本发明公开了一种静电喷涂清面漆,包括主剂、促进剂和引发剂,所述主剂、促进剂和引发剂之间的质量份数比为100:1~3:1~3,所述主剂是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:富马酸不饱和聚酯树40~65份、1/2秒硝化棉树脂10~15份、醋酸乙酯5~15份、丙酮10~15份、透明粉1~3份、三元氯蜡1~3份、防静电剂0.5~1.5份、消泡剂0.5~1.5份、流平剂0.5~2份、润湿剂1~3份、增稠剂0.5~1份和防沉剂0.5~1.5份。本发明具有耐候性强、耐黄变、附着力强、漆膜流平性好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及静电喷涂技术领域,特别是涉及一种静电喷涂清面漆。
背景技术
静电喷涂,是利用高压静电电场使带负电的涂料微粒沿着电场相反的方向定向运动,并将涂料微粒吸附在工件表面的一种喷涂方法。与传统的喷涂相比,静电喷涂具有较高的生产能力,可以机械化、自动化、连续化生产,涂料的利用率高达80-90%,漆膜均匀,附着力好,污染小,劳动条件好,是一种高效、环保施工工艺。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种静电喷涂清面漆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种静电喷涂清面漆,包括主剂、促进剂和引发剂,所述主剂、促进剂和引发剂之间的质量份数比为100:1~3:1~3,所述主剂是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:富马酸不饱和聚酯树40~65份、1/2秒硝化棉树脂10~15份、醋酸乙酯5~15份、丙酮10~15份、透明粉1~3份、三元氯蜡1~3份、防静电剂0.5~1.5份、消泡剂0.5~1.5份、流平剂0.5~2份、润湿剂1~3份、增稠剂0.5~1份和防沉剂0.5~1.5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述促进剂为异锌酸钴。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述引发剂为1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述消泡剂为有机硅改性消泡剂,所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电剂为烷醇基铵盐。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种静电喷涂清面漆,能够采用静电喷涂工艺进行施工,具有干燥快、工效高的特点,该静电喷涂清面漆具有耐候性强、耐黄变、附着力强、漆膜流平性好等优点。

实施例1:
一种静电喷涂清面漆,包括主剂、促进剂和引发剂,所述主剂、促进剂和引发剂之间的质量份数比为100:1~3:1~3,所述主剂是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:富马酸不饱和聚酯树55份、1/2秒硝化棉树脂12份、醋酸乙酯12份、丙酮12份、透明粉2份、三元氯蜡1份、防静电剂1份、消泡剂1份、流平剂1.2份、润湿剂1.5份、增稠剂0.5份和防沉剂1份。
其中,所述促进剂为异锌酸钴,所述引发剂为1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮,所述消泡剂为有机硅改性消泡剂,所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂,所述防静电剂为烷醇基铵盐。
实施例2:
一种静电喷涂清面漆,包括主剂、促进剂和引发剂,所述主剂、促进剂和引发剂之间的质量份数比为100:1~3:1~3,所述主剂是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:富马酸不饱和聚酯树45份、1/2秒硝化棉树脂15份、醋酸乙酯12份、丙酮15份、透明粉1份、三元氯蜡3份、防静电剂1.5份、消泡剂1.2份、流平剂2份、润湿剂3份、增稠剂0.8份和防沉剂1.2份。
实施例3:
一种静电喷涂清面漆,包括主剂、促进剂和引发剂,所述主剂、促进剂和引发剂之间的质量份数比为100:1~3:1~3,所述主剂是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:富马酸不饱和聚酯树60份、1/2秒硝化棉树脂15份、醋酸乙酯12份、丙酮10份、透明粉2份、三元氯蜡2份、防静电剂1.5份、消泡剂0.5份、流平剂1份、润湿剂1份、增稠剂1份和防沉剂0.8份。
上述三个实施例中的静电喷涂清面漆,其中主剂中的各成分均匀混合即可,在使用时,主剂先与促进剂混合,而后与引发剂混合即可进行静电喷涂。

1.一种静电喷涂清面漆,其特征在于,包括主剂、促进剂和引发剂,所述主剂、促进剂和引发剂之间的质量份数比为100:1~3:1~3,所述主剂是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:富马酸不饱和聚酯树40~65份、1/2秒硝化棉树脂10~15份、醋酸乙酯5~15份、丙酮10~15份、透明粉1~3份、三元氯蜡1~3份、防静电剂0.5~1.5份、消泡剂0.5~1.5份、流平剂0.5~2份、润湿剂1~3份、增稠剂0.5~1份和防沉剂0.5~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电喷涂清面漆,其特征在于,所述促进剂为异锌酸钴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静电喷涂清面漆,其特征在于,所述引发剂为1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静电喷涂清面漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅改性消泡剂,所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的静电喷涂清面漆,其特征在于,所述防静电剂为烷醇基铵盐。
