换电源电路。
进一步的,所述MCU的输出端连接通过连接状态显示模块组成车载显示单元。
进一步的,所述DC/DC驱动控制电路包括辅助绕组NS2、整流器件D1、D2和电感L1,通过对输出电压的反馈控制实现稳定的输出。
进一步的,所述辅助绕组NS2的匝数计算过程如下:
1)设充电机电路的主绕组匝数N1、输出最低电压V3、最高均充电压V4、充电机主开关电路的最大输出占空比为Dm、DC/DC转换电源电路的额定输出电压为V2;
N 2 = V 2 * N 1 V 3 * D m
2)考虑到充电机电路在充电状态时,输出电压会达到最高点V4,此时DC/DC转换电源电路的电压可高达:
V m = N 2 N 1 * V 4.
进一步的,所述MCU包括同步整流控制芯片IC1、同步整流控制芯片IC2和同步整流开关KS1,其对充电机电路和DC/DC转换电源电路的控制逻辑如下:
1)在充电机电路工作时,同步整流控制芯片IC2的CS端检测到Vds两端电压为负且达到Vth-cs-on时,同步整流控制芯片IC2的驱动输出端Drv输出高电平给同步整流开关KS1、直至流经整流管的电流逐步下降至Vds端电压达到Vth-cs-off,然后驱动输出端Drv输出低电平,同步整流开关KS1关断;
2)在DC/DC转换电源电路工作时,由同步整流控制芯片IC1输出端OUTA提供PWM脉宽调制信号,经Q1电平转换后加载至由C1,R5,R6组成的微分电路,然后提供给IC2的CS脚,完成触发驱动;
此时,在CS端出现一个负电平的微分信号,以模拟同步整流管的体二极管导通信号,只要其幅值大于Vth-cs-on,在同步整流控制芯片IC2的DRV脚就可以输出驱动同步整流开关KS1的脉冲前沿,直至在t2时转换成低电平,此时同步整流控制芯片IC2的CS2端出现上跳沿,由于其幅值原高于Vth-cs-off,DRV输出关闭;
所述Vds为同步整流管DS端电压,Vth-cs-on为同步整流管开通时的DS端门限电压,Vth-cs-off为同步整流管关断时的DS端门限电压。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过采用双向能量流动的原理,在充电机停止工作而同步整流管可以独立驱动、控制,就可以使动力电池的电能反向流动,只需在原主变压器上加一个低压输出隔离绕组,就可以实现车载DC/DC电源的功能。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1,本发明所述的一种可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,包括充电机电路,所述充电机电路通过连接DC/DC驱动控制电路和整流滤波电路组成DC/DC转换电源电路。所述充电机电路包括依次连接的整流滤波电模块路、充电机主开关电路、主变压器、同步整流及驱动电路和输出滤波电路;所述充电机电路的两端分别连接市电输入和动力电池。所述DC/DC转换电源电路包括依次连接的输出滤波电路、同步整流及驱动电路、主变压器、DC/DC驱动控制电路和整流滤波电路;所述DC/DC转换电源电路的两端分别连接动力电池和低压电器。
还包括用于MCU,MCU检测端的一支路通过主控制驱动连接充电机电路,MCU检测端的另一支路通过DC/DC驱动控制电路连接DC/DC转换电源电路。
所述MCU的输出端连接通过连接状态显示模块组成车载显示单元。
所述DC/DC驱动控制电路包括辅助绕组NS2、整流器件D1、D2和电感L1,通过对输出电压的反馈控制实现稳定的输出。
参见图2,由主电路开关K1,K2及谐振回路CS,LS及主变压器T1构成典型的LLC半桥主电路,为提高输出整流效率,采用KS1,KS2代替普通整流管实现了同步整流功能。
本发明是在主变压器上增加了一个绕组NS2及后续整流器件D1,D2及电感L1,就完成了一个标准的DC/DCPWM主电路构架,通过对输出电压V2的反馈控制就能实现稳定的输出。
为了确保两种方式工作而不产生冲突,由MCU控制单元根据功能要求来分别对“LLC主控制电路”及“PWM控制器”进行使能。
“同步控制器”在“充电机状态”工作时产生全脉宽信号来驱动K1,K2以实现同步整流功能。而在“DC/DC状态”工作时受PWM调制信号控制来实现稳定输出的功能。
为避免在“充电状态”工作时DC/DC输出不稳定电压对低压电器造成影响,MCU将在此状态通过使能开关关闭低压输出端V2。
也有一些车载电源系统也需要在充电状态时有一个小功率的DC/DC以满足低压电器的部分特定功能需求,只需要在使能开关两端并接一下小功率的DC/DC就能满足这个要求。
所述隔离绕组可以根据DC/DC输出电压,源波动(即原充电机的输出波动范围)来计算匝数比及所需的匝数。这个计算原理和一般的DC/DC并无二致。
对于充电机使用的其他类型PWM主电路,由于其滤波电感一般放在主电路输出侧,这样就可以共用一个滤波电感,即DC/DC部分就不需要再添加滤波电感了,其附加绕组的设计可以按照实际的拓扑结构来考虑了。
所述辅助绕组NS2的匝数计算过程如下:
1)设充电机电路的主绕组匝数N1、输出最低电压V3、最高均充电压V4、充电机主开关电路的最大输出占空比为Dm、DC/DC转换电源电路的额定输出电压为V2;
N 2 = V 2 * N 1 V 3 * D m ;
2)考虑到充电机电路在充电状态时,输出电压会达到最高点V4,此时DC/DC转换电源电路的电压可高达:
V m = N 2 N 1 * V 4.
参见图3,所述MCU包括同步整流控制芯片IC1、同步整流控制芯片IC2和同步整流开关KS1,其对充电机电路和DC/DC转换电源电路的控制逻辑如下:

对于采用DSP技术来实现主电路及同步驱动及反馈控制的充电机电路,实现以上控制原理的方式就简单多了,只需根据以上原理修改相关软件就可以完成以上控制功能

2.根据权利要求1所述的可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,其特征在于:所述充电机电路包括依次连接的整流滤波电路、充电机主开关电路、主变压器、同步整流及驱动电路和输出滤波电路;所述充电机电路的两端分别连接市电输入和动力电池。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,其特征在于:所述DC/DC转换电源电路包括依次连接的输出滤波电路、同步整流及驱动电路、主变压器、DC/DC驱动控制电路和整流滤波电路;所述DC/DC转换电源电路的两端分别连接动力电池和低压电器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,其特征在于:还包括用于MCU,MCU检测端的一支路通过主控制驱动连接充电机电路,MCU检测端的另一支路通过DC/DC驱动控制电路连接DC/DC转换电源电路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,其特征在于:所述MCU的输出端通过连接状态显示模块组成车载显示单元。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,其特征在于:所述DC/DC驱动控制电路包括辅助绕组NS2、整流器件D1、D2和电感L1,通过对输出电压的反馈控制实现稳定的输出。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可实现DC/DC转换功能的车载充电机电路,其特征在于:所述辅助绕组NS2的匝数计算过程如下:
1)设充电机电路的主绕组匝数N1、输出最低电压V3、最高均充电压V4、充电机主开关电路的最大输出占空比为Dm、DC/DC转换电源电路的额定输出电压为V2;根据一般正激(推挽)PWM变换器的工作原理,可以确定:
