本发明公开了一种环保静电喷涂底漆,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂22~25份、环氧丙烯酸树脂20~23份、硝化棉树脂10~15份、乙酸乙酯5~10份、乙酸丁酯3~5份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂0.5~3份、消泡剂0.5~1份、流平剂0.5~1份、导电剂0.8份、填料3~5份、润湿剂1~5份、增稠剂0.1~0.5份和防沉剂0.2~0.8份。本发明能够得到一种性能优异,电阻低,使用寿命长,不会产生黄化,并且环保性能优异的环保静电喷涂底漆。

技术领域
本发明涉及静电喷涂技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保静电喷涂底漆。
背景技术
静电喷涂,是利用高压静电电场使带负电的涂料微粒沿着电场相反的方向定向运动,并将涂料微粒吸附在工件表面的一种喷涂方法。与传统的喷涂相比,静电喷涂具有较高的生产能力,可以机械化、自动化、连续化生产,涂料的利用率高达80-90%,漆膜均匀,附着力好,污染小,劳动条件好,是一种高效、环保施工工艺。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保静电喷涂底漆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种环保静电喷涂底漆,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂22~25份、环氧丙烯酸树脂20~23份、硝化棉树脂10~15份、乙酸乙酯5~10份、乙酸丁酯3~5份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂0.5~3份、消泡剂0.5~1份、流平剂0.5~1份、导电剂0.8份、填料3~5份、润湿剂1~5份、增稠剂0.1~0.5份和防沉剂0.2~0.8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硝化棉树脂为1/2秒硝化棉树脂和1/8秒树脂按照质量比10:1混合配置而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导电剂为烷醇基铵盐。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂24份、环氧丙烯酸树脂21份、硝化棉树脂12份、乙酸乙酯8份、乙酸丁酯3份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂1.5份、消泡剂0.8份、流平剂0.5份、导电剂0.8份、填料4份、润湿剂2份、增稠剂0.4份和防沉剂0.5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种环保静电喷涂底漆,配方合理,采用了聚酯丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂与硝化棉树脂作为主料,采用乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯作为溶剂,并采用了多种辅助助剂,如导电剂等,得到的底漆性能优异,电阻低,使用寿命长,不会产生黄化,并且环保性能优异,可以在复杂工件上进行静电喷涂,提高了施工质量和施工效率。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
一种环保静电喷涂底漆,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂24份、环氧丙烯酸树脂21份、硝化棉树脂12份、乙酸乙酯8份、乙酸丁酯3份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂1.5份、消泡剂0.8份、流平剂0.5份、导电剂0.8份、填料4份、润湿剂2份、增稠剂0.4份和防沉剂0.5份。
所述硝化棉树脂为1/2秒硝化棉树脂和1/8秒树脂按照质量比10:1混合配置而成,所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂,所述导电剂为烷醇基铵盐。
实施例2:
一种环保静电喷涂底漆,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂22份、环氧丙烯酸树脂23份、硝化棉树脂12份、乙酸乙酯6份、乙酸丁酯5份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂2.5份、消泡剂1份、流平剂0.6份、导电剂0.8份、填料4份、润湿剂3份、增稠剂0.4份和防沉剂0.5份。
实施例3:
一种环保静电喷涂底漆,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂25份、环氧丙烯酸树脂22份、硝化棉树脂15份、乙酸乙酯6份、乙酸丁酯5份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂0.8份、消泡剂1份、流平剂0.8份、导电剂0.8份、填料3份、润湿剂2份、增稠剂0.3份和防沉剂0.5份。
上述三个实施例中的环保静电喷涂底漆,是由下述步骤制备而成的:
1)将配方重量的原料称量备用;
2)将十分之九重量的聚酯丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂和硝化棉树脂的与全部重量的乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
3)将步骤2)中的预混料与聚酰胺蜡防沉剂、消泡剂和填料放入搅拌机中搅拌,得到混合料;
4)将混合料与剩余的树脂、流平剂、导电剂、润湿剂、增稠剂与防沉剂搅拌混合均匀,放入研磨机中研磨至细度小于7μm,即得到成品的环保静电喷涂底漆。

1.一种环保静电喷涂底漆,其特征在于,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂22~25份、环氧丙烯酸树脂20~23份、硝化棉树脂10~15份、乙酸乙酯5~10份、乙酸丁酯3~5份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂0.5~3份、消泡剂0.5~1份、流平剂0.5~1份、导电剂0.8份、填料3~5份、润湿剂1~5份、增稠剂0.1~0.5份和防沉剂0.2~0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保静电喷涂底漆,其特征在于,所述硝化棉树脂为1/2秒硝化棉树脂和1/8秒树脂按照质量比10:1混合配置而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保静电喷涂底漆,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保静电喷涂底漆,其特征在于,所述导电剂为烷醇基铵盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保静电喷涂底漆,其特征在于,是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚酯丙烯酸树脂24份、环氧丙烯酸树脂21份、硝化棉树脂12份、乙酸乙酯8份、乙酸丁酯3份、聚酰胺蜡防尘剂1.5份、消泡剂0.8份、流平剂0.5份、导电剂0.8份、填料4份、润湿剂2份、增稠剂0.4份和防沉剂0.5份。
