背景技术
乳腺纤维瘤是发生于乳腺小叶内纤维组织和腺上皮的混合性瘤，是乳房良性肿瘤中最常见的一种。乳腺纤维瘤的肿块好发于乳房的外上象限，多为单发，数多发，肿块呈圆形或卵圆形，直径以 1-3cm 较为多见，也有更小或更大，偶尔可见巨大者，肿块表面光滑，质地坚韧，边界清楚，与皮肤和周围组织无粘连，活动度大，触之有滑动感，腋下淋巴结无肿大，乳腺纤维瘤生长缓慢，可以数年无变化，但在妊娠哺乳期可迅速增大。乳腺纤维腺瘤可发生于青春期后的任何年龄的女性，但以18 ～ 25 岁的青年女性多见。乳腺纤维瘤的发生与内分泌激素失调有关，如雌激素相对或绝对升高可引起该病症；同时其发病也与情绪有一定关系。目前，常用治疗乳腺纤维瘤的手段包括：手术治疗、西药治疗等。其中手术治疗存在一定的风险，而西药治疗存在疗效差及易复发的不足。
乳腺纤维瘤中医称之为“乳核”。中医认为，乳腺纤维瘤多由情志内伤，肝气郁结或思虑伤脾，运化失司，痰湿内生，冲任失调，气滞痰凝，积聚乳房脉络所致。
根据中医理论，针对乳腺纤维瘤的发病机理，采用疏肝解郁、益气健脾、燥湿化痰、活血化瘀、通经活络、散结消肿的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，年龄15～45岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、多数发生在一侧乳房，肿块多为单发，以乳房外上象限为多见；
2、肿块呈卵圆形，大小不一，质地坚硬，表面光滑，境界清楚，活动度大，不与周围组织粘连，无疼痛和触痛。生长缓慢，不会化脓溃烂。与月经周期无关；
3、好发于青少年女性；
4、钼钯X线摄片，红外线热图像等检查，可帮助诊断。必要时作病理检查。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：肿块完全消失；
2、有效：肿块缩小；
3、未愈：肿块无改变。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈79例，随访未见复发；有效17例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

1.一种治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜10-30份、半枝莲5-25份、天葵子5-20份、独叶岩珠5-25份、刺五加5-25份、半夏5-20份、丝瓜络5-25份、凤尾草5-25份、仙茅5-20份、赶山鞭5-25份、芥菜5-25份、昆布5-25份、猫爪草5-25份、木芙蓉5-25份、南蛇藤根5-25份、蒲葵子5-25份、青皮5-20份、穿山甲5-25份、玫瑰花5-25份、淡菜5-25份、瓦楞子5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜20份、半枝莲15份、天葵子10份、独叶岩珠15份、刺五加15份、半夏10份、丝瓜络15份、凤尾草15份、仙茅10份、赶山鞭15份、芥菜15份、昆布15份、猫爪草15份、木芙蓉15份、南蛇藤根15份、蒲葵子15份、青皮10份、穿山甲15份、玫瑰花15份、淡菜15份、瓦楞子15份、甘草10份。
