Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有纠偏找正功能的塑料容器裁边机。该塑料容器裁边机包括有切刀以及与切刀配合裁切的刀板,其特征在于:所述切刀安装在切刀座上,所述切刀座上设置有凸起部,所述凸起部的外表面具有导向面,所述刀板位于刀板座上,所述刀板上设置有与凸起部的外形相匹配的凹槽部,凸起部与凹槽部匹配时,切刀与刀板相裁切。这种塑料容器裁边机通过设置在切刀座上凸起部与设置在刀板上凹槽部的配合来找正,从而实现对切刀与刀板的纠偏,或者实现对塑料板材的纠偏,由此使塑料容器裁边机实现更加精确地裁切。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种裁边机,具体涉及一种在塑料容器成型后对其裁边的裁边机。
背景技术
塑料片材可用于制作包括一次性塑料杯、一次性塑料杯杯盖、一次性塑料饭盒等一次性塑料制品(有些可以多次使用),其具体的制作工艺是先由塑料热成型机对塑料片材进行成型,此时塑料片材上就形成一个个制品的腔体13,如图3所示,之后进入到塑料容器裁边机,由塑料容器裁边机对制品的废边(即塑料片材上除制品外的其他部分)进行切除,由此制作出一个个塑料成品。目前一般塑料容器裁边机都不具有纠偏功能,经过长时间工作后,切刀与刀板难以避免地产生微小的偏差;另外面临的一个技术难题是,即使切刀与刀板在安装上精确对位,成型后的塑料片材进入裁边机后,其位置也难以与切刀及刀板精确对位。这两个因素最终都会影响制品的质量。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明创新提供了一种具有纠偏找正功能的塑料容器裁边机。
该塑料容器裁边机包括有切刀以及与切刀配合裁切的刀板,其特征在于:所述切刀安装在切刀座上,所述切刀座上设置有凸起部,所述凸起部的外表面具有导向面,所述刀板位于刀板座上,所述刀板上设置有与凸起部的导向面相匹配的凹槽部,凸起部与凹槽部匹配时,切刀与刀板相裁切。
所述刀板固定安装刀板座上。
所述刀板可滑动设在刀板座上。
所述刀板底部设有弹簧槽,所述弹簧槽内设有弹簧,所述弹簧一端作用于弹簧槽的底部,另一端作用于钢珠,所述钢珠的直径小于弹簧槽的深度与宽度。
所述刀板座上设置有定位轴,所述刀板上设有调节孔,所述定位轴穿过调节孔,所述调节孔的直径大于定位轴的直径。
所述凸起部的导向面为弧面或者锥面。
所述切刀座上方设置有顶杆,所述顶杆安装在活动板上,所述活动板与推料动力源传动连接。
所述推料动力源为电动缸,所述电动缸的伸缩杆与安装板连接,所述电动缸与PLC电连接,所述PLC控制电动缸的伸缩杆每次向下移动的距离以设定的数值递减。
按照本发明提供的塑料容器裁边机,通过设置在切刀座上凸起部与设置在刀板上凹槽部的配合来找正,从而实现对切刀与刀板的纠偏,或者实现对塑料板材的纠偏,由此使塑料容器裁边机实现更加精确地裁切。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,热成型后,塑料板材上会形成一个个塑料容器的腔体13,另外还有一个个纠偏用的凹槽14,本发明的塑料容器裁边机就是利用这些凹槽14来实现纠偏,从而达到精确裁边的目的。
如图1所示,这种塑料容器裁边机包括有切刀3以及与切刀3配合裁切的刀板2,切刀3位于切刀座4上,切刀座4通过动力源的驱动实现上下移动,由此实现裁切。这些都为现有技术,这里不再赘述,本发明所要解决的一个技术问题是如何使切刀3与刀板2始终保持精准的对应关系。为了解决这个技术问题,本发明在切刀座4上设置有凸起部5,凸起部5的外表面具有导向面,而将刀板2可滑动地设置在刀板座1上,刀板2上设置有与凸起部5的导向面相匹配的凹槽部6,凸起部5的导向面可以为弧面或者锥面,因此,凹槽部6的凹面也对应为弧面或者锥面,两种导向面都可以实现凸起部5与凹槽部6的找位,并最终完全吻合。上面提到,刀板2是可滑动地设置在刀板座1上的,这里“可滑动”可以有两种方式:第一种是直接将刀板2放置于刀板座1上,刀板2借助凸起部5与凹槽部6在导向找正过程中产生的力也能使刀板2在刀板座1上移动;第二种是通过钢珠与弹簧来实现滑动,如图2所示,具体是在刀板底部设有弹簧槽20,在弹簧槽20内设有弹簧11,弹簧11一端作用于弹簧槽20的底部,另一端作用于钢珠12上,当然,钢珠12的直径要小于弹簧槽20的深度与宽度。凸起部5与凹槽部6在找位时,刀板2通过钢珠12来实现移动,由于是点与面接触,因此容易滑动,容易调节位置。当凸起部5与凹槽部6找到位,切刀3与刀板2相裁切时,钢珠12又缩进弹簧槽20,此时刀板2与刀板座1接触,即面与面接触,这样刀板2就能反馈给切刀3一个平稳的反作用力,从而实现稳定裁切。
具体工作原理如下:当塑料片材进入到切刀3与刀板2之间时,切刀座4带着切刀3向下移动,在下降过程中,如果切刀3与刀板2的位置对应不准确,凸起部5与凹槽部6在对位上就会存在误差,当切刀座4与切刀3继续下降时,由于凸起部5的外表面呈弧面或者锥面,而凹槽部6的槽面也呈对应的外形,并且凹槽部6的载体-刀板2又是滑动设置在刀板座1上,因此凸起部5与凹槽部6在配合过程中,刀板2就在刀板上滑动起来,而当切刀座4下降到一定程度时,凸起部5完全进入到了凹槽部6内(此时塑料片材的凹槽14位于凹槽部6内,凸起部5进入凹槽部6内实际上也就是进入到塑料片材的凹槽14内),这时切刀3与刀板2找到准确的对位关系,与此同时,切刀3与刀板2相裁切,从而对塑料制品进行精确地裁边。
为了防止人为的误操作,防止刀板2在刀板座1上产生较大的偏移,本发明在刀板座上设置有定位轴10,而在刀板2上设有调节孔,该定位轴10穿过调节孔,当然为了实现刀板2的微调,该调节孔的直径要稍大于定位轴10的直径。
上述结构的裁边机是对切刀3与刀板2的对位关系进行调整,因此这种裁边机裁边的对象是暂时被固定的,即塑料片材的两边被链条拉着输送到裁边机,在裁切时不产生位移,产生位移的是刀板2。而对于塑料片材通过其他方式输送到裁边机,没有被链条拉着的,即在裁切时可以产生位移的,那么对于这种方式输送过来的塑料片材,只需通过改变塑料片材本身的位置即可,而无需改变刀板2的位置。因此,针对这种方式输送过来的塑料片材,裁边机的刀板2可以固定安装在刀板座1上,只是在安装时,切刀与刀板要准确对位,不会发生相对移位;当工作时,凸起部5向下移动,借助凸起部5的导向,塑料片材移动并自动找位,当凸起部5进入到凹槽部6内,塑料片材上的凹槽14就自动与凹槽部6相吻合,这时切刀3与刀板配2合相切,塑料制品的余边就被精确地裁切下来。
另外值得一提的是,塑料容器经裁边后,还是虚连在塑料片材上的,为了将塑料容器取下,本发明在切刀座4的上方设置有顶杆7,该顶杆7安装在活动板8上,而该活动板8与电动缸9传动连接。通过电动缸9的驱动,顶杆7向下动作,就将塑料容器从塑料片材上顶出,并使塑料容器一个个堆叠起来。当然,要实现堆叠,还需要对顶杆7每次向下移动的行程进行设定,即每次都要有所递减,这样才能将塑料容器堆叠起来。为此,该电动缸9与PLC电连接,电动缸9的伸缩杆90与安装板8连接,PLC控制电动缸9的伸缩杆90每次向下移动的距离以设定的数值递减,该设定的数值是指两个塑料容器堆叠所需要的间距,这样顶杆7顶下塑料容器后,就能将一个个堆叠起来,当堆叠到一定的量后,再由人工进行收集装箱。

1.塑料容器裁边机,包括有切刀(3)以及与切刀(3)配合裁切的刀板(2),其特征在于:所述切刀(3)安装在切刀座(4)上,所述切刀座(4)上设置有凸起部(5),所述凸起部(5)的外表面具有导向面,所述刀板(2)位于刀板座(1)上,所述刀板(2)上设置有与凸起部(5)的导向面相匹配的凹槽部(6),凸起部(5)与凹槽部(6)匹配时,切刀(3)与刀板(2)相裁切;所述刀板(2)可滑动设在刀板座(1)上;所述刀板(2)底部设有弹簧槽(20),所述弹簧槽(20)内设有弹簧(11),所述弹簧(11)一端作用于弹簧槽(20)的底部,另一端作用于钢珠(20),所述钢珠(20)的直径小于弹簧槽(20)的深度与宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料容器裁边机,其特征在于:所述刀板座(1)上设置有定位轴(10),所述刀板(2)上设有调节孔,所述定位轴(10)穿过调节孔,所述调节孔的直径大于定位轴(10)的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料容器裁边机,其特征在于:所述凸起部(5)的导向面为弧面或者锥面。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料容器裁边机,其特征在于:所述切刀座(4)上方设置有顶杆(7),所述顶杆(7)安装在活动板(8)上,所述活动板(8)与推料动力源传动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料容器裁边机,其特征在于:所述推料动力源为电动缸(9),所述电动缸(9)的伸缩杆(90)与安装板(8)连接,所述电动缸(9)与PLC电连接,所述PLC控制电动缸(9)的伸缩杆(90)每次向下移动的距离以设定的数值递减。
