本发明涉及静电材料领域,具体涉及一种金属零件静电喷涂材料及其喷涂方法。
背景技术
静电喷涂,是利用高压静电电场使带负电的涂料微粒沿着电场相反的方向定向运动,并将涂料微粒吸附在工件表面的一种喷涂方法。
与传统的喷涂相比,静电喷涂具有较高的生产能力,可以机械化、自动化、连续化生产,涂料的利用率高、漆膜均匀、附着力好的优点,但在喷涂过程中,很容易产生大量的热量,缺少散发空间,将直接影响电子产品的工作稳定性、操作安全性以及使用寿命,并且现有金属表面静电喷涂粉末涂料时,存在涂料上粉率低、粉料消耗量大,且涂层表观性能差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种金属零件静电喷涂材料及其喷涂方法,不仅喷涂材料具有良好的流动性、松散性和散热性,而且喷涂在金属上的粉率高、粉料消耗量小,效果明显。
为实现上述目的,本金属零件静电喷涂材料按照组分重量比,包括:
聚酯丙烯酸树脂26~35份,环氧丙烯酸树脂20~30份,纳米填料12~18份,丙酮5~12份,丙二醇甲醚8~20份,二氧化钛8~12份,聚异氰酸酯3~7份,乙二醇单丁醚8~14份,阻燃剂6~10份,防锈有机颜料1.2~3.2份,异锌酸钴0.8~1.5份,烷醇基铵盐0.8~1.5份。
进一步的,按照组分重量比,包括:
聚酯丙烯酸树脂32份,环氧丙烯酸树脂28份,纳米填料14份,丙酮8份,丙二醇甲醚12份,二氧化钛10份,聚异氰酸酯5份,乙二醇单丁醚12份,阻燃剂8份,防锈有机颜料2.2份,异锌酸钴1.2份,烷醇基铵盐1.2份。
一种金属零件静电喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
1)混合粉末准备:将聚酯丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂、纳米填料、丙酮、丙二醇甲醚、二氧化钛、聚异氰酸酯、乙二醇单丁醚、阻燃剂、防锈有机颜料、异锌酸钴、烷醇基铵盐进行混合碾磨,得到混合粉末,混合粉末粒径为20~50μm;
2)金属表面处理:对需要静电喷涂的金属表面进行水洗,去除表面油污和灰尘,再进行喷淋钝化液,最后进行烘干处理,得到钝化后的金属;
3)喷涂处理:将步骤2)中钝化后的金属放入喷涂房内,设置喷枪的静电喷涂气压为0.25-0.4MPa,依靠静电喷涂在金属表面形成一层厚度为20~28μm的粉层;再将喷涂后的金属放置在红外灯进行加热固化,红外灯升温至120~130℃,时间为30~45min;最后取出固化后的金属,得到最终静电喷涂后的金属。
与现有技术相比,本金属零件静电喷涂材料及其喷涂方法不仅使得静电喷涂粉末具有更好的附着性、松散性、流动剂和散热性,增加其抗冲击强度,而且在粉末涂料的基础上,通过合理的金属表面清理、钝化、静电喷涂处理和加热固化的方式,有效提高静电喷涂的上粉率,粉料消耗量小,对金属表面起到良好的装饰效果和防护效果,综合性能优异。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种金属零件静电喷涂材料及其喷涂方法,按照组分重量比,包括:
聚酯丙烯酸树脂26份,环氧丙烯酸树脂30份,纳米填料12份,丙酮12份,丙二醇甲醚8份,二氧化钛12份,聚异氰酸酯7份,乙二醇单丁醚14份,阻燃剂6份,防锈有机颜料3.2份,异锌酸钴0.8份,烷醇基铵盐1.5份;并包括以下步骤:
1)混合粉末准备:将以上成分的聚酯丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂、纳米填料、丙酮、丙二醇甲醚、二氧化钛、聚异氰酸酯、乙二醇单丁醚、阻燃剂、防锈有机颜料、异锌酸钴、烷醇基铵盐进行混合碾磨,得到混合粉末,混合粉末粒径为20~50μm;
2)金属表面处理:对需要静电喷涂的金属表面进行水洗,去除表面油污和灰尘,再进行喷淋钝化液,最后进行烘干处理,得到钝化后的金属;

2)金属表面处理:对需要静电喷涂的金属表面进行水洗,去除表面油污和灰尘,再进行喷淋钝化液,最后进行烘干处理,得到钝化后的金属;

2)金属表面处理:对需要静电喷涂的金属表面进行水洗,去除表面油污和灰尘,再进行喷淋钝化液,最后进行烘干处理,得到钝化后的金属;
