背景技术
老年斑，又称为“老年性色素斑”，是指老年人皮肤上出现的一种脂褐质色素斑块。其成因主要是当人体进入老年以后，各项机能减退，体内新陈代谢变缓，血液循环趋向缓慢，细胞代谢机能也减退，体内自由基过度堆积，不能及时清除，而此时皮肤表层的细胞容易受外界环境，如光、热、损伤等影响发生氧化、变性，因人体机能的衰退不能及时清除，产生棕色脂褐质老年色素，多堆积在皮肤的基底层细胞中，衰老的组织细胞失去应有的分解和排异功能，皮肤毛细血管微循环不畅，从而在人体表面形成老年斑。目前，西医在老年斑的治疗上多给予抗氧化剂，如维生素E，但是效果不理想。
祖国医学认为，老年斑因气血运行不畅，经脉不通，导致瘀血停滞，气滞不畅，心血不能达到皮肤颜面、营养肌肤而形成。
根据中医理论，针对老年斑的发病机理，采用补气养血、通经活络、活血消斑的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

实施例5
一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白蒺藜30g、丝瓜络5g、杏仁20g、薏苡仁10g、红花15g、女贞子5g、茯苓20g、三七12g、大黄25g、龙船花5g、丹参20g、羚羊角12g、陈皮25g、桂圆5g、木耳20g、大青叶10g、连翘25g、黄柏12g、淡菜20g、金银花5g、车前草25g、甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，男44例，女56例，年龄50～65岁。
二、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。
三、疗效标准：
（1）、治愈：肉眼视色斑面积消退大于90%，颜色基本消失；
（2）、显效：肉眼视色斑面积消退大于60%，颜色明显变淡；
（3）、有效：肉眼视色斑面积消退大于30%，颜色变淡；
（4）、无效：肉眼视色斑面积消退小于10%，颜色变化不明显。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-10个疗程，痊愈61例，随访未见复发；显效14例，有效19例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
五、典型病例：
病例1：赵某，男，53岁。面部、上肢、手背等部位，出现淡褐色斑疹，境界清楚，表面呈乳头瘤样，痂容易刮除。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，颜色明显变淡；继续服用2个疗程，色斑消失，痊愈。
病例2：马某，女，62岁。脸上出现斑块，部分略高于正常皮肤，近期斑块数量明显增多，面积变大，且颜色也有加深。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，斑块数量明显减少，颜色变淡；继续服用2个疗程，斑块消失，痊愈。

1.一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜10-30份、丝瓜络5-25份、杏仁5-20份、薏苡仁5-25份、红花5-20份、女贞子5-25份、茯苓5-25份、三七5-20份、大黄5-25份、龙船花5-25份、丹参5-25份、羚羊角5-20份、陈皮5-25份、桂圆5-25份、木耳5-20份、大青叶5-25份、连翘5-25份、黄柏5-20份、淡菜5-25份、金银花5-25份、车前草5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜20份、丝瓜络15份、杏仁10份、薏苡仁15份、红花10份、女贞子15份、茯苓15份、三七10份、大黄15份、龙船花15份、丹参15份、羚羊角10份、陈皮15份、桂圆15份、木耳10份、大青叶15份、连翘15份、黄柏10份、淡菜15份、金银花15份、车前草15份、甘草10份。
