本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种棉麻混纺纤维丝。其由棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,并经过抗菌处理,所述的抗菌处理步骤为:将棉麻混纺纤维丝置于清洗容器中,加入丙酮搅拌后晾干;将晾干后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于烧杯中,加入抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加入去离子水,搅拌洗涤后晾干、备用。本发明的棉麻混纺纤维丝优选了棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维,改善了纱线的内在性能,使得最终生产出来的面料产品能够兼具棉的柔软细腻、麻的滑爽、吸湿排汗、抗菌卫生等特性,增加使用者的舒适性。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种棉麻混纺纤维丝。
背景技术
科学技术的不断发展促使纺织行业新型原料的研发和生产达到了一个空前鼎盛的时期,各种新型原料不断涌现。给面料研究工作开辟了一个崭新的领域。同时随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费者对于服装面料的选择已经不止局限在款式和花色上,更多的考虑到面料的舒适性、环保性和功能性。
麻是植物的皮层纤维,它的功能是近似人的皮肤,有保护肌体,调节温度等天然性能。亚麻布服装比其它衣料能减少人体的出汗,吸水速度比绸缎、人造丝织品,甚至比棉布快几倍,与皮肤接触即形成毛细现象,是皮肤的延伸。亚麻产量低,价格昂贵,将棉与麻混合纺织,可以将两者的优点整合,得到新的高档面料,大大提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棉麻混纺纤维丝,使得得到的复合纤维丝具有柔软细腻、吸湿排汗、抗菌卫生等特点。
实现本发明目的采用的技术方案为:一种棉麻混纺纤维丝,其由棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,并经过抗菌处理,其特征在于:所述的棉纤维、麻纤维与竹纤维的质量比为(3~6):(1~3):1,所述的抗菌处理步骤为:将棉麻混纺纤维丝置于清洗容器中,加入丙酮搅拌后晾干;将晾干后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于烧杯中,加入抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡3~12小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加入去离子水,搅拌洗涤10~20分钟后晾干、备用。
优选的,本发明所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1~50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01~1%、余量为水。
进一步优选的,本发明所述的纳米银复合颗粒为纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
更优选的,本发明所述的纳米银负载SiO2颗粒由如下方法制得:将纳米SiO2粉末分散于羟甲基纤维素水溶液中,形成纳米SiO2分散液;避光条件下将纳米SiO2分散液滴加至AgNO3溶液中,调整溶液的pH值为7~9,反应3~6小时,离心分离,用去离子水洗涤再干燥,即制得纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
更优选的,本发明所述的水溶性硅烷偶联剂,其化学结构式为:
式中Me为-CH3,X为-OCH2CH3或-OCH3,Y为-CH=CH2,Z为-OH,分子量为0.5~1.5万。
本发明技术方案的优点在于:
1)本发明的棉麻混纺纤维丝优选了棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维,改善了纱线的内在性能,使得最终生产出来的面料产品能够兼具棉的柔软细腻、麻的滑爽、吸湿排汗、抗菌卫生等特性,增加使用者的舒适性。
2)本发明棉麻混纺纤维丝产品具有较好的抑菌性能,保护皮肤,添加的竹纤维也进一步提升了纱线的抗菌效果。
3)本发明的抗菌功能母液制备工艺简单,且具有良好的存储稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
本发明一种棉麻混纺纤维丝,其由棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,并经过抗菌处理,所述的棉纤维、麻纤维与竹纤维的质量比为(3~6):(1~3):1,优选的,棉纤维、麻纤维与竹纤维的质量比为3:1:1或者5:2:1或者6:3:1。产品中添加的竹纤维提升了纱线的抗菌效果,并随着竹纤维的含量增加,抗菌效果会提高,但竹纤维含量过高也会增加加工生产难度,同时也会影响纤维丝的弹性。
为了进一步提高纤维丝的抗菌效果,本发明还包括抗菌处理步骤,具体步骤为:将棉麻混纺纤维丝置于清洗容器中,加入丙酮搅拌后晾干;将晾干后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于烧杯中,加入抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡3~12小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加入去离子水,搅拌洗涤10~20分钟后晾干、备用。
特别地,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1~50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01~1%、余量为水。优选的,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01%、水99.89%。另一优选的,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒30%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.06%、水69.94%。再一优选的,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.1%、水49.9%。
其中,所述的纳米银复合颗粒为纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
所述的水溶性硅烷偶联剂,其化学结构式为:
式中Me为-CH3,X为-OCH2CH3或-OCH3,Y为-CH=CH2,Z为-OH,分子量为0.5~1.5万。
具体的,所述的纳米银负载SiO2颗粒由如下方法制得:将纳米SiO2粉末分散于羟甲基纤维素水溶液中,形成纳米SiO2分散液;避光条件下将纳米SiO2分散液滴加至AgNO3溶液中,调整溶液的pH值为7~9,反应3~6小时,离心分离,用去离子水洗涤再干燥,即制得纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。

1.一种棉麻混纺纤维丝,其由棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,并经过抗菌处理,其特征在于:所述的棉纤维、麻纤维与竹纤维的质量比为(3~6):(1~3):1,所述的抗菌处理步骤为:将棉麻混纺纤维丝置于清洗容器中,加入丙酮搅拌后晾干;将晾干后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于烧杯中,加入抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡3~12小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加入去离子水,搅拌洗涤10~20分钟后晾干、备用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻混纺纤维丝,其特征在于:所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1~50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01~1%、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉麻混纺纤维丝,其特征在于:所述的纳米银复合颗粒为纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种棉麻混纺纤维丝,其特征在于:所述的纳米银负载SiO2颗粒由如下方法制得:将纳米SiO2粉末分散于羟甲基纤维素水溶液中,形成纳米SiO2分散液;避光条件下将纳米SiO2分散液滴加至AgNO3溶液中,调整溶液的pH值为7~9,反应3~6小时,离心分离,用去离子水洗涤再干燥,即制得纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
