一种变频电源,包括箱体与位于箱体内部的变频电路,所述变频电路包括整流滤波电路,所述整流滤波电路通过保险丝与开关S连接市电,所述整流滤波电路连接逆变电路,所述逆变电路连接变压滤波电路,所述电压滤波电路通过控制电路连接逆变电路。它输出纹波小,效率高,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电源领域,尤其涉及一种变频电源。
背景技术
变频电源被广泛应用于电力系统供电领域,其作用是更改电源幅值以及交流电频率,以满足供电设备的需求。现有的变频电源存在输出纹波大,效率低,稳定性差,抗干扰能力差等问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种变频电源,它输出纹波小,效率高,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的方案是:
一种变频电源,包括箱体与位于箱体内部的变频电路,所述变频电路包括整流滤波电路,所述整流滤波电路通过保险丝与开关S连接市电,所述整流滤波电路连接逆变电路,所述逆变电路连接变压滤波电路,所述电压滤波电路通过控制电路连接逆变电路。
所述控制电路包括波形发生电路,所述变压滤波电路通过正相连接的二极管D1连接第一比较器,所述波形发生电路通过正相连接的二极管D2连接第一比较器,所述变压滤波电路通过反相连接的二极管D3连接第二比较器,所述波形发生电路通过反相连接的二极管D4连接第二比较器,所述第一比较电路通过第一运放电路控制逆变电路的开关T1与开关T4,所述第二比较电路通过第二运放电路控制逆变电路的开关T2与开关T3。
所述波形发生电路包括直流电压源V,所述直流电压源V的正极半导体开关Q1,所述半导体开关Q1串联连接半导体开关Q2,所述半导体开关Q2连接直流电源的负极,所述直流电压源V的正极连接半导体开关Q3,所述半导体开关Q3串联连接半导体开关Q4,所述半导体开关Q4连接直流电源的负极,所述半导体开关Q1与半导体开关Q4为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关Q2与半导体开关Q3为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关Q1与半导体开关Q2不能同时处于导通状态,所述半导体开关Q1、半导体开关Q2、半导体开关Q3以及半导体开关Q4均由DSP控制器控制。
还包括保护电路,所述保护电路连接逆变电路,所述保护电路包括过压保护电路与过流保护电路。
所述变压滤波电路包括LC滤波器。
所述箱体上设有显示器,输入端子,输出端子,开关S的开关按钮,以及状态指示灯。
还包括输出开关S2,所述箱体上设有开关S2的开关按钮,所述输出开关S2连接在输出端子与输出端之间。
还包括电压变换电路,所述电压变换电路包括:与市电连接的变压电路,所述变压电路连接整流电路,所述整流电路通过DC-DC变换电路给DSP控制器供电。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过控制电路将逆变器变成闭合回路,使得整个输出更稳定,纹波小,通过LC滤波有效的去除高次谐波。
2、逆变器的控制回路采用全桥式控制,同时采用四个二极管对信号进行斩波,有效的保证了同步开关的同步,开关T1与开关T2之间不同时导通,同时增加了死区,即四个开关均处于关断状态。这有效的防止了电路的发生紊乱故障。

具体实施方式
为了更好的了解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1与图5所示,一种变频电源,包括箱体1与位于箱体内部的变频电路,所述变频电路包括整流滤波电路,所述整流滤波电路通过保险丝与开关S连接市电,所述整流滤波电路连接逆变电路,所述逆变电路连接变压滤波电路,所述电压滤波电路通过控制电路连接逆变电路。
如图2所示,逆变电路包括:通过输入滤波电路连接半导体开关T1,所述半导体开关T1串联连接半导体开关T2,所述半导体开关T2连接直流电源的负极,所述直流电源通过输入滤波电路连接半导体开关T3,所述半导体开关T3串联连接半导体开关T4,所述半导体开关T4连接直流电源的负极,所述半导体开关T1与半导体T2之间的节点通过串联连接的电感L1与电阻R1连接半导体开关T3与半导体T3之间的节点,所述半导体开关T1与半导体开关T4为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关T2与半导体开关T3为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关T1与半导体开关T2不能同时处于导通状态,所述半导体开关T1、半导体开关T2、半导体开关T3以及半导体开关T4均由控制电路控制。
如图2与图4所示,所述控制电路包括波形发生电路,所述变压滤波电路通过正相连接的二极管D1连接第一比较器,所述波形发生电路通过正相连接的二极管D2连接第一比较器,所述变压滤波电路通过反相连接的二极管D3连接第二比较器,所述波形发生电路通过反相连接的二极管D4连接第二比较器,所述第一比较电路通过第一运放电路控制逆变电路的开关T1与开关T4,所述第二比较电路通过第二运放电路控制逆变电路的开关T2与开关T3。
如图4所示,所述波形发生电路包括直流电压源V,所述直流电压源V的正极半导体开关Q1,所述半导体开关Q1串联连接半导体开关Q2,所述半导体开关Q2连接直流电源的负极,所述直流电压源V的正极连接半导体开关Q3,所述半导体开关Q3串联连接半导体开关Q4,所述半导体开关Q4连接直流电源的负极,所述半导体开关Q1与半导体Q2之间的节点通过串联连接的电感L1与电阻R1连接半导体开关Q3与半导体Q3之间的节点,所述半导体开关Q1与半导体开关Q4为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关Q2与半导体开关Q3为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关Q1与半导体开关Q2不能同时处于导通状态,所述半导体开关Q1、半导体开关Q2、半导体开关Q3以及半导体开关Q4均由DSP控制器控制。
还包括保护电路,所述保护电路连接逆变电路,所述保护电路包括过压保护电路与过流保护电路。
所述变压滤波电路包括LC滤波器。
如图5所示,所述箱体上设有显示器2,输入端子3,输出端子4,开关S的开关按钮7,以及状态指示灯5。变频电源还包括输出开关S2,所述箱体上设有开关S2的开关按钮6,所述输出开关S2连接在输出端子与输出端之间。
如图3所示,还包括电压变换电路,所述电压变换电路包括:与市电连接的变压电路,所述变压电路连接整流电路,所述整流电路通过DC-DC变换电路给DSP控制器以及直流电压源供电。

1.一种变频电源,其特征在于,包括箱体与位于箱体内部的变频电路,所述变频电路包括整流滤波电路,所述整流滤波电路通过保险丝与开关S连接市电,所述整流滤波电路连接逆变电路,所述逆变电路连接变压滤波电路,所述变压滤波电路通过控制电路连接逆变电路;所述控制电路包括波形发生电路,所述变压滤波电路通过正相连接的二极管D1连接第一比较器,所述波形发生电路通过正相连接的二极管D2连接第一比较器,所述变压滤波电路通过反相连接的二极管D3连接第二比较器,所述波形发生电路通过反相连接的二极管D4连接第二比较器,所述第一比较器通过第一运放电路控制逆变电路的开关T1与开关T4,所述第二比较器通过第二运放电路控制逆变电路的开关T2与开关T3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变频电源,其特征在于,所述波形发生电路包括直流电压源V,所述直流电压源V的正极接半导体开关Q1,所述半导体开关Q1串联连接半导体开关Q2,所述半导体开关Q2连接直流电压源V的负极,所述直流电压源V的正极连接半导体开关Q3,所述半导体开关Q3串联连接半导体开关Q4,所述半导体开关Q4连接直流电压源V的负极,所述半导体开关Q1与半导体开关Q4为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关Q2与半导体开关Q3为同步半导体开关,所述半导体开关Q1与半导体开关Q2不能同时处于导通状态,所述半导体开关Q1、半导体开关Q2、半导体开关Q3以及半导体开关Q4均由DSP控制器控制。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种变频电源,其特征在于,还包括保护电路,所述保护电路连接逆变电路,所述保护电路包括过压保护电路与过流保护电路。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种变频电源,其特征在于,所述变压滤波电路包括LC滤波器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种变频电源,其特征在于,所述箱体上设有显示器,输入端子,输出端子,开关S的开关按钮,以及状态指示灯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种变频电源,其特征在于,还包括输出开关S2,所述箱体上设有开关S2的开关按钮,所述输出开关S2连接在输出端子与输出端之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种变频电源,其特征在于,还包括电压变换电路,所述电压变换电路包括:与市电连接的变压电路,所述变压电路连接整流电路,所述整流电路通过DC-DC变换电路给DSP控制器供电。
