背景技术
老年斑全称为“老年性色素斑”，医学上又被称为脂溢性角化，是指在老年人皮肤上出现的一种脂褐质色素斑块，属于一种良性表皮增生性肿瘤。大多发生于40岁以后，好发于头皮、面部、躯干、上肢、手背等部位，但不累及掌、跖。开始为淡褐色斑疹或扁平丘疹，表面光滑或略呈乳头瘤状，随年龄而增大，数目增多，直径1mm～1cm，或数厘米，境界清楚，表面呈乳头瘤样，表面有油腻性痂，痂容易刮除。有些损害色素沉着可非常显著，呈深棕色或黑色，陈旧性损害的颜色变异很大，可呈正常皮色、淡褐色、暗褐色或黑色。本病可以单发，但通常多发，多无自觉症状，偶有痒感。目前，现代医学上治疗老年斑通常使用二氧化碳激光、液氮冷冻、铒激光、刮术或手术切除的方法治疗，虽然可有效缓解病症，但治疗过程缓慢，且治疗费用较高。
中医认为，老年斑的产生与气血运行不畅有一定的关系，多由于年老后气虚血瘀,不能上荣营养面部所形成。

实施例5
一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：薏苡仁17g，麦冬18g，玄参12g，青黛13g，大黄12g，狗肝菜18g，皂角刺12g，川芎13g，虎杖12g，穿山甲18g，杏仁7g，黄芪18g，繁缕12g，陈皮13g，桑椹12g，短柄五加18g，灵芝7g，凤尾参18g，岗梅根12g，黄柏13g，川断12g，深山酢浆草13g，黄精12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例63例，其中男34例，女29例，年龄40～80岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、多发于40岁以后；
2、斑呈褐黑色，直径大多在1毫米至10毫米之间，大小不等，大的斑点直径可达2-3厘米，多数不高出皮肤，有的大斑(痣)也可以高出皮肤，呈扁平状；
3、无自觉症状，偶有痒感；
4、好发于老年人的面部、手背、小腿、足背、躯干等平常裸露的皮肤上。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：颜面皮肤呈正常肤色；
2、好转：皮损消退30％以上；
3、未愈：皮损无明显变化，或消退不足30％。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药8-12个疗程，治愈46例，好转12例，未愈5例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：林某，男，68岁。患者自述：初起时在腿部出现大大小小的圆形褐色斑点，表面光滑，并未重视。近半年来，斑块尤为明显，在胳膊，脸部出现，颜色逐渐加重。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5个后，自觉斑块颜色明显淡化，皮损消退许多；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，皮肤呈正常肤色，治愈。
病例2：廖某，女，65岁。患者自述：患有老年斑已有2年，面部，四肢及手背都出现大小不一的圆形褐色斑块。期间用过激光手术治疗，效果并不显著。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，皮损明显消退；续服5个疗程后，各症状消失，皮肤呈正常肤色，治愈。

1.一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：薏苡仁10-30份，麦冬10-20份，玄参10-20份，青黛5-15份，大黄10-20份，狗肝菜10-20份，皂角刺10-20份，川芎5-15份，虎杖10-20份，穿山甲10-20份，杏仁5-15份，黄芪10-20份，繁缕10-20份，陈皮5-15份，桑椹10-20份，短柄五加10-20份，灵芝5-15份，凤尾参10-20份，岗梅根10-20份，黄柏5-15份，川断10-20份，深山酢浆草5-15份，黄精10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗老年斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：薏苡仁20份，麦冬15份，玄参15份，青黛10份，大黄15份，狗肝菜15份，皂角刺15份，川芎10份，虎杖15份，穿山甲15份，杏仁10份，黄芪15份，繁缕15份，陈皮10份，桑椹15份，短柄五加15份，灵芝10份，凤尾参15份，岗梅根15份，黄柏10份，川断15份，深山酢浆草10份，黄精15份，甘草10份。
